1 前言随着电机技术的不断发展,对新的大型交直流电动机的铁损试验技术和试验方法提出了新的课题。不久前,在为上海宝钢生产2050轧钢电机9000KW16极同步电动机和2×5000kW直流电动机,以及为武钢生产42000kW两极同步电动机的过程中,采用了新的铁损试验技术和新的铁损试验方法。这在我国目前还是首次。它与我国目前标准要求有所不同,弥补了我国标准的不足,从而使其测得的结果趋于精确,消除了误差。为此,采取了必要的修正方法。 相似文献

When designing a high-response thyristor-drive speed regulator with internal multicontrol loops for a rolling mill motor, the behavior of the transient firing angle must be taken into consideration to ensure consistent thyristor switching, which is often neglected, and to achieve the required dynamic performance. The critical conversion modes in which the minimum transient firing angles in rectification and inversion may appear in a dual thyristor converter for four-quadrant motor drives are clarified. Two methods of analyzing the transient firing angles in the critical conversion modes and the results of calculations of the minimum transient firing angles under specified operating conditions are also presented. This paper presents the influence of the large motor starting and the large rolling mill operation on the isolated integrated steel cogeneration facility by executing the transient stability analysis. The system configuration of the steel facility is introduced first. Furthermore, the proper mathematical models and the accurate parameters of the cogeneration units, excitation systems, and governor systems are investigated in detail. Both the static and dynamic load models are applied in this paper. To reduce the starting current of large motors, the conventional step-down voltage method by adjusting the suitable tap position of the autotransformer and the constant magnetic flux control method by using the variable-voltage and variable-frequency inverter are considered in the computer simulations. Also, the system voltage and frequency fluctuations due to the operation of the rolling mill are observed and investigated carefully to verify that the isolated cogeneration can be operated well and safely. 相似文献

A scheme is presented for the speed control of rolling mill drives. The proposed speed controller is based on a two-degree-of-freedom (TDF) structure and uses an observer-based state feedback compensator for the major control loop. The control method yields a robust system with respect to system uncertainties and modeling errors and is very effective for vibration suppression. Experimental verification was carried out on a prototype rolling mill minimodel system. The experimental drive system has a three-mass-model structure (motor-gear-load) connected by low stiffness shafts. The mechanical resonances and the inertia ratios between the motor, gear, and load are comparable to those of an actual rolling mill system (resonant frequencies are at 17.4 Hz and 51.3 Hz). The proposed scheme was compared to the conventional PI controller and the performance of each scheme is presented.
