The communications industrial standard YD/T 1885-2009 provides the types of headset interfaces, the performance requirements and test methods. Since the release of this standard, more and more manufacturers have adopted the concentric connector, which gives more choices to consumers and also has benefits on the environmental protection and the healthy development of the mobile terminal industry. Now, the universal headset interface has been included in the draft ITU-T recommendation P.381. Its internationalization will further enhance the universality of the mobile phone headset interface. It is China’s another great contribution to the international standardization following the standard of universal power adapter for mobile phones.  相似文献

The slideway design is the key in the design of the disc vibrating feeder.However,no reliable theoretical guidance has come into existence,which greatly restricted the application of CAD(Computer-aided design).In order to feed the application of CAD technology,we must make improvements to the existing coding method.Based on the similarity principle of Group Technology and existing coding system,a new coding method applicable to slideway design is brought forward.The existing coding system could get optimized by means of analysing and studying the influence imposed by the parts′ shape and posture features.More detailed information about the parts could be supplied by the new coding system,which makes the design simpler,more convenient and more accurate with the subjoin of the initial and targeted codes.  相似文献

Based on the characteristics of the lost foam casting (LFC) and the artificial neural network technique, a mathematical model for the simulation of the melt-pattern interface movement during the mold filling of LFC has been proposed and experimentally verified. The simulation results are consistent with the experiments in both the shapes of melt front and filling sequences. According to the calculated interface locations, the fluid flow and the temperature distributions during the mold filling and solidification processes were calculated, and the shrinkage defect of a lost foam ductile iron casting was predicted by considering the mold wall movement in LFC. The simulation method was applied to optimize the casting design of lost foam ductile iron castings. It is shown that the model can be used for the defects prediction and for casting design optimization in the practical LFC production.  相似文献

Given the demand for constantly scaling microelectronic devices to ever smaller dimensions, a SiO_2 gate dielectric was substituted with a higher dielectric-constant material, Hf(Zr)O_2, in order to minimize current leakage through dielectric thin film. However, upon interfacing with high dielectric constant(high-κ) dielectrics, the electron mobility in the conventional Si channel degrades due to Coulomb scattering, surface-roughness scattering, remotephonon scattering, and dielectric-charge trapping. III-V and Ge are two promising candidates with superior mobility over Si. Nevertheless, Hf(Zr)O_2/III-V(Ge) has much more complicated interface bonding than Si-based interfaces. Successful fabrication of a high-quality device critically depends on understanding and engineering the bonding conflgurations at Hf(Zr)O_2/III-V(Ge) interfaces for the optimal design of device interfaces. Thus, an accurate atomic insight into the interface bonding and mechanism of interface gap states formation becomes essential. Here, we utilize firstprinciple calculations to investigate the interface between HfO_2 and Ga As. Our study shows that As—As dimer bonding, Ga partial oxidation(between 3+ and 1+) and Ga— dangling bonds constitute the major contributions to gap states. These findings provide insightful guidance for optimum interface passivation.  相似文献

One major scientific issue that needs to be resolved and understood in order to design ceramic particle reinforced metal matrix composites is the interfacial energy state between the matrix and the reinforcement. Solid-solid interfacial energy between the particle and the matrix effects the final interface characteristics and also significantly influences the particle redistribution due to its effect on particle pushing engulfment by the melt interface. The paper analyses the physics behind the particle pushing and engulfment by the solidifying interface considering models utilizing interfacial force as energy difference between the particle in the solid and particle in the liquid melt. Various methods of evaluating solid-solid interfacial energy have been discussed. Velocity of melt interface movement at which the particles are engulfed by the matrix referred to as critical velocity of the system under given conditions has been shown to be directly related to the interfacial energy. Critical appraisal of experiments to determine the critical velocity have been presented for aluminium matrix dispersed with zirconia particles. Advantages of carrying out experiments under μg environment have been pointed out.  相似文献

In order to shorten the design cycle of the excavator working device, we have proposed a rapid modeling method for the excavator working device which uses parameters. Based on the Pro/toolkit, which is secondary development tool of Pro/E4.0,and combined with Vs C++2005 programming software. It developed a flexible set of MFC visualization-friendly interfaces. Users can enter data in the visual interface according to their needs and it will generate a new part model quickly.
