硫脲提金理论研究—金溶解动力学

采用腐蚀电化学方法研究了金在酸性硫脲溶液中溶解的动力学。无二氧化硫时金溶解的活化能为４２．１５ｋＪ／ｍｏｌ；二氧化硫浓度为１．０×１０＾－＾５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ时活化能为２９．９５ｋＪ／ｍｏｌ，在０．５×１０＾－＾６－１．０×１０＾－＾５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ内，二氧化硫的反应级数为１。动力研究的结果进一步揭示了二氧化硫在浸金过程中的催化作用，并再次证实了作提出的二氧化硫在酸性硫脲金过程中的电化学还原一催化作用机理     

矿石中金的快速测定——二正辛基亚砜泡塑富集全差示光度法

制备了二正辛基亚砜泡塑，并研究了二正辛基亚砜泡塑吸附金的条件和解脱方法。采用全差分光光度法进行测定，方法的测定范围为０．０５×１０＾－６￣ｘｘ×１０＾６ｇ，相对标准偏差ＲＳＤ＝５．６５％，可用于野外条件下进行矿石中金的快速测定。     

以钴了子为探针测定半胱氨酸的研究

详细研究了半胱氨酸与钴（Ⅱ）在ＮＨ４ＣＬ－ＮＨ４ＯＨ介质中的相互使用，建立了快速测定半胱氨酸的分光光度法，方法检出限２．８×１０＾－６ｍｏｌ·Ｌ＾－１，线性范围０－２．×１０＾－４ｍｏ１·Ｌ＾－１，摩尔吸光系数７．９８×１０＾３Ｌ·ｍｏｌ＾－１·ｃｍ＾－１。用于尿液中半胱氨酸的测定，结果满意。     

丙酮增敏—吐温40化学发光新体系测定痕量锇（Ⅳ）的研究

研究了吐温４０－ＫＯＨ－Ｏｓ（Ⅳ）化学发光新体系，发现丙酮等有机溶剂对该化学发光反应有很大地增敏作用。锇量在１．０×１０＾－８～１．０×１０＾－６ｇ／ｍｌ范围内，发光强度与锇量成正比。方法在检出限为１．１×１０＾－１０ｇ／ｍｌ；对于１．０×１０＾－７ｇ／ｍｌ的Ｏｓ（Ⅳ）重复１１次测定发光强度的相对标准偏差为２．２％。     

5—（6—甲基—2—吡啶）—亚甲基罗丹宁光度法测定金的研究

研究了５－（６－甲基－２－吡啶）－亚甲基罗丹宁（ＭＰＭＲ）与金的显色反应,在ｐＨ＝５．６醋酸－醋酸铵缓冲介质中,吐温－８０存在下,ＭＰＭＲ和Ａｕ（Ⅲ）生成黄色产物,λｍａｘ＝４５０ｎｍ,ε＝８．１６×１０＾４Ｌ／（ｍｏｌ·ｃｍ）,Ａｕ（Ⅲ）含量在０￣１．６μｇ／ｍｌ范围内符合比尔定律。方法用于矿石中金的测定,其结果令人满意。     

涂丝碘离子选择电极测定痕量汞

研究了自制ＡｇＩ／Ａｇ涂丝电极对汞的响应及其测定汞的条件。在ｐＨ２．５ＨＮＯ３－ＫＮＯ３介质中，１．０×１０＾－７－１．０×１０＾－２ｍｏｌ／ＬＨｇ＾２＋的浓度范围内，电极对Ｈｇ＾２＋有非能斯特线性响应，利用Ｇｒａｎ‘ｓ作图法，检测限可达３×１０＾－８ｍｏｌ／ＬＨｇ＾２＋。     

动力催化—离子选择电极法测定痕量金的研究及应用

研究了一种以金为催化剂，以铁氰化钾与ＥＤＴＡ之间的配位取代反应为指示反应，以邻菲罗啉为活化剂的新的动力学催化剂。此法用氰电极监测反应中释放出来的氰化物，其量与５×１０＾－９－－４×１０＾－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ范围内的金的浓度成正比。方法的选择较高，Ｓｂ＾３＋、Ｍｏ（Ⅵ）、Ｃｕ＾２＋、Ｃｏ＾２＋、Ｃｄ＾２＋、Ｆｅ＾３＋Ｃｒ（Ⅲ）、ＮＯ３、ＣＬ等２５种离子不干扰测定，主要干扰离子有Ｐｔ＾４＋、Ａｇ＋、Ｈｇ＾２     

二溴甲基偶氮羧胂直接光度法测定富钙材料中的稀土

二溴甲基偶氮羧胂在０．１６－０．６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ的盐酸介质中能与铈组形成蓝色的配合物，摩尔吸光系ε６３０（Ｌａ－Ｇｄ）为（１．２５－１．４１）×１０＾５Ｌ．ｍｏｌ＾－１ｃｍ＾－１。铈在０－１２μｇ－２５ｍＬ符合比耳定律。由于乙醇和表面活性剂ｔｒｉｔｏｎＸ－１００的存在，方法具有良好的选择性，４０ｍｇＣａ＾２＋，１０ｍｇＦｅ＾３＋，３ｍｇＴｉ＾４＋不干扰测定。本法用来测定富钙材料中的铈组稀土，结果令人满     

催化剂中微量铂的催化极谱测定

本文研究并提出了催化极谱法测定催化剂中微量铂的体系。０．１５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸氢二铵－０．５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ硫酸４．０×１０＾－３ｍｏｌ／Ｌ六次甲基甲胺底液中,于－１．０２伏（ｕＳ．ＳＣＥ）产生一灵敏的催化波,线性范围１．０×１０＾－５－８．０×１０＾－３μｇ／ｍｌ。本体系选择性好,数十种常元素无干扰,可不经分离富集直接测定催化剂中微量铂。     

荧光级氧化铕中氧化铅的发射光谱分析

采用发射光谱法对荧光级氧化铕中氧化铅进行定量分析研究。着重对缓冲剂的选择、摄谱条件等进行了试验，确定了最佳分析条件。测定范围：０．０３％￣０．０００３％，标准偏差：１×１０＾－３￣２．４×１０＾－４，变动系数为６．２５％￣１４．５１％。
