针对周期性切换冷/温混合贮备系统,研究其最优切换以及视情维修决策,在系统劣化建模的基础上,分析系统结构和切换式运行维修特性,制定基于周期切换和检测的离线视情维修策略.首先,通过分析系统运行与备用设备交替使用、维修过程中的状态转移特性,推导各检测周期时刻系统状态概率分布模型以及各维修活动的概率;然后,以系统有限时间范围内平均费用率最小为目标建立解析优化模型,以决策最优切换周期和维护阈值,并采用遗传算法对模型进行求解;最后,以汽轮发电机定子冷却水泵系统为对象验证策略和模型的正确性和有效性,并对参数进行灵敏度分析.实验结果表明,所提出离线视情维修策略能够有效地降低系统的维修成本. 相似文献

针对供应商系统维修的低效率以及维修成本参数较难获得的问题,提出了基于服务性能合同模式(PBC)下的单部件系统最优视情维修策略模型。首先,基于Gamma分布,描述单部件系统连续递增的退化过程,依据系统实时检测状态与预防维修阈值、故障阈值之间的关系,实施不同的维修策略;其次,分析单位更新周期内的检测次数和使故障设备恢复如新的维修方式,以供应商利润率最大化为目标函数,以最佳维修阈值与检测间隔时间为决策变量,建立以利润为中心的视情维修优化模型;最后,利用改进灰狼算法求解数学模型,通过算例验证所提出模型的有效性,并进行了各维修费用参数对目标函数以及最优维修策略的灵敏度分析。 相似文献

为解决制造设备关键部件的维修决策问题,将生产任务信息、视情维修以及机会维修相结合,考虑设备关键部件的剩余价值以及可靠性风险建立维修决策优化模型.在已有关于视情维修和机会维修成果的基础上,考虑关键部件的剩余寿命与下一阶段生产任务时长间的关系,以总成本最小化为目标确定是否在相邻生产任务间利用维修机会,使得在任务顺利进行的条件下降低成本.基于逆高斯过程进行部件退化建模,计算不同维修组合对应的失效概率,进而构建成本最小化目标规划函数并通过仿真算法得到预防性维修的最优值.最后通过数值实验验证所提出维修策略的有效性. 相似文献

故障预测技术是我国未来发展复杂系统增强型视情维修体系(CBM+)的核心技术;在分析了目前广泛使用的基于统计学的故障预测方法基础上,研究了精度更高的基于模型和基于数据驱动等多种故障预测方法,总结了不同预测方法的适用性,结合实际应用提出了一种多方法融合的复杂系统故障预测新方法,与传统的统计学预测法进行了对比,并完成了仿真验证;新方法有利于提高故障预测的准确性,为未来实现复杂系统视情维修与贮存延寿提供技术保障。 相似文献

考虑到舰载机着舰在最后阶段受到舰尾气流的不利影响。因此,为了提高舰载机着舰控制系统的鲁棒性,提出一种基于L1自适应控制的纵向着舰控制律设计方法。首先,对舰尾流进行分类并将其转化为控制系统的干扰模型,通过分析舰尾气流特性来构建与之相对应的L1自适应控制律结构;然后,基于L1自适应控制方法设计纵向自动着舰控制律,其中包括设计状态观测器、L1自适应控制律、低通滤波器和自适应律,并且对设计好的系统进行了稳定性分析;最后,讨论不同尺度风速的舰尾流对自动着舰系统的影响规律,并且采用“单因素方差分析法”对不同舰尾流环境下的着舰点进行分析。仿真结果表明不同风速下的舰尾流对着舰精度存在一定影响规律,并且所设计基于L1自适应纵向着舰控制律具有较强的自适应性和抗干扰能力。 相似文献

The approach power compensator system (APCS) plays a role in the automatic carrier landing system (ACLS), and the performance of the APCS is affected
by the carrier air-wake in the final-approach . In this paper, the importance of the APCS is verified through the analysis of the signal flow chart of the ACLS.
Hence, it is necessary to suppress the carrier air-wake in order to improve the anti-interference ability. The adaptive sliding mode control (ASMC) not only
has better dynamic tracking performance compared to the nonlinear mode, but also can efficiently resist the disturbance caused by the carrier air-wake.
The design of the longitudinal control law of the ACLS is based on the carrier-based aircraft nonlinear model and the carrier air-wake model. It comprises
the longitudinal guidance rate, autopilot (CAS) and the APCS. The ASMC is used to design the APCS to suppress the carrier air-wake. A comparison of the

Many stochastic models of repairable equipment deterioration have been proposed based on the physics of failure and the characteristics of the operating environment, but they often lead to time to failure and residual life distributions that are quite complex mathematically. The first objective of our study is to investigate the potential for approximating these distributions with traditional time to failure distribution. We consider a single-component system subject to a Markovian operating environment such that the system’s instantaneous deterioration rate depends on the state of the environment. The system fails when its cumulative degradation crosses some random threshold. Using a simulation-based approach, we approximate the time to first failure distribution for this system with a Weibull distribution and assess the quality of this approximation. The second objective of our study is to investigate the cost benefit of applying a condition-based maintenance paradigm (as opposite to a scheduled maintenance paradigm) to the repairable system of interest. Using our simulation model, we assess the cost benefits resulting from condition-based maintenance policy, and also the impact of the random prognostic error in estimating system condition (health) on the cost benefits of the condition-based maintenance policy. 相似文献

The aeronautics industry is attempting to implement important changes to its maintenance strategy. The article presents a new framework for making final decision on aeroplane maintenance actions. It emphasizes on the use of prognostics within this global framework to replace corrective and Preventive Maintenance practise for a predictive maintenance to minimize the cost of the maintenance support and to increase aircraft/fleet operability. The main objective of the article is to show the Bayesian network model as a useful technique for prognosis. The specific use case for predicting brake wear on the plane is developed based on this technique. The network allows estimate brake wear from the aircraft operational plan. This model, together with other models to make predictions for various components of the aeroplane (that should be monitored) offers a forward-looking approach of the status of the plane, allowing later the evaluation of different operational plans based on operational risk assessment and economic cost of each one of them depending on the scheduled checks. 相似文献
