电机输出扭矩、转速和输出效率是电机测试中最重要参数,测量精度直接影响到电机整体控制性能和运行效率。本文开发了一套基于ARM处理器的电机力矩测试设备,采用磁滞制动器作为负载电机,通过ARM微处理器使负载电机运行于空载模式、负载跟随模式、扭矩模式和速度模式,测试曲线可编程。本文计的电机测试设备具备测量周期短、精度高、可靠性高、灵活编程、性能稳定的特性,可广泛应用于中小功率电机伺服控制测试系统。 相似文献

为提升旋转行波超声电机输出性能,研究其在不同负载下的最优预压力,针对TRUM-70H超声电机进行了理论计算和实验验证。建立超声电机动力学模型,分析了预压力对超声电机机械特性的影响;以TRUM-70H超声电机为对象,分析其最优预压力与负载力矩间的关系;搭建超声电机多功能测试平台,验证理论推导结果,并指出误差存在的原因;根据研究结论,提出超声电机装配时应根据负载选用预压力。结果表明,预压力和负载力矩对超声电机转速的影响存在耦合关系;在超声电机有效工作范围内,最优预压力值与负载力矩近似呈线性正相关;装配时根据实际负载需求设定超声电机预压力,可提高其输出效率。 相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to develop systematic analysis and design methods for a two-inertia system. A conventional proportional-integral speed control system with a torsional load is redesigned, and the damping characteristic of the system is derived and analyzed. It is shown that the dynamic characteristic of the system strongly depends on the inertia ratio of load to motor. Three kinds of typical pole assignments with identical radius/damping coefficient/real part are applied and compared, and the merits of each pole-assignment design are concluded. 中小型异步电动机的工作特性一般采用直接负载法进行测定,但对大型异步电动机在制造厂或现场进行负载实验都比较困难。工程上我们通常用异步电动机的等效电路,采用试探法算出其工作特性和运行数据。本文利用异步电动机的较准确Γ型等效电路,提出其工作特性的解析计算公式。经过验证,在额定工况下利用解析公式得到的计算值与电机的设计值非常接近,可以满足工程实际的需要。另外,利用Matlab软件,可非常方便地作出三相异步电动机的工作特性曲线。 相似文献

In the paper a nonlinear load control method is developed and implemented for a permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM). The purpose of the controller is to track a flexible load to the desired velocity reference as fast as possible and without awkward oscillation. The control method is based on an adaptive backstepping algorithm whose stability is ensured by the Lyapunov stability theorem. The states of the system needed in the controller are estimated by using the Kalman filter. The development of a nonlinear robust adaptive tracking control system for a three-axis motion simulator is presented in this paper. The motion simulator is used to test and calibrate certain spacecraft instruments within a hardware-in-the-loop environment. Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drives are used as simulator actuators. The control system is developed based on Lyapunov stability theory for which only rotor position and stator current signals are required. By using mechanical and electrical state observers, the measurement of acceleration and load torque which is usually required when motor dynamics are considered, is avoided. The control system can be made adaptable to constant unknown motor parameters and load inertia and robust to unknown but bounded fast varying disturbances. Simulation and experimental results are presented to verify the stability and efficacy of the proposed control system. 相似文献

DC motors are used indispensably in industrial applications because they provide such advantages as small size, high speed, low construction cost, and safe operation. A major area of research in DC motors is to determine a better method to measure the torque of motor shaft. The traditional way to measure the mechanical torque of a rotating shaft is attachment a torque transducer in the transmission system between the driving motor and the load. However, this technique requires additional parts for the transmission system, which makes the design more complicated, time consuming, costly in construction, and in many cases impossible to achieve.The purpose of this paper is to present a new method for estimating the load torque of a DC motor shaft by using a novel modelling method based on an adaptive control technique, named as online tuning grey fuzzy PID (OTGFPID). A test rig using a DC motor is setup to investigate the torque behaviour as well as to evaluate the developed estimator. Firstly, mathematical model is developed for the motor. Secondly, the experimental speed-torque data and the optimized motor model is used to optimize the torque estimator. Then the optimized estimator is used to estimate accurately the load torque. Finally, the capability of the optimized torque estimator has been validated with the practical experiments in comparison with a typical estimation method. 相似文献
