为提高并联系统生产过程的连续性,提出了考虑缓冲区库存分配的并联系统(3M1B)预防维护模型。首先,考虑并联系统每台设备的故障率与维护率,在并联系统中上下游设备之间建立缓冲区,构建3M1B系统。其次,考虑设备不完美生产的可能性,以缓冲区库存量与设备运行周期为决策变量,以设备最小生产成本率为目标函数建立预防维护模型,求解最佳的预防维护策略与缓冲区库存分配策略。针对此维护模型,采用离散迭代算法与遗传算法进行求解,并比较了2种算法的优劣,结果表明,对于此模型,离散迭代算法优于遗传算法。最后,通过算例验证模型的可行性和有效性。 相似文献

In a manufacturing system, a just-in-time (JIT) procurement and supply system is important for reducing cost and responding to customer’s requirement quickly. Successful implementation of a JIT system needs supplier/manufacturer cooperation in small lot-size delivery and inbound logistics cost reduction. In this study, an integrated optimal model of inventory lot-sizing vehicle routing of multisupplier single-manufacturer with milk-run JIT delivery is established. A novel method for computing transportation cost is proposed. Because the integrated model is a NP-hard problem, a meta-heuristic algorithm of ant colony optimisation is developed for solving the model. Numerical examples are used to demonstrate and test the effectiveness of the model and the algorithm. The results show that integrated model with milk-run delivery can reduce the total cost and realise the JIT production and procurement philosophy which emphasises small lot-size production and delivery. The results highlight the importance of cooperation between suppliers and manufacturers in JIT production practices. 相似文献

延迟策略是企业以低成本和高响应客户个性化需求的运作模式来获取竞争优势的重要理论之一。单CODP延迟模式制约生产系统实现不同层次、程度的多样化,约束目标客户的选择范围,为此提出多CODP混合延迟策略。从横、纵向两个纬度构建了实施多CODP混合延迟策略的生产系统成本模型,寻求每个制造中心通用零部件数量最优比例和不同延迟策略的最优组合,并提出与之匹配的求解算法。实例分析表明:在通用零部件数量最优比例和延迟策略的最优组合的支持下,多CODP混合延迟策略的实施不仅释放客户定制空间、扩大目标客户选择范围,而且实现了生产系统总成本的优化。 相似文献

Mixing errors in the manufacturing process of a mixture may cause a sizeable variation in the performance of the product, leading to the need for the tolerance design. Even though a variety of procedures have been proposed for the optimal tolerance design based on quality loss and manufacturing costs, there are no available tolerance design methods when mixing errors exist in the manufacturing process of a mixture. In this article, we propose a new tolerance design method for the case where mixing errors are involved in massive manufacturing process of a secondary rechargeable battery. Using an approximation method, we derive quality loss function, reflecting the effects of mixing errors on the product performances. Statistical design of mixture experiments is applied to build empirical models of performances as functions of component proportions in the corresponding quality loss function. A real‐life case study on the tolerance design of a secondary battery is provided for the illustration of the proposed method. The results show the efficiency of the proposed method in designing the tolerances to minimize the quality loss and manufacturing costs. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

系统高压的优化与控制在提升跨临界CO_2系统效率方面至关重要。在CO_2热泵热水系统中,传统的高压控制方程中仅考虑了气体冷却器侧的出口温度而忽略实际应用中对出水温度的要求和温度夹点,导致系统性能大大降低。本文针对温度夹点和进出水温等约束的影响,建立了有约束的气冷器模型,并对系统高压进行了优化。采用实验设计以及统计学方法确定影响最优高压的主要因素,通过最小二乘法回归出最优高压控制方程。使用该高压控制方程的系统平均COP损失1.8%,最大COP损失8.7%,可以更好地满足实际应用。 相似文献

考虑到不确定的回收量会影响回收网络的稳健性,提出了一种带有模糊参数的逆向物流网络优化设计模型.该模型针对不确定的回收量,借助模糊线性规划的思想和解决方法,用模糊参数来描述网络中不确定的回收量,并利用容差法将模型清晰化求解.通过该模型,管理者可以由模糊的回收量得到优化的回收网络.通过算例验证了该方法的可行性. 相似文献
