描述了一种模拟喷射成形倾斜喷射过程沉积坯外形生长的数学模型,该数学模型考虑了喷射成形过程中各种工艺参数如偏心距离、沉积盘的倾斜角度等因素的影响.经过模拟计算得到沉积坯的三维外形尺寸及对应的工艺参数,表明采用该模型可以预测在不同工艺参数下喷射成形沉积坯的生长外形. 相似文献

通过概率模拟的方法,建立了金属喷射成型过程中大量金属液滴的统计模型.应用该模型对喷射成型过程中钢液的喷射过程进行了研究,给出了在喷射过程中不同尺寸液滴的分布,以及不同液滴产生的位置、初速度分布.通过大量液滴的统计,确定出整个喷射过程液滴的产生、运动和传热情况,为进一步研究液滴在沉积面上的沉积情况提供前提和依据. 相似文献

Nb和RE元素对钢的性能均有重要影响.通过不同组分下对热轧后重轨钢中Nb的析出形态的透射电镜和扫描电镜的试样分析,讨论了稀土残留在重轨中对碳化铌的形状、大小及分布的影响.分析结果表明,稀土残留在钢中,使碳化铌尺寸减小,仍沿轧制方向分布,形状由矩形变为不规则形状. 相似文献

The grain growth behavior in reactive spray formed 7075 2.91vol%TiC AI alloy was studied and compared with that of spray formed 7075 AI alloy at semi-solid state. The effects of in-situ TiC particles on the microstructure of spray formed 7075 AI alloy were also investigated. The specimens were heat-treated isothermally at various temperatures between the solidus and liquidus of 7075 A1 alloy for times in the range of 10-60 rain, then quenched in water. The microstructure of reheated specimens was characterized using scanning electron microscopy and optical microscopy. The grain size was measured using a mean linear intercept method. Results show that the in-situ TiC particles can effectively retard grain growth and refine the grain at a limited size. The grain growth exponent in Arrhenius equation increases from 2 to 3, which indicates that the in-situ TiC particles have the significant pinning effect on grain coarsening in the semi-solid state. 相似文献

The strength and elongation to fracture of spray deposited Al-Si-Pb alloys were studied as a function of lead content, silicon content, and distance from the centre to periphery of the deposit. It is found that the ultimate tensile strength, proof stress and elongation to fracture decrease, linearly and exponentially, with the increase in lead content and porosity of the deposit, respectively. Both the strengths and elongation to fracture linearly increase with increasing distance from the centre to periphery of the deposit. The ultimate tensile strength and proof stress are higher at a higher silicon content and they have a linear relationship with the hardness of the deposit. 相似文献

A novel 70Si30Al alloy was prepared by the spray forming process for electronic packaging materials. The effect of the ratio of atomization pressure to metal melt mass flux rate (P/M) on the preforms and microstructures of the spray-deposited 70Si30Al alloy was studied. The results indicate that the PIM value has a considerable influence on the formation of the preforms and the optimal value is in the range of 0.209-0.231 MPa/(kg.min^-1). The microstructure of the spray formed 70Si30AI alloy is fine and homogenous. The primary silicon phases distributing in the aluminum matrix evenly are fine and irregular. The aluminum matrix is divided into two groups: supersaturated α-Al phase or α-Al phase and Al-Si pseudoeutectic phase or Al-Si eutectic phase. 相似文献

为提高喷淋室的传热传质效率,采用数值模拟方法,开展上喷式、下喷式两种立式喷淋室内水滴运动规律,及气-水热湿传递效果的对比研究。研究发现:在初参数完全相同的情况下,上喷式喷淋室中水滴的停留时间比下喷式多停留4.7 s,上喷式喷淋室中水滴从温排风中吸收的热量较下喷式高3 K,说明向上喷淋比向下喷淋的传热传质效率更高。 相似文献

采用等离子熔射成形技术制造的模具和零件,其涂层的性能受残余热应力的影响极大。为此建立了一个二维有限元模型,用于研究单个不锈钢熔滴薄片在碳钢基体上沉积时的温度场及残余热应力。结果显示,尽管在初始的凝固阶段薄片边缘的温度高于薄片中心的温度,但随后这两个位置的温度差却发生逆转。最大残余应力位于薄片与基体界面的边缘,且其大小随基体温度升高而减小,最小残余热应力则位于薄片上表面的边缘。残余热应力在薄片中表现为拉应力,而在基体中则表现为压应力。本研究可为在微观水平上理解等离子熔射成形的温度场和残余热应力分布提供基础。 相似文献

为研究登月车轴承内部摩擦磨损机理,研制了真空球盘式摩擦磨损试验机,并在常压和真空(真空度为6×10~(-3)Pa)条件下试验研究了GCr15钢球/GCr15钢盘配副的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:真空条件下摩擦面之间的高温使得试件剪切强度和粘着力降低,从而摩擦系数低于常压下。而真空条件下配副更易发生粘着,产生的磨屑更多,磨损量更大。 相似文献
