应用几何非线性有限元方法 ,研究了大变形问题中的纸张力学特性 ,采用修正的拉格朗日格式 ,推导了八节点四边形等参元用于非线性问题分析时的增量平衡方程 ,并编写了有关有限元计算程序 .应用该程序 ,对纸张在悬臂状态及自重作用下的静变形、无阻尼动态响应以及有阻尼动态响应分别进行计算 ,并与日本理光公司提供的试验数据以及MARC的计算结果进行比较 ,证实了该方法对于纸张的非线性力学特性的分析是有效的 ,可以为办公设备的合理设计提供科学依据  相似文献

为了解决试管整理供送的问题,根据目前的一种试管特性,针对带凸台的试管包装容器的理料供送装置设计进行总体方案设计与机构三维建模分析,并对关键零部件进行了一定的优化设计。设计一种全自动整理供送装置,并对其各个机构进行设计和建模分析。根据试管的尺寸及结构特性,合理的设计料斗结构,采用链传动作为提升、整理装置,包括料斗、提升机构和导流槽。同时利用Solidworks软件对设计装置进行装配建模,为机构优化设计提供了依据并达到了设计要求;用离散元仿真软件EDEM对试管在导流槽的滑落情况进行仿真分析,得出结论导流槽倾斜角设计30°较为合适。  相似文献

As office automation activities become more complex and interrelated, the need for generalized, systematic planning and control procedures increases. For data processing projects, systems life cycles have proven to be a highly effective planning and control mechanisms. This paper presents an analogous life cycle for office automation projects. It incorporates those unique characteristics of the office environment that preclude use of existing data processing life cycles. This paper presents an application of isoparametric elements for the elastic-plastic dynamic analysis of shells of revolution. General isoparametric elements with curved sides are used in the finiic element discretization. These are capable of representing solids of revolution in the form of a layered system. Structures with complex geometries and sharp discontinuities may be studied. Solutions can be obtained for both thin and thick shells because the customary Kirchhoff-Love hypothesis is not invoked.

Dynamic analysis is carried out by means of step-by-step integration, the program allowing for the use of any of the schemes belonging to the Newmark family of methods (with free parameters γ and β) and the Wilson and Farhoomand θ-method. Flow theory of plasticity is used in the inelastic range and either isotropic hardening or kinematic linear hardening may be adopted. The program can analyze axisymmetric structures subjected To axially symmetric loading as well as plane stress problems. Numerical examples presented include the dynamic analyses of a simply supported beam and two spherical caps.  相似文献

In this paper we present analytical integration formulas for a four-node isoparametric element. All the formulas are constructed with three simple functions of element nodal values, and therefore they can be easily coded and have high cost-effectiveness. Some of the formulas are exact and some are approximate. However, even the approximate formulas have enough accuracy and do not suffer from the so-called “hourglass” instability, which is a major drawback of one-point quadrature.  相似文献

The family of the so-called ‘isoparametric strain (displacement) elements’ is restricted to membranes and solids. The reason for this restriction has led to the development of a new family based on stress assumptions; these elements will be referred to as ‘isoparametric stress elements’. This family contains plates and solids but no membranes. The omission of a particular element in each family is consistent with the plate-membrane analogies. The basic flexibility matrix of an isoparametric stress element is singular since the zero stress state is directly included. The rank technique is adopted to automatically extract the zero stress modes such that the element can be completely interchangeable between any finite element system. The theory for stress assumed isoparametric “quadrilateral” plate bending elements with curved boundaries is given. The use of various models is studied to represent an I-beam for its elastic-plastic bending and torsional response including warping. The rectangular cross-section 2-node Hermitian beam element, the 4-node isoparametric beam element, and the 9-node isoparametric shell element of ADINA with constraint equations are used to establish the models. The linear elastic and elastic-plastic solutions of a cantilevered I-beam are given, and it is concluded that the I-beam model constructed with the isoparametric beam element can be used for general analysis.  相似文献

Information technology support of office work has increased rapidly in functionality, but new ways of interacting have evolved more slowly. This paper adds to the design research community’s notion of interaction quality by exploring these new ways of interacting and comparing them in the home and work contexts. We describe and analyze two interview studies conducted with office workers to consider how they perceive, experience and compare interaction qualities. Six interaction qualities (instant, expressive, playful, collaborative, responsive and flexible) were identified that together embody an interaction style that we have labeled ‘Generation Y.’ From learning and comparing these qualities, we found that personal and natural type of interactions were mostly experienced in the more private home context. Formal and subtle type of interactions were mostly experienced in the more public work context. We also found that the office workers scored the interaction qualities in their home context as richer than in their work context. This study resulted in a set of design guidelines, aiming to be used to implement the Generation Y interaction style in future office tools and applications. Designers and researchers will benefit from the result of this study from understanding rich interaction design in the work context.  相似文献

In this paper, the development and formulation of a new cubic isoparametric rolling/travelling finite element is described. The element can be used to simulate the dyanamic response of steadily rolling/traveling viscoelastic structures without the necessity of numerical time integration of the governing equations. Due to its higher order shape function, the element can more accurately simulate both the inertia and viscoelastic effects associated with rolling/traveling structures than currently available lower order moving elements. To illustrate the capabilities of the new cubic element, comparisons with exact and lower order generated results are presented.  相似文献
