通过选择不同配比的对叔丁基苯酚和甲醛合成了具有不同摩尔质量的对叔丁基酚醛树脂,对制得的酚醛树脂进行了性能测试。结果表明,单体配比的不同不仅对酚醛树脂的结构、性能有着重要的影响,而且对体系的聚合反应也有一定的影响,当酚/醛物质的量比为8/7时影响较为明显。 相似文献

以Ba(OH)2为催化剂,合成了水溶性钼酚醛树脂Mo PF,研究了原料(苯酚、甲醛、钼酸铵和Ba(OH)2)配比、反应温度和时间对合成的影响,并用红外光谱、热重分析和差热分析对所粘接岩棉的结构和耐热性进行考察。结果表明,当m甲醛∶m苯酚∶m钼酸铵=3∶1∶0.54,60℃恒温反应1 h后升温至70℃,并于70℃恒温反应2 h,Mo PF所粘接岩棉的耐热性与纯酚醛树脂(PF)相比有明显提高。初始分解温度为450℃,比PF-岩棉提高190℃;885℃时失重8%,比PF-岩棉减少22%;红外光谱表明,钼元素以钼氧键的形式引入到PF结构中。 相似文献

以苯酚、尿素、甲醛为原料采用合理的工艺进行了尿素对酚醛树脂改性,对其可行性进行了初步分析。试验结果表明,所合成的尿素改性酚醛树脂贮存性好;可以在低于酚醛树脂25℃的固化温度下固化;在相同的固化温度下,UPF树脂的固化速度要快于PF树脂;用尿素改性酚醛树脂压制桦木三合板,其所压制的胶合板的各项物理力学性能与常规PF树脂胶合板性能相近,能达到GB/T 9846-1988对I类胶合板理化性能的要求;板材中的甲醛释放量低于GB 18580-2001中的E1级的要求。由于尿素的加入降低了胶粘剂的成本,尿素改性酚醛树脂综合性能优于PF树脂。 相似文献

A liquefied wood‐based resol resin was prepared with excellent yield by a reaction of liquefied wood and formaldehyde under alkaline conditions. The effects of various reaction parameters on the extent of the yield of the resol resin, unreacted phenol content, and viscosity were investigated. Milder resol resinification conditions were required as compared to those used in conventional methods. The liquefied wood‐based resol resin was successfully applied to produce phenolic foam using appropriate combinations of foaming agents. Diisopropyl ether with a relatively higher boiling temperature was suitable for the foaming of liquefied wood‐based resol resin. Hydrochloric acid and poly(ethylene ether) of sorbitan monopalmitate were used as a catalyst and a surfactant, respectively. The obtained foams showed satisfactory densities and compressive properties, comparable to those of foams obtained from conventional resol resin. Foams with low density were obtained by the blending of liquefied wood‐based resol resin and conventional resol resin. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Resole phenolic resins containing various p-cresol (PC) to phenol (P) mol ratios were prepared and characterized. These phenolic resins were blended with nitrile rubber (NBR) and the measurements of adhesive joint strength, stress–strain properties, DSC, TGA, DMA, TEM, and SEM were performed using a 50 : 50 NBR/phenolic resin blend. It was observed that the adhesive joint strength and the mechanical properties of the blend enhanced significantly on incorporation of p-cresol into the phenolic resin, and the optimum p-cresol/phenol mol ratio was in the vicinity of 2 : 1. Observation of a more continuous phase and the increase in Tg of the rubber region in the blend indicated increased reactivity and compatibilization of NBR with phenolic resin as p-cresol was incorporated. The effect of silica filler on the properties of the nitrile rubber/phenolic resin blend was also studied without and with p-cresol modification and the results suggest that silica filler take not only the role of a reinforcing filler in the nitrile–phenolic–silica composite, but also a role as surface compatibilizer of the blend components. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 采用热化学酚化技术活化木素得到木素酚化产物,以酚化产物代替苯酚制备低成本的木素酚化液基酚醛树脂(LPF)胶粘剂。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)对LPF和传统PF的结构进行了表征,通过对比试验分析了LPF的应用性能,并对LPF胶粘剂应用性能产生的机理作了一定的探讨。结果表明:酚化后的木素参与了LPF胶粘剂的合成,并具有新的不同取代基的苯环结构;LPF胶粘剂与传统酚醛树脂(PF)胶粘剂具有相似的应用性能,前者比后者具有更低的游离酚(醛)含量(游离酚<0.12%,游离醛<0.08%)、更快的干燥速率和更低的施胶量(固含量29%时施胶量为297g/m2);另外,LPF胶粘剂具有优异的胶合性能(达到了Ⅰ类胶合板的标准要求)和储存稳定性,完全满足高性能环保型胶粘剂的使用要求。 相似文献

Phenol formaldehyde was filled with glass powder to increase its flexural strength for civil and structural applications by a research centre on composites, University of Southern Queensland (USQ). To reduce costs, the centre wishes to fill in as much glass powder as possible subject to maintaining sufficient strength of the composites in structural applications. This project varies the percentage by weight of the glass powder in the composites from 5 to 30%. The specimens were then subjected to flexural tests. The results show that composite with 17.5% by weight of the glass hollow spheres produces the highest flexural strength and flexural modulus combined with a very good fluidity for casting.
