以冰箱透明抽屉为例,介绍了透明抽屉注射模的典型成型机构以及冷却系统、浇注系统设计的关键点。结合此类制品在生产中出现的问题,对塑件做了有效的设计改良方案,分析了典型的成型机构,阐明了各机构的结构特点及应用条件。通过优化透明制品注射模的冷却系统及浇注系统,可有效保证制品质量、提高生产效率,降低模具费用。  相似文献

运用Taguchi DOE技术研究了工艺参数对丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)注塑制品翘曲变形的影响,并获得优化的工艺参数以使制品的翘曲变形量最小。文中以碱性蓄电池盖为例,利用L9(34)正交矩阵进行实验,并采用标准变量分析法(ANOVA)对熔体温度、注射时间、冷却时间、保压压力等工艺参数对制品翘曲变形的影响程度进行了研究,结果表明,在所选工艺参数中,保压压力和熔体温度对翘曲变形的影响程度最大。  相似文献

传统ABS液压系统工作时存在明显的振动与噪声,研究分析了ABS液压系统振动机制,提出用伺服阀代替普通换向阀,利用MATLAB/Simulink建立基于压力反馈的PID控制结合门限值控制的ABS控制器,实现了ABS液压系统流量的连续调节与控制。建立了ABS系统AMESim模型,通过数据接口嵌入ABS控制器,实现联合仿真。分析了原ABS系统与改进后的ABS系统的压力冲击、活塞位移、速度、加速度等曲线特征,并进行了对比。试验结果表明:改进后的ABS液压系统对压力波动的抑制很好,抗冲击性能明显提高。  相似文献

汽车铝板常见的两种表面形貌MF表面和EDT表面对汽车铝板的性能尤其是冲压成形性能影响较大。选取力学性能接近的具有MF和EDT两种表面形貌的各2种6016汽车铝板,系统研究了表面形貌对6016汽车铝板表面性能和成形性能的影响规律。试验结果表明:EDT铝板的表面粗糙度是MF铝板的2.5~4倍;EDT铝板比MF铝板有更高的成形极限FLD_0;MF和EDT两种铝板的表面摩擦系数、弯曲性能和拉深性能相近。  相似文献

Mixed stannous chloride/palladium chloride catalysts are often used to activate etched ABS surfaces prior to electroless nickel or copper deposition. Little is known of the nature or activation mechanism of the catalyst. The nature of the catalyst was investigated using nephelometry and electron diffraction. No evidence for the existence of colloidal metallic palladium was found. The active component of the catalyst is thought to be a complex chloride of tin (II) and palladium (II). The major species present on the ABS surface at each step of the pretreatment cycle were identified using electron diffraction. A mechanism of activation was proposed involving hydrolysis of an adsorbed chloride complex within the ABS surface. On subsequent treatment with ammonium bifluoride accelerator, a surface redox reaction is presumed to occur between the hydrolised species forming active palladium nuclei: Sn (II) + Pd (II) = Sn(IV) + Pd (0). The process variables were also investigated. It was found that immersion times in all pretreatment solutions including rinses had a direct influence on induction period.  相似文献

利用Moldflow的MPI/Warp分析模块对汽车置物箱进行模拟,预测其成型后的翘曲变形,通过正交试验法对塑件成型工艺参数进行优化。结果表明:当材料为Teijin TN_3813BL PC+ABS,保压压力为注射压力的95%,模具温度65℃,熔体温度270℃时,塑件翘曲变形最小,影响塑件翘曲变形的主要因素为材料的性能,其次为熔体温度、保压压力和模具温度。  相似文献

In the present work, the hexadecyl triphenyl phosphonium bromide (P16) and cetyl pyridium chloride (CPC) were used to modify montmorillonite (MMT) based on the structural characteristic of the engineering thermoplastic acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) and the principle of “like dissolves like”, and then used to prepare the ABS/organic-modified montmorillonite (OMT) nanocomposites by melt-intercalation method. The influences of two different kinds of OMT on the structures and properties of the ABS nanocomposites were characterized by x-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high-resolution electron microscopy (HREM), thermogravimetric analyses (TGA), Cone calorimetry and dynamic mechanical analyses (DMA), respectively. The increased basal spacing showed that ABS intercalated into the gallery of the OMT. The morphology indicated that the OMT dispersed well in the ABS resin and the intercalated structure for ABS/OMT-P16 nanocomposites and intercalated-exfoliated structure for ABS/OMT-CPC nanocomposites were respectively formed. The TGA results revealed that onset temperature of thermal degradation and charred residue at 700 °C of the ABS nanocomposites was remarkably enhanced compared to the pure ABS. It was also found from the Cone calorimetry tests that the peak of heat release rate (PHRR) decreased significantly, contributing to the reduced flammability. The DMA measurements indicated that the loading of silicate clays improved the storage modulus of the ABS resin. The partial exfoliation of the OMT-CPC within ABS nanocomposites was advantageous to increasing thermal stability properties, decreasing flammability properties, and improving mechanical properties.  相似文献

In this study, the metallisation of acrylonitrile–butadiene–styrene (ABS) plastics has been investigated. The adhesion of the metallic layer on ABS was studied by the cross-cut test. Raman spectroscopy was used to evaluate the components of ABS plastics. The results indicate that Raman spectroscopy can be applied for rapid determination of suitability of ABS plastics for metallisation.  相似文献
