针对不同厂家设备的驱动和数据采集方式所存在的差异,对SCADA系统中数据采集接口技术进行了研究。采用多线程多串口通信、OPC通信方式以及组态软件,给出了SCADA系统的硬件资源和软件平台的配置方案和多线程多串口通信流程图,完成了设备数据采集、进程间通信和数据显示,实现了对不同厂家设备数据的统一采集。实际应用表明,该技术增强了系统的兼容性。  相似文献

针对EAST(experhmental advanced superCondlucting tokamak)大型氦低温系统中深低温温度及氦流质量流量等非标准信号的采集处理复杂,不能被标准采集设备直接识别的难点,提出了以高精度数字表与采集卡相结合的数据采集方案,开发了基于多进程和多线程的复杂数据采集处理系统,并通过OPC协议实现本系统与EAST低温控制系统的集成.实验表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,测量计算满足实验需求,具有设备成本低,处理能力强,可扩展性好的优点.  相似文献

针对野外、复杂环境下的桥梁测试,提出了一种智能化无线数据采集设备,该采集设备内嵌有传感器,同时将无线WiFi技术和3G技术集成于一体,可以应用于两种不同的分布式桥梁动态测试系统.首先阐述了该智能采集设备的硬件实现方式,然后分别给出了WiFi技术和3G技术在分布式桥梁测试系统中的应用.由于其布线简单、数据传输方便、且自带电源,为野外、复杂环境下的桥梁测试带来了极大的方便.  相似文献

为了克服自动抄表系统中手持设备成本高、操作复杂等缺点,本文提出了采用usb-host技术采集数据的方法。通过sl811芯片实现对U盘的读写,然后将收集的数据导入计算机数据库中,从而完成对分散数据的采集。该设计在实际应用中取得良好效果,并可应用到其他数据采集系统中。  相似文献

针对传统电网复杂设备信息统计系统统计范围小、统计耗时长的问题,设计了一种新的电网复杂设备信息统计系统。该系统引入xml技术,优化设计了系统的硬件和软件部分,硬件部分重点设计了采集器、处理器、存储器和显示器,采集器选用LT500数据采集器,处理器为ARM10处理器,存储器选择了EMC存储器,在二极管显示器中显示统计结果。系统软件由电网复杂设备信息采集、设备信息统计处理、设备信息处理结果显示三部分组成。立足于实际,对该系统在电力网络中的适用性进行了分析。为检测系统工作效果,与传统系统进行实验对比,结果表明,设计的系统对电网复杂设备信息的统计范围高达99.26%,耗时很短,具有很高的应用价值。  相似文献

提出了一种基于DSP及CPLD的掘进机控制系统设计方案,介绍了系统总体设计、CPLD数据采集模块及CPLD逻辑控制模块的设计。该系统采用CPLD实现数据采集,在AD采样环节节省DSP等待时间12μs,25路模拟信号每个采样周期节省300μs;采用CPLD代替标准逻辑器件实现各种逻辑功能,简化了硬件电路的设计,提高了控制系统集成度。实际应用表明,该系统能够满足掘进机正常生产的要求,具有较强的实时性和较高的可靠性。  相似文献

Portable computing is an emerging technology that allows computing to occur practically anywhere. Going beyond the typical use as the "pocket-sized organizer," new methods of using handheld devices are being developed. One new method is to use handheld devices to collect data in the field. The portability of handheld devices allows for data collection in virtually any setting and frees the researcher from the confines of the laboratory. This article describes the process of converting a paper-and-pencil method of data collection to a 3Com Palm Pilot(tm)III application. An iterative design process was used to evaluate the ease of use of the new application. The new application (a) substantially reduced time to transfer the data to a database, (b) did not interfere with the task, (c) allowed the user to accomplish the same tasks as with the paper method while adding functionality beyond the paper method, and (d) was rated as easy to use.  相似文献

提出了一种基于uSD卡的移动情境数据采集和汇报系统。移动设备利用uSD卡与外部传感器节点通信,并将来自于内部和外部的情境数据汇报给远程数据库。提出了一种集中式的情境数据采集汇报调度算法,通过移动设备之间的协作来去除不同移动设备所汇报情境数据间的冗余,并提高情境数据采集的精度。定义了基于XML的传感器数据包描述语言,以克服外部传感器数据包的异构性。设计并实现了连接管理模块,支持在多种通信方式之间的透明动态切换。基于提出的情境数据收集和共享系统设计并实现了混合现实的PacMan游戏,游戏的试运行结果表明,本系统具有较好的实时性和可用性。  相似文献

Modern data centers are playing an important role in a world full of information and communication technologies (ICTs). Many efforts have been paid to build a more efficient, cleaner data center for economic, social, and environmental benefits. This objective is being enabled by emerging technologies such as cloud computing and software-defined networking (SDN). However, a data center is inherently heterogeneous, consisting of servers, networking devices, cooling devices, power supply devices, etc., resulting in daunting challenges in its management and control. Previous approaches typically focus on only a single domain, for example, traditional cloud computing for server resource (e.g., computing resource and storage resource) management and SDN for network management. In a similar context of networking device heterogeneity, network function virtualization has been proposed to offer a standard abstract interface to manage all networking devices. In this research, we take the challenge of building a suit of unified middleware to monitor and control the three intrinsic subsystems in a data centre, including ICT, power, and cooling. Specifically, we present \(\upmu \mathrm{DC}^2\) , a unified scalable IP-based data collection system for data center management with elevated extensibility, as an initial step to offer a unified platform for data center operations. Our system consists of three main parts, i.e., data-source adapters for information collection over various subsystems in a data center, a unified message bus for data transferring, and a high-performance database for persistent data storage. We have conducted performance benchmark for the key building components, namely messaging server and database, confirming that our system is scalable for a data center with high device density and real-time management requirements. Key features, such as configuration files, dynamical module loading, and data compression, enhance our implementation with high extensibility and performance. The effectiveness of our proposed data collection system is verified by sample applications, such as, traffic flow migration for load balancing, VM migration for resource reservation, and server power management for hardware safety. This research lays out a foundation for a unified data centre management in future.  相似文献

NAND based solid state storage devices are almost ubiquitously used in safety-critical embedded devices, and recent advances have demonstrated RAID architectures specific to solid state storage devices resulting in increased data reliability, with architectural enhancements to solve the age convergence problem. However, these techniques require devices to be taken off-line while components are replaced—consequently these devices are of limited use in hard real time systems. There are further real time issues in that the conventional architectures ignore other characteristics of solid state devices such as garbage collection and meta data management. In this paper we investigate techniques that support the replacement of aged devices in the array in such a way that we provide continuous system reliability. We also improve the performance overhead of the reconstruction process using a novel data migration policy. The techniques are implemented and tested in a trace-driven simulator, and results demonstrate that average I/O response time is improved by up to 39% with improvement by up to 45% in its standard deviation, overheads in terms of device replacement time are negligible, and read performance is improved by an average of 8%.  相似文献
