介绍了基于RP(快速原型)技术的金属电弧喷涂模具制造工艺流程;分析了金属电弧喷涂快速模具制造误差产生的来源;通过实例说明在模具制造的三个过程(即树脂原型、石膏型和电弧喷涂模具)中,以石膏型制造过程中产生误差的可控因素较多,例如不同水固比、不同烘干温度和添加不同填料后石膏固化时会产生不同的膨胀做缩率。通过选用合适的工艺参数,可以降低模具制造综合误差。 相似文献

CVD金刚石具有优异的导热性能,在微电子热沉应用方面有着广阔的应用前景。利用ICP工艺制造了硅模具,利用有限元对CVD系统中硅模具的温度场和流场进行了研究,在硅模具内制备了小型精密CVD金刚石热沉片。试验结果表明模具法能够获得表面品质好、形状和尺寸精度很高的小型金刚石热沉片。 相似文献

Arc spraying has recently found its application in rapid mould making and is used predominantly as a technique for the production of the mould crust. In this paper, the influence of the spraying parameters, i.e. air pressure, loading voltage, wire feed rate, spraying distance and gun transverse velocity, on the resulting crust qualities such as the surface finish and bond strength, was investigated. Since the crust is built layer upon layer by the deposition of metal particles, particle morphology was found to play a key role in the resulting crust qualities. It was found that the particle morphology varies with the spraying parametric settings and their relationships were studied by using a Taguchi experimental technique. The results also show that air pressure is the prevailing parameter, followed by loading voltage, in determining the metal particle size, and that small particles with high deposition density lead to better bond strength. In addition, there is evidence showing that the combined effects of the particle morphology, particle impact force and particle temperature determine the resulting surface finish of the crust. 相似文献

This study applies the methodology and procedure of process capability to investigate a solid free-form fabrication technique as a manufacturing method to produce scaffold moulds for tissue engineering. The process capability Cpk and process performance Ppk of scaffold mould manufacture using a solid free-form fabrication technique has been analysed with respect to the dimension deviations. A solid free-form fabrication machine T66 was used to fabricate scaffold moulds in this study and is able to create features that ranged from 200 microm to 1000 microm. The analysis showed that the printing process under the normal cooling conditions of the printing chamber was in statistical control but gave low process capability indices, indicating that the process was 'inadequate' for production of 'dimension-consistent' scaffold moulds. The study demonstrates that, by lowering the temperature of the cooling conditions, the capability Cpk of the printing process can be improved (about threefold) sufficiently to ensure the consistent production of scaffold moulds with dimension characteristics within their specification limits. 相似文献

Various coatings such as chromium carbide (deposited by plasma spraying and detonation gun techniques), chromium oxide, chromium oxide+titania+silica, NiCrAlY, and Al2O3+NiAl, all deposited by plasma spraying; stelliting, and surface nitriding have been applied on X20CrMo V121 steel. This steel is used for high temperature applications such as steam turbine valve spindle. Friction and wear behavior of the surface coated and treated materials have been studied at an elevated temperature of 550°C while rubbing against graphite-filled stellited steel. These studies have been carried out on SRV Optimol reciprocating tribometer. Test parameters for tribological studies have been selected with a view to simulate operating conditions encountered in operation. Additionally, the structure, porosity, hardness, bond strength, and thermal cycling behaviour of these surface coated/treated materials have been characterised. Based on these laboratory investigations, chromium carbide coating deposited by plasma spraying technique has been identified as the most suitable coating for steam turbine valve spindle application. Process parameters have been established for deposition of chromium carbide coating by plasma spraying technique on actual valve spindles. The field results obtained are found to be commensurate with the laboratory findings. 相似文献
