基于KBE的模具型腔设计系统   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为了解决模具型腔设计过程中信息集成和知识经验共享问题,提出将基于知识的工程(knowledge basedengineering,KBE)技术引入模具的型腔设计过程,并构造了基于KBE的模具型腔设计系统,其中充分采用了特征技术和知识工程技术.特征技术主要解决模具型腔设计各阶段的信息集成问题,而知识工程技术则主要解决模具型腔设计过程中的知识共享问题.研究结果表明,通过在模具型腔设计过程中引入KBE技术,可以有效地提高模具型腔设计的设计效率,加快模具开发的进程.  相似文献

毫米波收发组件微组装工艺复杂,芯片装配位置精度是影响收发组件整体性能的薄弱环节,自动化三维扫描技术是解决该问题的有效途径。将线激光轮廓传感器和线性模组结合,搭建一体化毫米波收发组件微组装三维扫描测量系统,实现了收发组件芯片的自动化在线测量和轮廓提取。该项技术有效解决了传统收发组件装配精度检测视野范围小、扫描速率低、人工干预严重等问题,提高了测量速度和测量精度,实现了收发组件装配加工与检测自动化系统的集成,可满足雷达系统装备高可靠性、高环境适应性的要求。  相似文献

为了解决虚拟仪器软件设计效率低、重复劳动多、通用性及互换性差的问题,提出一种开发面向虚拟检测的测试功能组件的方法,即借鉴成熟的组件技术开发一系列可复用的虚拟测试功能组件。描述了虚拟测试功能组件的方法和开发过程,结合实例介绍了以测试功能组件为单位搭建虚拟仪器的过程。基于虚拟测试功能组件可以快速开发可互换虚拟检测仪器。  相似文献

Docker容器监控系统在系统运维层面保障容器的安全。为解决当前容器监控系统存在部署过程复杂、异常检测精确度低、资源消耗量大和监控潜在黑洞等问题,采用Prometheus+、Sysdig和Weave scope等组件,构建支持可视化交互的综合型监控系统框架。该系统不仅可以快速准确定位异常来源、易于部署和资源消耗量低,还可以采用多种执行方式。依照监控组件资源使用量和组件执行模式,设计实验并对该系统进行研究。实验结果显示,Prometheus+磁盘故障检出率高并且可以长期存储数据,Sysdig在异常检测的误检率低并且耗费资源少,Weave Scope的异常检出率低,但是它可以同时监控多个容器。实验结果验证了该系统的有效性,其不仅可以全面地实时监控Docker容器内的各个节点,还可以解决多容器联合监控的问题。同时,系统从根本上降低了Docker容器整体的安全风险。  相似文献

表单图像变形、倾斜、噪声干扰、打印错位等问题往往使表单的数据域定位不准确,从而导致表单数据域提取失败。针对现有表单处理技术中存在的定位不准的问题提出了通过检测表单的条码、格结构等几何特征组件实现表单数据域的定位,并分别设计滤波器实现了几何特征组件的检测。实验证明了该方法的有效性。  相似文献

通过对电子元器件进行筛选和检测,可有效剔除不合格的电子元器件,确保所使用的电子元器件符合质量标准,从而提高产品的可靠性和稳定性。本文涵盖了筛选装置的结构设计、硬件设计、软件设计等方面。在筛选装置的结构设计中,设计了装置的组成模块。在硬件设计方面,考虑到功能需求,对电路板和连接器中电压控制、电路放大、电路滤波和故障诊断与报警等功能做进一步设计实现。最后,通过集成测试验证了装置设计的有效性和准确性。通过该设计,旨在提供一个可靠的电子元器件检测装置,提高产品质量和生产效率。  相似文献

当前,国际上对于包装机械产品的质量、生产能力提出了更高的要求,因此该课题对此作出了探讨,以期为包装行业提供新思路及解决方案。为了保证堆芯探测器测量的精确度,提升探测器组件拆除工艺的稳定性与高效性,利用PLC控制技术,研究了一种剪切缩容装置的自动化控制方法。设计基于PLC技术的剪切缩容装置控制体系,构建剪切缩容装置的运动模型,确定装置的自动化控制参数,实现剪切缩容装置的自动化控制。为了检测本文设计方法的控制效果,设计了模拟试验。结果显示,对于10组不同的模拟堆芯探测器组件,自动控制方法下,完成拆除工作的运行时间的均值2.15 min,具有实时性与高效性,剪切定位位置的误差结果的平均值0.65 mm,具有精准性,满足对拆除工作实时高效、精准稳定的装置设计要求。  相似文献

针对高速公路监控系统移植、扩展和升级困难的现状,提出了基于COM技术的监控设计方法,利用COM技术的语言无关性等优点解决上述问题.该方法通过设计数据驱动、数据访问等组件模块完成对系统数据库的连接.它具有读写和更新数据库访问功能,并按组件功能采用层次结构管理所有组件模块,用户通过更新组件模块的方式扩展和升级系统.采用该方法开发的高速公路监控系统在兼容性、可扩展性等方面优势明显.在"上界高速公路监控系统"中的应用验证了该方法的可行性和实用性.  相似文献

One of the major problems in automotive assembly consists in achieving alignment within the specified tolerances between car panels that make up the exterior bodywork. To reduce errors and time requested to perform the assigned assembly tasks, workers should be guided during these panel fitting operations. Augmented Reality (AR) could be particularly suitable in this regard, as it represents one of the most promising tools to support personnel, with constantly growing applications in production processes. Following this trend, the present work aims to present an AR prototype system for supporting the operator during panel fitting operations of car body assembly, by providing instructions to correct alignment errors in terms of gap and flushness. A real case study concerning the fine alignment of car body panels with respect to the front light projector is also presented.  相似文献

In the process of generating assembly dimension chain automatically,there are many problems such as complex assembly relationship,variety of constraints of components and complex dimension and tolerance relations of components.These problems lead to many difficulties in search process and need lots of man-machine interaction.Because of these difficulties,this paper presents a method of automatic generation of assembly dimension chain based on tolerance cell.This method is realized through obtaining assembly tolerance cell and part tolerance cell first.These two types of tolerance cell are extracted and expressed in the form of linked list structure in computer further.Then assembly dimension chain is searched automatically based on obtained tolerance cell,and the correct assembly dimension chain is extracted finally.A system of generating assembly dimension chain automatically has been developed based on DELMIA and successfully deployed in aircraft assembly simulation in the engineering practice.  相似文献

With increasing use of advanced high strength, lightweight materials and alternative vehicle architectures, materials joining issues have become increasingly important in automotive vehicle body assembly. Among the various joining methods, adhesive bonding is one of the important techniques for joining dissimilar materials in vehicle body assembly. During curing of the adhesive, it is necessary to fix and control the gap between the sheet panels to ensure the bonding strength and geometric quality. In this paper, a novel process, the single-sided piercing riveting (SSPR), is proposed for fixing and controlling the gap between the sheet panels during adhesive bonding of vehicle body assembly. The SSPR is a cold forming process for joining two or more sheet parts by driving a specifically designed U-shaped rivet using an impact force. The SSPR process is easy and convenient to implement without the need of a direct back support, and can meet the limited space requirement of vehicle body assembly. Joining experiments and performance tests were carried out to validate the effectiveness of the SSPR process. Performance comparison with other joining methods shows that mechanical properties of the lap-shear SSPR-bonded joints are superior to that of the SPR and SPR-bonded lap-shear joints.  相似文献

In this paper, we report on two engineering case studies that have been conducted as part of a Virtual Assembly Technology Consortium. The objectives of the case studies were to determine if immersive virtual assembly capabilities allow industry assembly situations to be modelled and studied realistically, and to demonstrate the downstream value of the virtual assembly capabilities in areas such as ergonomics, assembly installation, process planning, installation, and serviceability. What is of special significance is that instead of modelling simplified problems or perceived representative situations, the case studies were constructed from actual assembly floor projects and situations encountered at industry member sites and with considerable participation from industry engineers and manufacturing shop floor personnel. Based on the success of the case studies, the consortium members inferred that virtual assembly methods are poised to move out of the realm of special projects and test scenarios to deployment in the actual design and manufacturing cycle. However, in order to be truly accepted in industry, there are still issues to be addressed in terms of ease of use, portability of the applications, and preparation of the models for the evaluations. Thus, the case studies added a new dimension to the exploration and understanding of how this new technology could be of practical value in industry.  相似文献

针对某结构固定孔与套筒的过盈装配问题,利用Abaqus/Explicit建立该结构过盈装配的显式积分有限元分析模型.将固定孔视为可变形材料,采用八节点三维实体单元划分网格;将套筒定义为不变形的刚体结构,采用四节点离散刚体壳单元划分网格.通过对孔边应力分布情况的分析,说明计算结果与实际装配问题的一致性.最后对过盈装配中出现的偏心问题和采用壳单元建立有限元模型出现的问题进行讨论.  相似文献

将虚拟装配技术引入化工流程中,对可视化设计化工流程、培训工人操作技能以及化工厂的数字化建设具有很大的应用价值。通过分析精馏系统,搭建了可视化装配平台。根据装配约束条件建立了可装配设备模型。提出了"1+1"和"1+n"普遍化的装配方法,实现了装配复杂精馏系统。通过输出装配信息,获取精馏系统装配过程中的装配方式和装配序列,验证装配操作的正确性。装配测试表明装配方法正确可行,其真实性、准确性和有效性满足了精馏系统虚拟装配的要求,实现了自由选择设备装配所需的精馏系统。系统可扩展性强,通过添加其它单元设备,可以实现所有化工流程的虚拟装配。  相似文献

CAD model with nominal dimension is implemented in interference checking of assembly simulation of aircraft complex parts at present,which causes inadequate availability.In order to address this challenging issue,interference checking method with tolerance based on assembly dimension chain was proposed.Worst case and maximum error probability of tolerance of composing loop were used,and CAD models were respectively re-constructed and inserted into simulation system.Before dynamic interference checking,engineering semantic interference condition was set to assembly requirements.Finally,the interface checking result was a basis for reasonability of assembly process and tolerance.A prototype system was developed based on the above research.  相似文献

机器人是现代化工业制造与生产的重要装备之一。随着市场需求向小批量、多品种和柔性化方向快速发展,基于多信息融合的机器人协作系统将为高端精密制造产业赋能。该研究着眼于精密电子元件装配领域,聚焦手眼系统的精准对位和精密插装技术,通过建立待插元件与非均质薄板的接触状态模型,分析其双重位移融合的力位运动特性,并结合视觉检测与跟踪技术,提出一种融合视觉、力觉和编码器信息的复合型控制算法。基于电子元件装配平台,该研究进行了元件插装对比实验和信息融合算法的装配实验,结果表明,对齐阶段的定位精度在 0.185 pixels 以内,装配阶段的接触状态判定和调节算法保障了元件与插槽的安全有效装配。  相似文献

Allocation of appropriate tolerances is critical to ensure that components fit right and function satisfactorily in an assembly involving stacked components. There are numerous techniques available today to model assemblies on a computer. What is lacking is a common platform to make use of these computer models in order to perform tolerance analysis and allocation. This paper describes a technique to automate tolerance analysis and allocation of an assembly involving components stacked one on another represented in the boundary form. An algorithm is developed to track dimension loops in the stacked assembly. Statistical tolerance analysis and allocation is then performed on these interrelating dimensions and tolerances encompassed by a dimension loop. Advantages and limitations of this technique are compared against the manual method to conduct tolerance analysis and allocation.  相似文献
