吡唑啉酮型通用染料的合成与应用研究 总被引:2,自引:2,他引:2
以1=(2,5-二氯-4-磺酸基苯基)-5-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮为起始原料、经过一系列反应合成了一支吡唑啉酮型黄色通用染料。希望不需在染浴之外进行其它的化学反应就能用它对不同类型的织物进行染色。这是一个五步合成反应、包括重氮化偶合反应,氯置换反应,缩合反应,水解反应,缩合反应。实验中对第二步和第四步的反应工艺进行了改进,改进工艺后使两步反应的操作简化,成本降低,收率提高合成的染料以三聚氯氰为活性基,该染料及中间体的化学结构,通过^1H核磁共振谱、质谱和红外光谱分析得以表征,在中性染浴中,合成的染料可用于羊毛,丝绸,尼龙,涤纶纤维染色:通过加入N,N-二甲基乙二胺调节pH值为5,可对腈纶纤维进行染色。染料在纤维上的日晒和水洗牢度测试结果表明,染料在晴纶上的日晒、水洗牢度较低:在羊毛、丝绸上有中等的牢度性能;在涤纶、尼龙上日晒牢度较低.水洗牢度较高。 相似文献

合成了一组带不同取代基的三芳基吡唑啉化合物,对它们在不同极性溶剂中的光物理行为(如荧光量子产率,荧光寿命等)进行了测定指出:这类化合物在光的激发下除存在有分子内共轭条件下的电荷转移行为外,还存在着分子内非共轭条件下的电子转移,本工作还以三芳基吡唑啉化合物为猝灭剂对氧鎓盐的荧光猝灭能力进行了研究,并对所得结果作了讨论。 相似文献

Chlorosulfonyl-containing pyrazolone azo compounds (2a, 2b) have been prepared by reaction of the corresponding sodium sulfonate (la, lb) with thionyl chloride in the presence of a catalytic quantity of N,Ndimethylformamide in dry benzene. The effects of reaction temperature, time, catalyst and solvent amount on the yield of 2a and 2b were investigated. The results show that chlorination of 1a and 1b under optimal conditions gives 2a and 2b in 95.5% and 99.2% yield respectively. The given method is facile and suitable for large-scale synthesis. 相似文献

本工作合成了新型的2-吡唑啉类化合物:1,3-二苯基-4-(p-硝基苄叉)-3-吡唑啉,研究了该化合物在室温及低温77K时的稳态光物理行为,结果表明:在标题化合物分子中存在着两种电荷转移机制,其一是从N1-N2-C3-苯基,基二是从N1-N2-C3-C4-P-硝基苄叉,光激发下,两种电荷转移机制相互竞争,且具有不同的发光构象。 相似文献

Davis in the chair Experimental results are presented which show that the members of any given range of reactive dyes have a diffusion coefficient D and an exhaustion value E which are roughly in inverse proportion to each other. Metal–complex dyes (1: 1 and 1: 2) and phthalocyanine metal complexes, however, show characteristic deviations in behaviour. The significance of D and E in the padding, intermediate drying, and fixation of reactive dyes is elucidated. The theory of the padding process is discussed and the relationships between D and E and the ending behaviour are demonstrated. A new test for assessing the tendency to ending is described. 相似文献

Large amounts of utilizable by-products are produced concomitant with silver carp processing. The lipids from fish brain contain considerable essential fatty acids which however have seldom been studied. In this study, the lipids extracted from the brain of silver carp exhibited good physicochemical properties. Forty volatile compounds were identified, of which hydrocarbons and aromatics predominated. The ratios of polar lipids and phospholipids to total lipids were 22.73 and 10.95 % respectively. Phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) and phosphatidylserine (PS) accounted for 83.9 % of the phospholipids. Major fatty acids of neutral lipids, polar lipids, PC, PE and PS differed significantly. PE had the most polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA), while PC, PE and PS were rich in docosahexaenoic and eicosapentaenoic acids. Moreover, the ratios of fatty acids were considered to be reasonable due to high levels of n3 PUFA. The lipids from silver carp brain have been demonstrated to be healthy and nutritious. The results herein confirm that silver carp brain lipids are a commercially and industrially feasible prospect. 相似文献

Nanocrystalline films of a ternary compound, namely, silicon carbonitride SiCxNy, are prepared by plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition at temperatures of 473–1173 K with the use of a complex gaseous mixture of hexamethyldisilazane Si2NH(CH3)6, ammonia, and helium. The chemical and phase compositions and the physicochemical properties of the films are investigated using IR, Auger electron, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy; ellipsometry; synchrotron X-ray powder diffraction; electron and atomic-force microscopy; microhardness measurements with a nanoindenter; and electrical measurements. Several streptocyanine dyes were synthesized that contain polymethine chains of varying length. Their in vitro antimalarial activities were evaluated against the virulent P. falciparum parasite. In addition to the influence of polymethine chain length, the effects of structural modifications at nitrogen end groups, para substitution of the phenyl groups, and counter‐anions were studied. The most potent antimalarial activities were found for heptacarbon chain streptocyanines, with an IC50 value of 60 nM . Interestingly, most of the compounds were less cytotoxic toward the mammalian cells tested. The best selective toxicity profiles were found for pentacarbon chain streptocyanines, which have a good in vitro specificity index. 相似文献
