研究了锑金精矿矿浆电解过程中阳极区硫化矿物选择性氧化分解热力学基础。结果表明,黄铁矿标准氧化分解电位较辉锑矿低,从热力学角度看,黄铁矿会被优先氧化分解;当溶液中加入Cl~-以后,辉锑矿和黄铁矿氧化分解电位都呈现下降趋势,其中辉锑矿下降更为迅速;在研究条件下,当Cl~-浓度大于2.05mol/L时,辉锑矿的分解电位小于黄铁矿,在热力学上使得辉锑矿优先选择性氧化分解成为可能。矿浆电解法处理锑金精矿实验中,锑的浸出率可超过98%,而铁的浸出率在8%以下,可实现锑的选择性浸出。 相似文献

湖南锡矿山锑矿床享有"世界锑都"之称,其矿床成因仍存较大争议.为了查明矿床成因,文章初步总结了锡矿山矿区热液成因萤石的基本地质特征,探讨了矿床成矿流体来源.研究表明,锡矿山矿区萤石一类呈浸染状产于页岩裂隙面,另一类与石英、辉锑矿共生,呈脉状、网脉状充填于硅化灰岩裂隙中,均为后期热液充填产物.通过探讨与辉锑矿共生萤石成因,结合前人研究资料,表明形成萤石-辉锑矿矿石的流体具有中低温、低盐度、低密度特征,并与岩浆有关. 相似文献

云南维西某锑矿含锑2.69%、铅0.35%、砷0.11%,锑氧化率仅占0.87%,属于硫化锑矿。针对该矿石性质,进行了浮选工艺试验研究,采用一次粗选、二次精选、二次扫选、中矿顺序返回工艺流程及合适的药剂制度,获得了较好选别指标,锑精矿产率为4.82%、品位51.40%、回收率94.55%。 相似文献

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。 相似文献
