To meet the seism detection‘ s require of high accuracy, high resolving power, the measurement technique of Laser Doppler and detection technique of faint signal are further researched. A differential demodulation system of Laser Doppler is designed. Phase grating is adopt to obtain same intensity measured beams with big separative angle in the system, and by focusing the waists of two Gauss beams on the measured object with extender and collimating lens group, the smallest speckle and the superposition of plane waves are obtained. And because the big diameter lens is used to collect scattered light,the Doppler signal of high SNR is obtained. It‘s measured range of frequency and amplitude respectively are 0.3~1000 Hz, 1.5~5mm. And the measure accuracy of amplitude and frequency respectively are 1% and 0.4%. 相似文献

物体的热膨胀性质反映了材料本身的属性,通常将固体受热后在一维方向上长度的变化称为线膨胀。测量材料的线膨胀系数,不仅对新材料的研制具有重要意义,而且也是选用材料的重要指标之一。将激光外差技术与多普勒效应深度融合,提出一种多光束激光外差测量金属线膨胀系数的新方法,即利用多普勒振镜把待测参数信息调制到多光束激光外差信号的频率差中,信号解调后可以同时获取多个待测参数信息,对多个待测参数加权平均,从而可以精确得到待测样品长度随温度的变化量,最终提高待测样品线膨胀系数的测量精度。基于该方法,对不同温度情况下金属棒线膨胀系数进行了仿真研究,结果表明该方法测量金属棒线膨胀系数的相对误差为0.1%。与传统测量方法相比,测量精度提高了一个数量级。 相似文献

文中讨论激光多普勒技术的双相检测辨向方法,计算了单周期矩形相位光栅的衍射光强分布,比较了光栅常数相同的矩形相位光栅和振幅光栅的衍射效率。实验研究了一种利用双相检测法辨向的、以单周期矩形相位光栅作光束结合器的激光光栅测振仪系统。介绍了仪器的工作原理和信号处理方法,给出部分实验结果,实验结果与理论分析相吻合。 相似文献

研究了噪声对光纤光栅解调精度的影响,通过理论分析和实验验证的方法论证了噪声与解调精度之间的关系.对光源施加不同功率大小的噪声,并根据光纤光栅的反射谱来研究光源噪声对峰值检测的影响.采用确定的波长标定方法后,解调系统的精度则主要由系统噪声决定.实验表明,峰值与噪声间的关系与检测精度有关,光栅解调时,精度要求越高,一个FP扫描周期内采集的点越多,要求区别相邻两点光信号功率变化的能力越强,即噪声应越低. 相似文献

基于激光自混合原理研制了多普勒测速传感系统,应用单纵模垂直腔面发射激光器(VCSEL),简化了光路设计;应用差频模拟锁相环技术处理微弱自混合多普勒信号,提高了测速精度和动态范围;应用单片机进行数字采样测量多普勒频移和计算物体的运动速度,实现了传感系统的集成化和小型化.实验结果表明,该传感系统在采样时间为0.1S的条件下,测速精度优于1%,测速范围达到30~500 mm/s,具有非接触式测量、测速精度高、动态范围大、结构简单、成本低和易于集成化等优点,在生物工程测量等领域有着广泛的应用前景.Abstract: The Doppler velocity sensor system based on laser self-mixing effect applies single-longitudinal-mode vertical-cavity surface-emitted laser (VCSEL),simplifying the optical path.And it uses difference frequency analogy phase locked loop (APLL) to process the self-mixing Doppler signal,so both the velocity measurement accuracy and dynamic range can be improved obviously.And it uses microcontroller unit (MCU) to make digital sampling and measure the Doppler signal frequency to obtain the velocity of the target,realizing the integration and miniaturization of velocity sensor systems.The experimental results show that,with the sampling time of 0.Is,the velocity measurement accuracy is better than 1%,and the dynamic range is from 30mm/s to 500 mm/s.The Doppler velocity sensor system has advantages of non-touch measurement,high accuracy of velocity measurement,wide dynamic range,simple configuration,low cost,and convenience in integration,so it has wide applications in such fields as bioengineering measurement. 相似文献
