济钢120t转炉顶底复吹冶炼技术

济钢第三炼钢厂120t转炉采用顶底复吹冶炼技术，底吹系统应用LD-KGC弱搅拌供气系统，采用集管式风口砖，氮气和氩气为底吹搅拌气体。与普通顶吹转炉相比，顶底复吹转炉具有吹炼平稳、冶炼时间短、可生产超低碳钢种(0．01％～0．003％C)和低磷钢等特点．金属收得率可提高1％．氧耗可降低8％。     

顶底侧吹转炉炼钢新技术开发研究及初步应用

在30t顶底复吹转炉熔池炉壁增加侧吹枪组成顶底侧吹转炉,通过实验室模拟试验,测定不同吹气搅拌技术的转炉熔池的混均时间。结果发现:顶底侧吹搅拌效果最好,熔池混匀时间比原顶底复吹转炉平均降低65%,且熔池混匀时间呈现τ顶底侧吹τ顶侧吹τ纯底吹τ顶底复吹τ纯顶吹的规律。该技术首先在福建三钢(集团)公司炼钢厂的30t顶底复吹转炉熔池侧壁增加一支侧吹枪进行大生产工业试验,结果表明:顶底侧吹转炉碳氧积低,脱磷效果好,降碳快,全炉役侧吹枪可见,冶炼技术指标得到很大改善。

210 t转炉顶底复吹技术的研究和应用,为包钢CSP生产线生产低碳钢种提供了保证.复吹转炉保持良好的冶金效果,碳氧反应接近平衡,冶炼低碳钢时避免了钢水的过氧化;较顶吹有良好的脱磷、脱硫能力,提高了终点残锰量.     

转炉聚合射流氧枪水模实验

以炼钢厂180t转炉为原型,进行顶底复吹转炉聚合射流氧枪吹炼的水力学模拟实验.实验通过降低枪位提高射流到达液面的速度,模拟聚合射流氧枪,在优化顶底复吹参数的基础上,研究聚合射流氧枪对转炉钢液搅拌效果的影响.实验结果表明:聚合射流氧枪可显著降低熔池均匀混合时间,其搅拌效果与顶底复吹相当.     

莱钢150t脱磷炉顶底复吹冶金效果分析

莱钢型钢炼钢厂150 t脱磷炉采用顶底复吹冶炼技术,底吹系统应用LD-KGC弱搅拌供气系统,环缝式底吹供气元件,氮气和氩气为底吹搅拌气体。试验表明,与厂内其他三座120 t顶底复吹转炉相比,其冶炼终点的碳氧积降低明显(平均值为0.0021))、渣中的TFe含量明显下降,钢水残锰量提高,合金和脱氧剂的消耗也相应减少。同时具有吹炼平稳、冶炼时间短、可生产超低碳钢种和低磷钢等特点。     

180 t转炉聚合射流流场的水力学模型的实验研究

采用几何相似比1∶10水模型对180 t顶底复吹转炉内射流与熔池相互作用进行模拟试验,研究了在最佳枪位(150 mm)时氧气流量(38~42 m³/h)对均混时间的影响以及最佳顶枪流量(39 m³/h)下聚合射流氧枪枪位(40~150 mm)对均混时间的影响。结果表明,聚合射流氧枪对熔池的搅拌效果完全能达到顶底复吹的搅拌效果,如能在转炉冶炼工艺中应用,可取消底吹系统,简化转炉设备,提高转炉炉龄。     

100t顶底复吹转炉冶炼过程的水力学模拟研究

以100 t顶底复吹转炉与氧枪工艺参数为基础,采用冷态模拟方法,研究了熔池深度、枪位、顶吹和底吹气体流量对转炉冶炼效果的影响规律。结果表明,100 t顶底复吹转炉的熔池深度控制在1.25 m以内,有利于延长炉底的使用寿命;枪位控制在60~90 mm(实际枪位为1.25~1.5 m)范围内、顶吹流量为37 Nm3/h(实际流量为21 000 Nm3/h)时,能提高搅拌强度,保证适当的熔池冲击深度以及最小的炉口喷溅量。     

210t转炉副枪自动炼钢技术的开发及优化

通过在新钢210 t顶底复吹转炉上应用副枪技术,实现了在不中断冶炼及不倒炉的情况下对转炉熔池进行测温、定氧、定碳操作,改变了传统的炼钢模式,并开发了基于副枪的转炉静态模型及动态模型,实现了转炉过程吹炼及终点控制操作的全程计算机自动控制,副枪自动化炼钢技术的应用使转炉一倒命中率提高到92%,吨钢氧耗降低2.8 m3/t。

120 t 转炉强化冶炼技术的应用

炼钢厂新建的120 t顶底复吹转炉,通过采用TBM底吹深脱磷技术和新型6孔大流量氧枪,与80 t转炉比较,加快了熔池内钢-渣反应速度,使转炉钢-渣反应更趋于平衡,一倒脱磷率平均提高48.9%,供氧时间平均缩短3.5 min,冶炼周期平均降低5 min;转炉终点(FeO)降低2.93%;钢铁料消耗平均降低1 kg/t。
