基于对业务驱动的光子网格系统的研究,提出了一种面向应用的光子网格服务提供模型,它将应用资源和光网络资源看作对等的实体,并将其抽象和封装为网格可以控制和共享的服务.基于对光子网格资源分配问题的研究,提出了一种用于资源联合分配的最小代价策略,它从最小化作业执行代价的角度解决了应用资源和光网络资源的联合分配问题.构建光子网格实验平台,并以网格计算业务在分布式岩心图像处理中的应用为例,对资源分配策略进行实验分析.结果表明,最小代价策略能够降低光子网格系统的业务阻塞率和平均处理时间,优化网格应用资源和光网络资源的使用. 相似文献

固化成型模具是诱导热固性树脂基复合材料构件制造变形的关键因素之一。大型航空用复合材料构件整体化、批量化及高精度高性能发展趋势对固化用模具提出了更高的精度及寿命要求,推动了模具材料、设计及制造工艺方面的新发展,但目前相关研究尚缺乏系统梳理。因此,针对航空用大型复合材料构件对高精度模具的广泛需求,综述了模具对复合材料构件成型精度的影响和作用机制,固化用模具材料及其设计与制造技术现状。重点详述了在制造精度、效率及成本综合考虑下,从模具材料到制造工艺的发展。最后,对当前大型复合材料构件高精度模具在材料、设计及制造技术方面的发展现状进行了总结,并对未来主要研究方向提出了明确建议。 相似文献

Manufacturing service composition of the supply side and scheduling of the
demand side are two important components of Cloud Manufacturing, which directly
affect the quality of Cloud Manufacturing services. However, the previous studies on the
two components are carried out independently and thus ignoring the internal relations and
mutual constraints. Considering the two components on both sides of the supply and the
demand of Cloud Manufacturing services at the same time, a Bilateral Collaborative
Optimization Model of Cloud Manufacturing (BCOM-CMfg) is constructed in this paper.
In BCOM-CMfg, to solve the manufacturing service scheduling problem on the supply
side, a new efficient manufacturing service scheduling strategy is proposed. Then, as the
input of the service composition problem on the demand side, the scheduling strategy is
used to build the BCOM-CMfg. Furthermore, the Cooperation Level (CPL) between
services is added as an evaluation index in BCOM-CMfg, which reveals the importance
of the relationship between services. To improve the quality of manufacturing services
more comprehensively. Finally, a Self-adaptive Multi-objective Pigeon-inspired
Optimization algorithm (S-MOPIO) is proposed to solve the BCOM-CMfg. Simulation
results show that the BCOM-CMfg model has advantages in reliability and cost and SMOPIO can solve BCOM-CMfg effectively. 相似文献

Cloud Manufacturing (CMfg) ambitions to create dedicated manufacturing clouds (i.e. virtual enterprises) for complex manufacturing demands through the association of various service providers’ resources and capabilities. In order to insure a dedicated manufacturing cloud to match the level of customer’s requirements, the cloud service selection and composition appear to be a decisive process. This study takes common aspects of cloud services into consideration such as quality of service (QoS) parameters but extend the scope to the physical location of the manufacturing resources. Unlike the classic service composition, manufacturing brings additional constraints. Consequently, we propose a method based on QoS evaluation along with the geo-perspective correlation from one cloud service to another for transportation impact analysis. We also insure the veracity of the manufacturing time evaluation by resource availability overtime. Since the composition is an exhaustive process in terms of computational time consumption, the proposed method is optimised through an adapted Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) algorithm based on initialisation enhancement. Finally, the efficiency and precision of our method are discussed furthermore in the experiments chapter. 相似文献

In liquid composite molding processes the resin is injected into the mold cavity, which contains pre-placed reinforcement fabrics, through openings known as gates while the displaced air leaves the mold through openings called as vents. Gate and vent locations determine process outputs such as fill time, pressure requirements and whether the fabrics will be saturated entirely, a requirement for the success of the mold filling operation. Disturbances such as racetracking, in which the resin flows faster along the edges of the mold, further complicate the gate and vent selection process. In this study, a cascaded optimization algorithm, which is created by integration of branch and bound search and map-based exhaustive search, is proposed for simultaneous gate and vent location optimization in the presence of racetracking. Three case studies are presented to demonstrate usefulness of this methodology and the results are validated in a Virtual Manufacturing Environment. 相似文献
