经过40年的不断发展,国际CAD产业已经走向成熟.首先分析了当前国际CAD产业的产业格局和生态链,将CAD产品和服务提供商划分为三类:整体解决方案提供商、专业软件提供商、CAD组件开发商.介绍了国际上主流的CAD厂商和产品,包括:Dassault Systemes,EDS/Unigraphics,PTC,Autodesk,SolidWorks等.详细讨论了当前国际上一些新兴的CAD技术公司和产品,包括Lattice,ImpactXoft,@Last等.这些新兴公司可能暂时还不为人所熟知,但是,今天它们所开发的新产品和新技术,明天可能会成为整个CAD工业界的主流。  相似文献

This paper presents the development of a collaborative CAD/CAM system (COCADCAM). COCADCAM extends an existing single-location CAD/CAM system to a multi-location CAD/CAM application so that two geographically dispersed CAD/CAM users can work together on a three-dimensional CAD-geometry coediting and CAD-related tasks collaboratively and dynamically. COCADCAM dynamically supports CAD data communication that are not available in traditional single-location CAD/CAM. The dynamic data communication is achieved through the development of networking algorithms and CAD/CAM functions in this paper. The networking algorithms based on UNIX Interprocess Communication (IPC), the Network File System (NFS), and a connection-oriented client and server model under the Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) suite. The CAD/CAM functions included surface modelling, simulation of a milling toolpath, and post-processing of an NC program following collaborative CAD-geometry coediting, which are directly or indirectly supported by the Application Programming Interface (API) of the CAD/CAM software. The networking algorithms and CAD/CAM functions together can facilitate an environment for CAD-geometry coediting and related tasks such as design, analysis and manufacture. COCADCAM has been successfully implemented through local area network (LAN) and the Internet; a remote machining cell is also linked so that the generated NC program based on a coedited free-form surface can be used for the physical machining operation. The algorithm proposed by COCADCAM can be referenced for the extension of other single-location CAD/CAM systems to multi-location applications.  相似文献

CAD-systems envisioned and remarkably well specified in the 1950s have powered themselves into the central role they enjoy in today's automotive industry through continuous improvements and technological breakthroughs. This paper emphasizes the parallel and continuing evolution in the training and educational needs of users of CAD-systems. In the context of early historical developments of CAD at General Motors, this paper categorizes CAD-users in the automobile industry and presents their current and future needs. This paper presents an ergonomic garment design for elderly Turkish men. The purpose of this study was to determine elderly men's demands, needs and problems in regard to clothing and to design an ergonomic garment in the light of this knowledge. The sample consisted of 120 elderly men living in Ankara, the capital city of Turkey, and its province. A questionnaire was prepared and given to these people in order to determine their clothing demands and needs. It was established that most of our subjects need functional garments. An ergonomic garment has been designed using the obtained data. It was found that the design of clothing for the elderly requires attention to bodily changes from aging in order to facilitate and raise the quality of life. Specific suggestions are made to elderly people and to the ready-to-wear sector.  相似文献

提出了实用的基于点的鞋楦CAD/CAM技术,给出了基于点的鞋楦几何模型定义,由经过规则化处理的鞋楦表面数据点集表示鞋楦模型;在此基础上研究了鞋楦CAD方法,通过对点集的操作完成鞋楦设计;实现了鞋楦数控编程,建立刀具模型并给出刀位点计算的详细过程.该技术已经成功地用于鞋楦CAD/CAM系统的开发,并用于实际生产,完成鞋楦的高效设计与制造。  相似文献
