以飞行器机翼作为工程背景,将机翼简化为悬臂板模型,研究了受横向电压激励、基础激励、面内激励联合作用下复合材料层合悬臂板的非线性动力学问题.首先建立其动力学模型,考虑冯-卡门大变形理论,利用Hamilton原理建立复合材料层合悬臂板的非线性动力学方程;选择符合边界条件的模态函数,利用Galerkin方法对系统进行四阶离散,得到四自由度非线性常微分方程;代入系统实际物理参数,应用MATLAB软件数值模拟得到系统振动幅值随电压激励变化的分叉图,由图可知,电压激励使系统从混沌运动变为倍周期运动,降低了系统振幅,保持系统的稳定.  相似文献

A post-buckling analysis is presented for a simply supported, composite laminated rectangular plate under biaxial compressive loading and resting on a two-parameter (Pasternak-type) elastic foundation. The analysis uses a perturbation technique to determine the interactive buckling loads and post-buckling equilibrium paths. The initial geometrical imperfection of the plates is taken into account. Numerical examples are presented that relate to the performances of perfect and imperfect, antisymmetrically angle-ply and symmetrically cross-ply laminated rectangular plates. Typical results are presented in dimensionless graphical form.  相似文献

本文以飞行器机翼为工程背景,将机翼简化为悬臂板模型,在应用经典板理论和Hamilton原理建立横向和面内激励共同作用下压电复合材料悬臂板的无量纲非线性偏微分方程的基础上,利用Galerkin方法将系统离散为两自由度的非线性常微分方程.然后考虑主参数共振-1∶3内共振,运用多尺度法将两自由度的系统控制方程进行摄动分析,推导出四维平均方程.基于四阶Runge-Kutta法,使用MATLAB软件研究了横向外激励幅值和压电参数项对压电复合材料悬臂板非线性动力学行为的影响.结果表明,系统存在周期和混沌运动,所得结论对实际工程具有指导意义.  相似文献

A composite laminate with active constrained-layer damping treatment is studied. The interface element for viscoelastic damping layers has been developed based on the relative displacements between composite plates and piezoelectric constraining layers. As an example, the problem of forced oscillations of the laminated composite structure with a smart constrained damping treatment is solved and the vibration response of the composite plate with smart damping layers is calculated using the presently developed procedure.  相似文献

The results of a three-dimensional, geometrically nonlinear, finite-element analysis of the bending of cross-ply laminated anisotropie composite plates are presented. Individual laminae are assumed to be homogeneous, orthotropic and linearly elastic. A fully three-dimensional isoparametric finite element with eight nodes (i.e. linear element) and 24 degrees of freedom (three displacement components per node) is used to model the laminated plate. The finite element results of the linear analysis are found to agree very well with the exact solutions of cross-ply laminated rectangular plates under sinusiodal loading. The finite element results of the three-dimensional, geometrically nonlinear analysis are compared with those obtained by using a shear deformable, geometrically nonlinear, plate theory. It is found that the deflections predicted by the shear deformable plate theory are in fair agreement with those predicted by three-dimensional elasticity theory; however stresses were found to be not in good agreement  相似文献

介绍了基于ZnO压电薄膜的微型弯曲板波(FPW)器件的设计与制作。为减小薄膜的应力,器件采用LTO/ZnO/LTO/Si3N4多层复合板结构,并采用直流磁控溅射工艺制备ZnO压电薄膜,在压电复合板结构上沉积两对叉指电极,分别用于Lamb波的激发和接收。X射线衍射分析表明,沉积的ZnO薄膜C轴高度择优;扫描电子显微镜分析表明,制备的ZnO薄膜平整、致密,晶粒生长呈现明显的柱状结构;通过分析制备的高次谐波体声波谐振器(HBAR)器件性能来间接检验ZnO压电薄膜的电学性能,HBAR器件的品质因子较高,表明薄膜有较好的压电性能。利用安捷伦E5071C网络分析仪检测FPW器件的频率响应,结果表明反对称A0模式Lamb波的实测中心频率与理论计算的频率结果基本一致。  相似文献

Free vibrations of rectangular unsymmetrically laminated composite plates with internal line supports in one or two directions are studied. The static beam functions, which are the complete solutions of a unit width strip taken from the plate in the direction parallel to the edges of the plate and under a series of transverse static sinusoidal loads, are used as the trial functions of the transverse bending deflection of the plate. Besides, the vibrating bar functions are used as the trial functions of the in-plane stretching deformation of the plate. The Rayleigh–Ritz method is applied to arrive at the governing eigenfrequency equation in which the coupling effect of bending and stretching is contained. Different transverse boundary conditions combining with various in-plane constraints are considered in the analysis. The effects of fiber orientation angles and locations of internal line supports on eigenfrequencies of cross-ply and antisymmetric angle-ply laminated composite plates of two layers are investigated in detail. Convergence and comparison study show the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method. Sets of valuable results are presented for the first time, which can serve as benchmarks for future reference.  相似文献

The present study proposes a detection technique for delaminations in a laminated beam. The proposed technique optimizes the spatial distribution of harmonic excitation so as to magnify the difference in response between the delaminated and intact beam. The technique is evaluated by numerical simulation of two-layered aluminum beams. Effects of measurement and geometric noise are included in the analysis. 水平剪切声板波(SH-APM)是在板状固体结构中传播的一种声波,其质点振动垂直于传播方向和界面法线。针对SH-APM的激发机理和激发特性两个方面展开研究。首先通过分析压电介质的Christoffel方程组解耦情况来研究SH-APM的激发机理,推导出为了在压电板上激发出SH-APM,压电基片的材料常数所必须满足的条件;然后在此基础上,建立了SH-APM器件的理论分析模型,并以PZT-5H压电陶瓷为例,研究了SH-APM的激发特性,包括激发模态、传播速度、激发效率、振动位移等;最后,通过实验以及理论计算与相关文献对比,证明了理论模型的正确性及研究结果的有效性。  相似文献

The geometrically non-linear free vibrations of thin isotropic and laminated rectangular composite plates with fully clamped edges have been successfully investigated in previous series of works using a theoretical model based on Hamilton’s principle and spectral analysis. The objective of this work is the extension of the above model to the case of clamped clamped simply supported simply supported rectangular plates, denoted by CCSSSSRP, in order to determine their fundamental non-linear mode shape, and associated amplitude-dependent resonant frequencies, and flexural stress distribution. Numerical data are given for both linear and non-linear analysis, for various plate aspect ratios and vibration amplitudes. Good agreement was found with previous published results.  相似文献

本文对横向激励作用下的1-3型压电纤维复合材料层合壳进行了非线性动力学分析,并研究了压电特性对结构振动响应的影响.首先建立了压电纤维复合材料层合壳的非线性动力学方程,并且在已知的几何结构和材料特性基础上考虑了电场属性.然后根据位移边界条件,选择合适的振型函数,通过Galerkin方法将运动控制方程转化成两自由度的非线性常微分方程.通过数值模拟方法分析了横向激励和压电系数对压电纤维复合材料层合壳非线性振动特性的影响.通过波形图、三维相图、庞加莱图和分叉图等来研究壳体不同类型的周期和混沌运动.结果表明,外激励作用下结构存在复杂的非线性振动响应,同时压电参数对层合壳结构振动响应具有很强的调节作用.  相似文献

基于奇异性理论,研究了主参数共振-1∶3内共振情形下参数激励与外激励联合作用下四边简支矩形薄板的双Hopf分岔问题.考虑弱阻尼和弱激励的情形,得到了四边简支矩形薄板的分岔方程,给出了四边简支矩形薄板在参数平面μ-σ1上的分岔图.对参数激励与外激励联合作用下四边简支矩形薄板的阻尼系数、外激励、参数激励以及调谐参数进行不同的取值,通过数值模拟得到了四边简支矩形薄板平衡解将发生Hopf分岔,并分岔出周期解,薄板系统的非线性振动形式为周期运动.当四边简支矩形薄板的参数满足给定条件时,我们得到薄板的1∶3共振双Hopf分岔.随后,四边简支矩形薄板将会呈现概周期振动.  相似文献

基于支持向量机与信息几何的统计学关联性,从信息几何学的角度通过共形变换构造了数据依赖核函数,并与LS-SVM相结合,从而形成数据依赖核LS-SVM方法。基于一阶剪切变形理论及有限单元方法,对压电智能复合材料层板进行了低速冲击压电响应数值仿真,并进行了特征提取。基于各压电传感器响应信号特征,采用数据依赖核LS-SVM方法,对压电智能复合材料层板进行了冲击损伤检测,并与静态高斯核函数(RBF)的LS-SVM方法进行了对比。结果表明:在同等条件下,相比于静态RBF核LS-SVM,数据依赖核LS-SVM具有更高的损伤检测精度及更强的推广能力。  相似文献

论文研究了受面内激励和三阶气动力联合所用下的可伸缩悬臂复合材料层合板的非线性振动问题.根据经典层合板理论和Hamilton原理建立可伸缩悬臂复合材料层合板在匀速轴向外伸和回收过程中的非线性动力学偏微分方程,然后采用Galerkin方法将偏微分方程离散成带有时变系数的常微分方程,通过数值方法得到频率变化图、时间历程图和相图,讨论轴向移动速度、宽厚比和长宽比对可伸缩悬臂复合材料层合板的动力学特性的影响.结果表明,可伸缩悬臂板匀速外伸时,轴向速度越大可能越易振幅发散,回收过程未发现振幅发散现象.  相似文献

A simple rectangular finite element was developed for two-dimensional analysis of laminated composite materials. The rectangular laminated composite (RLC) element eliminates the need to add elements to a model simply to account for the material properties of various laminae. This is particularly advantageous for thick laminates with many lamina. Explicit integration in terms of generalized displacements minimizes the algebraic effort required to derive the element stiffnesses and the thermal load vector. A substitute shape function technique is used to improve the performance of the element in modeling bending type deformation. Results for several example problems are discussed.  相似文献

In this paper two non-destructive methods for elastic and piezoelectric parameter estimation in active plate structures with surface bonded piezoelectric patches are presented. These methods rely on experimental undamped natural frequencies of free vibration. The first solves the inverse problem through gradient based optimization techniques, while the second is based on a metamodel of the inverse problem, using artificial neural networks. A numerical higher order finite element laminated plate model is used in both methods and results are compared and discussed through a simulated and an experimental test case.  相似文献
