Adjustment of division factors of step voltage dividers

Conclusions The suggested method of adjusting step voltage dividers consists in successively equalizing the divider resistors switched in a definite order and introduces no systematic error. Conditions have been formalized for the applicability of the method. Error analysis of a symmetrical converter R-2R with a voltage source

Conclusions The error of a symmetrical converter R-2R is greater than that of an unsymmetrical converter.To reduce converter error owing to a nonideal switch it is required that the digit resistors have a positive error and the weight resistors negative error. Then the factor leads to a reduction of the node voltages and an increase in the transfer coefficient.
