为了探索天然橡胶/丁腈橡胶的阻尼性能,研究了短切碳纤维(CF)对天然橡胶/丁腈橡胶(NR/NBR)阻尼材料硫化特性、力学性能及阻尼性能的影响。结果表明:随着CF添加量增大,共混胶ML、MH和MH-ML增大,ts1缩短而tc90略有延长;拉伸强度和拉断伸长率下降,撕裂强度先增大后减小,当CF为10份时达到最大值,定伸应力明显增大,回弹性下降;滞后能量密度(HED)和阻尼系数增大;DMA测试表明:NR和NBR两相损耗因子(tanδ)峰值均略有下降,损耗模量E'显著增大,室温及较高温度下的tanδ随CF添加量增大而逐渐增大。可以看出,CF的加入能有效增强NR/NBR共混胶的阻尼性能。  相似文献

研究了天然橡胶/丁腈橡胶(NR/NBR)两相共混比对共混胶阻尼材料硫化特性、力学性能、压缩生热以及阻尼性能的影响。结果表明:随着NBR含量增加,共混胶M_L、M_H、M_H-M_L均增大,t_(s1)和t_(c90)先缩短后延长;共混胶拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、定伸应力和撕裂强度均减小,硬度有所增大,回弹性明显下降;压缩永久变形和温升明显增大;滞后能量损耗(HED)和阻尼系数增大。DMA曲线上表现出两个明显的损耗峰,随着NBR含量增加,NR相峰值tanδ_(max1)下降而NBR相损耗峰值tanδ_(max2)逐渐增大,损耗模量的变化趋势与之相似。NBR/NBR=70/30时,共混胶力学性能相比纯NR下降程度低,且室温附近的阻尼性能提高明显,综合性能相比其他更佳。  相似文献

研究了天然鳞片石墨(FG)对天然橡胶/丁腈橡胶(NR/NBR)阻尼材料包括阻尼性能在内的综合性能的影响。结果表明:随着FG添加量由0份增加至15份,共混胶ML、MH、MH-ML均逐渐增大,焦烧时间ts1和工艺正硫化时间tc90变化不大。共混胶拉伸强度、撕裂强度先增加后减小,在FG添加量为10份时达到最大值,定伸应力和硬度明显增大,拉断伸长率和回弹性略有下降。滞后能量密度(HED)和阻尼系数增大。DMA表明,NR相损耗因子峰值逐渐减小,而NBR相损耗峰值逐渐增大,损耗模量E’’明显增大。  相似文献

基于天然橡胶/丁腈橡胶(NR/NBR)存在不连续的两个高、低温阻尼温域区,给定NR/NBR的质量比为70/30,采用氯丁橡胶(CR)对其进行了阻尼改性研究。通过拉伸/压缩循环、动态力学损耗和压缩生热对改性效果进行了表征,并考察了CR用量对NR/NBR硫化特性和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着CR用量的增加,NR/NBR拉伸/压缩循环过程的滞后能量密度(HED)和滞后能量损失效率(HELE)均增加,且提高幅度在压缩循环过程中更为明显,表明体系的阻尼性能提高、且在压缩形变时更有效。30份CR使NR/NBR的波谷区域明显提升,改善了其在-43~0℃的阻尼性能,同时也使并用胶在压缩生热实验中的永久变形增大、最终温升显著提高。此外,CR使NR/NBR硫化胶的焦烧时间和硫化时间缩短、交联程度下降、拉伸和撕裂强度以及断裂伸长率下降、200%定伸应力稍增加。  相似文献

Oil pollution is a crucial issue that has adversed impact not only on the environment but also human beings. As an alternative to all conventional approaches, a porous rubber gel based on liquid natural rubber (LNR) with excellent hydrophobic and wettability properties has been developed using a simple vulcanization reaction. To determine their sorption capability, LNR gel was employed for absorption of various types of oils such as Petrol A, Petrol B, kerosene, diesel, crude oil, and olive oil. The functionality of LNR gel was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and the morphology of LNR gel was observed using a scanning electron microscope. By combining wettability and hydrophobicity, the LNR gel exhibited high oil sorption capacity and selectivity for oil removal from water. The LNR gel was able to absorb oils, especially the low viscosity types. Besides, it can also be reused up to 20 cycles while maintaining its oil sorption performance. The selective absorbent shows the recovery of petrol in the range of 96–99% by squeezing the oil. Natural rubber (NR) was blended with chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM) with various formulation and blend ratios (NR/CSM: 80/20 –20/80, wt/wt). Rubber blends were prepared by using a two‐roll mill and vulcanized in a compression mold to obtain the 2 mm‐thick sheets. Tensile properties, tear resistance, thermal aging resistance, ozone resistance, and oil resistance were determined according to ASTM. Compatible NR/CSM blends are derived from certain blends containing 20–30% CSM without adding any compatibilizing agent. Tensile and tear strength of NR‐rich blends for certain formulations show positive deviation from the rule of mixture. Thermal aging resistance depends on formulation and blend ratio, while ozone and oil resistance of the blends increase with CSM content. Homogenizing agents used were Stuktol®60NS and Epoxyprene®25. Stuktol®60NS tends to decrease the mechanical properties of the blends and shows no significant effect on blend morphology. Addition of 5–10 phr of epoxidized natural rubber (ENR, Epoxyprene® 25) increases tensile strength, thermal aging resistance, and ozone resistance of the blends. It is found that ENR acts as a compatibilizer of the NR/CSM blends by decreasing both CSM particle size diameter and α transition temperature of CSM. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 利用环氧化天然胶乳作为硅藻土的界面改性剂,制备了硅藻土/天然橡胶复合材料,通过无转子流变仪、电子万能材料试验机和橡胶动态压缩生热仪,研究了复合材料的硫化特性,物理机械性能和温升特性。结果表明,硅藻土/天然橡胶复合材料的焦烧与正硫化时间随着硅藻土含量的增加,先增后减;最大与最小扭矩随硅藻土含量的增加而增加;硅藻土/天然橡胶复合材料的拉伸与撕裂强度均有提高,当硅藻土含量为4phr时,拉伸强度最高,为28.5MPa;当硅藻土的含量为2phr时,撕裂强度最高,为37.9N/mm;由于硅藻土的加入,材料的内生热显著降低。  相似文献

The effects of pH value of reaction system, reaction time, and reaction temperature on the chlorination reaction in the preparation of chlorinated natural rubber (CNR) from natural rubber latex were discussed. It has been found from the thermal analysis that the thermal degradation of CNR in nitrogen is a one-step reaction, and 30% carbonide with a stable structure remained at 360 to 700°C; whereas the thermo-oxidative degradation of CNR in air is a multistep reaction, and the thermal degradation ratio reaches to 100% at 560°C. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. A solid-state chemical reaction occurs when a solvent cast film of a blend of masticated natural rubber and chlorinated natural rubber is heated in the presence of air at 150°C. The thermal behavior of solvent cast films of chlorinated natural rubber, masticated natural rubber, and a 1 : 1 w/w blend (2% w/v in xylene) of these two polymers has been studied using differential scanning calorimetry, infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and nuclear magnetic spectroscopy. The results suggest that carbonyl groups are incorporated into the blend on heating and that the vinyl functionality of the isoprene units is modified during this apparent oxidation. 选用与天然胶乳中的d球朊结构类似的牛白蛋白,将其加入到经Alcalase蛋白酶处理得到的低蛋白天然橡胶中,通过硫化仪法研究了蛋白质对胶料硫化动力学的影响。结果表明:各胶样的硫化反应可按一级反应处理;在相同温度条件下,随着蛋白质用量的增加,焦烧时间(t10)和正硫化时间(t90)缩短,硫化反应速率提高,说明牛白蛋白能够提高天然橡胶的硫化速度;硫化速率随着温度的升高而显著提高,且都能很好地符合阿伦尼乌斯方程;反应活化能随着蛋白质用量的增加而提高。  相似文献
