薄板坯连铸用保护渣

薄板坯连铸用保护渣与厚板坯连铸用保护渣在其物理性能上有较大差异。薄板坯连铸保护渣应具有较低的粘度，较低的结晶、软化及熔融温度，合适的碱度以及较快的熔化速度。配制薄板坯连铸保护渣时应限制ＣａＦ２、Ｎａ２Ｏ的加入量，适量添加ＢａＯ、Ｂ２Ｏ３、Ｌｉ２Ｏ、Ｋ２Ｏ和ＭｇＯ等助熔剂是有益的。     

高速连铸保护渣的粘性特征

采用ＣａＯ－ＳｉＯ２－Ｎａ２Ｏ－ＣａＦ２－Ａｌ２Ｏ３－ＭｇＯ渣系,通过测定熔渣的粘度、凝固温度和粘性活化能,研究了连铸保护渣的粘性特征与碱度、ＮａＣＯ３含量、ＣａＦ２含量、Ａｌ２Ｏ３含量和ＭｇＯ含量之间的关系。利用连铸保护渣的粘性特征与化学成分之间的回归方程,可以设计满足一定粘性特征的连铸保护渣。     

高速连铸保护渣的研究

对国外引进的几种高速连铸保护渣的组成和性能的分析和其它实验研究，得到高速加铸保护渣具有：高Ｆ＾－、高碱金属氧化物，低Ａｌ２Ｏ３含量，低粘度，低熔化温度和良好玻璃性的特点；ＬｉＯ２是实现低粘度和良好玻璃性不可少的成分；ＭＤＩ指数反映了和结构有关的保护渣性能等有参考价值的结论。     

连铸保护渣基料挥发率的测定

通过回归正交设计确定了连铸保护渣基料（ＣａＦ２－ＣａＯ－ＳｉＯ２－Ｎａ２Ｏ）挥发率与碱度、Ｎａ２ＣＯ３、ＣａＦ２含量、温度及时间的二次函数关系式。分析结果表明，在碱度较低或时间较短时，Ｎａ２ＣＯ３、ＣａＦ２含量对挥发率影响不大；在上述５个因素中，温度对挥发率影响最大，而Ｎａ２ＣＯ３对挥发率的影响超过ＣａＦ２。     

用于高速连铸的结晶器保护渣

高速连铸时,采用新的ＡＦＡＸ型结晶器保护渣可以减少漏钢、改善钢的质量、提高铸机产量。为了减少漏钢,采用一种润滑性能较好的保护渣,当增加保护渣的耗量、降低保护渣的粘度或凝固点时均可提高保护渣的润滑性能。ＡＦＡＸ型结晶器保护渣的成分对渣的性能影响程度如表1。高速连铸时加入专用的保护渣造渣剂(如ＭｎＯ、ＭｇＯ、ＢａＯ、Ｌｉ2Ｏ)对降低保护渣的粘度和凝固点有很好的效果。　　为了改善钢的质量尤其是表面质(通常表现为裂纹),一般采用具有低热交换性能的保护渣,高速连铸薄板坯时采用高碱度低粘度(表2中Ｆｌｕｘ2)的保护渣可以…     

Li2O在保护渣中的作用

采用在不同玻璃性的两种基渣中加入Ｌｉ２Ｏ为研究Ｌｉ２Ｏ对保护渣粘度，熔化温度及玻璃性能的影响，并对Ｌｉ２Ｏ改善保护渣玻璃性的机理进行了探讨，提出了寻找高速连铸保护渣中Ｌｉ２Ｏ的代用物的一种方法。     

Cao—SiO2—CaF2—Na2O四元渣系的挥发

通过回归正交设计确定了连铸保护渣基料挥发率同温度、Ｎａ２ＣＯ３含量、ＣａＦ２含量、减度及时间的二次函数关系式。分析结果表明，温度对挥发率的影响随着Ｎａ２ＣＯ３含量的增加而增加；碱度Ｒ为０．９时挥发率最大；Ｎａ２ＣＯ３对挥发率的影响略高于ＣａＦ２。     

液膜法分离富集测定钢中痕量铅

用２，６－二酮吡啶－１８－王冠－６（２－６－ＤＫＰ－１８－Ｃｒｏｗｅ－６），ＳＰＡＮ８０，Ｓ１００Ｎ－Ｉ（中性油）和Ｃ２Ｈ２Ｃｌ４乳状液膜体系，研究了Ｐｂ６２＋的迁移行为。在适宜条件下，８ｍｉｎ内Ｐｂ＾２＋的迁移率达９９．５％以上，而而这种情况下，许多金属离子如Ｆｅ＆３＋，Ｎｉ＾２＋，Ｃｒ＾３＋，Ｌｉ＾＋，∑ＲＥ＾３＋，Ｋ＾＋，Ｎａ＾＋，Ｃａ＾２＋，Ｍｇ＾２＋，Ｂａ６２＋，Ｓｒ＾２＋，Ａｌ＾３＋，     

CaO—SiO2—Na2O三元渣系的挥发率

采用失重法对ＣａＯ－ＳｉＯ２－Ｎａ２Ｏ三元渣系在不同温度下的挥发率进行了测量。结果表明，在烧结温度下，低熔点渣的挥发率呈三段式变化，而高熔点渣无此特性；当修正碱度Ｒ′＞１、成分固定时，只有在温度超过其流动温度时才能显著提高挥发率；温度一定时，挥发率随着碱度Ｒ及Ｎａ２ＣＯ３含量的增加而提高；当Ｒ′＜１时，温度、碱度、Ｎａ２ＣＯ３含量对挥发率的影响都不大。     

电解精炼过程中钆的沉积特性
