低品位多金属铜钴镍矿的开发与研究

为了给某低品位铜钴镍矿石的合理开发利用提供依据,针对该矿石性质,采用全优先浮选工艺流程。浮铜采用CMC纤维素分散并抑制矿泥、漂白粉抑制钴镍矿物及磁黄铁矿、选择性较好的甲基硫氨酯为铜捕收剂、铜粗精矿再磨等工艺;浮钴镍采用碳酸钠调整矿浆p H值、氟硅酸钠活化钴镍矿物、丁基黄药＋C－125为钴镍矿物捕收剂等工艺实验;实验获得含铜18．32％,铜回收率64．27％的铜精矿;含钴0．577％,含镍1．68％,钴回收率54.35％,镍回收率55．28％的钴精矿。此外,还得到含硫38．68％,硫回收率69．90％的硫精矿。     

姚家岭复杂铜铅锌多金属矿选矿试验研究

针对铜陵姚家岭复杂铜铅锌多金属矿进行了选矿试验研究,在工艺矿物学研究、流程方案试验、条件试验的基础上,采用优先浮选流程,Z-200作为铜浮选捕收剂,25号黑药作为铅浮选捕收剂。全流程闭路试验获得含Cu22.98%、含Pb2.53%,铜回收率86.86%的铜精矿;含Pb45.40%,铅回收率62.15%的铅精矿;含Zn50.18%,锌回收率88.04%的锌精矿;含S45.15%,硫回收率76.09%的硫精矿。     

高硫难选低品位铜铅锌矿铜铅硫分离浮选新工艺研究

某复杂铜铅锌矿矿石特点是含硫高,铜铅锌矿物与硫分离以及铜与铅锌分离难度大,非常复杂难选。试验采用磁选-浮选联合工艺流程,磁选脱除磁黄铁矿,消除其对后续浮选的影响,磁选尾矿采用优先浮选工艺回收铜。优先浮铜采用BP+乙黄药作为捕收剂,LD-1+亚硫酸钠抑制铅,优先浮铜粗精矿铜硫分离,铜硫分离采用腐植酸钠+石灰抑制黄铁矿,提高铜精矿品位。原矿含铜0.36%,含铅0.56%,含硫25.54%,试验获得铜精矿含铜23.61%,含铅0.85%,铜回收率达到74.16%。实现了铜铅硫高效分离,试验指标优良。该浮选新工艺为复杂铜铅锌矿的高效利用提供了有效的新途径。     

难选含铜黄铁矿选矿工艺研究

为解决含铜黄铁矿氧化率较高、铜硫分离困难问题，采用SB、SJ组合抑制剂和混合捕收剂，优先浮选、粗精矿再磨工艺流程，经扩大连选试验可获得铜精矿品位18．66％、铜回收率79．48％，硫精矿品位41．82％、硫回收率90．46％的选别指标．     

粗硫钴精矿精选的实验室研究

通过对粗硫钴精矿中硫和钴的赋存状态分析,认为用浮选方法来提高硫钴精矿产品质量是可行的,并在实验室完成了浮选条件试验和开路流程试验。开路流程试验表明：采用两次精选和一次扫选的开路流程,可获得硫品位３７．４３％、钴品位０．２９１％的硫钴精矿,作业回收率分别为７７．６０％、８７．０４％。推荐工业试验流程为三精一扫。     

某铜钴矿石浮选工艺研究

本文通过对某铜然矿石选矿分离试验的研究表明,采用先浮铜后浮钴的优先浮选流程处理该矿流程处理该矿石。可获得含Ｃｕ２１．１２％,铜回收率８６．２１％的铜精矿,含Ｃｏ０．３２％、钴回收率４１．６３％、回收率４１．６３％的钴精矿。同时综合回收了矿石中的金、银。文中坚影响铜－钴分离的主要因素进行了讨论。     

从硫精矿中回收铜的浮选工艺试验研究与生产实践

针对硫精矿中含铜高,对硫精矿中铜的回收开展分离浮选试验研究,试验研究结果表明：选用硫化钠脱药,石灰抑制黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿,捕收剂为黄药与丁铵黑药组合,基本实现了铜硫分离,小型闭路试验获得了铜精矿品位10．15％。回收率53．28％的指标。     

四川某铜多金属矿石优先浮选工艺试验研究

四川某铜多金属硫化矿含铜1.0%,钴0.01%,硫1.85%。根据原矿性质,确定以优先浮选铜矿物—尾矿再选钴硫的工艺方案回收该矿中有用矿物。闭路试验获得铜精矿产率3.95%、铜品位24.57%、铜回收率97.06%,钴硫精矿产率1.07%、钴硫精矿中钴品位0.31%、钴回收率33.30%的良好指标。     

广西某铜锌多金属硫化矿浮选试验研究

本文对广西某难选的铜锌多金属硫化矿进行了浮选试验研究。采用优先选铜方案。难以获得理想指标;采用全硫浮选工艺,使用新药剂DY作捕收剂,单一药剂制度,就能将铜、锌矿物一起富集到粗选精矿中,铜、锌回收率分别达到80．39％、93．86％。采用漂白粉、腐植酸钠和高锰酸钾组合抑制剂对粗选金矿进行铜锌混合浮选,最终获得铜锌精矿中铜品位为7．47％,回收率为41．90％,锌品位为13．01％,回收率为66．64％。铜、锌品位不高,需进一步分离。硫粗精矿含硫48．35％,但含铜较高,也需进一步分离富集。     

浮磁联合处理刚果(金)某难选氧化铜钴矿试验研究

刚果(金)难选氧化铜钴矿含Cu 4. 09%、Co 0. 86%,矿石中的铜钴矿物赋存状态复杂,易浮脉石含量大,同时有部分铜钴矿物以机械混入形式和类质同像吸附形式进入褐铁矿中。针对其矿石特性,研究确定了预先脱除云母浮选—氧化铜钴硫化浮选—高梯度磁选选矿工艺流程,推荐工艺全流程闭路试验获得了铜钴精矿含Cu 16. 75%、Co 3. 45%,总精矿中Cu回收率为91. 05%、Co回收率为88. 61%的选矿指标。
