为了给芯片设计提供一种高效方便的调试方法,提出一种基于JTAG的片内调试系统。该系统包括调试系统控制模块、断点产生模块和JTAG接口。JTAG接口实现调试指令的发送与接收;断点产生模块是调试系统硬件调试的逻辑单元;调试系统控制模块则实现断点设置、单步运行、内存调试等功能。不同的调试指令可根据不同的硬件结构自动完成其各自的处理流程,而且不同的工作模式之间可以自由切换。该片内调试系统表现出了高性能,便于操作的特点,已经通过了实际的芯片测试。  相似文献

Homo-nipi and hetero-nipi superlattices incorporated into asymmetric Fabry-Perot cavity structures are compared and evaluated for possible use as bit plane optical memory elements in terms of the magnitude of their optical nonlinearities, on-off contrast ratio, insertion loss, carrier lifetimes, and power required to change the state of the structure. Changes in superlattice absorption coefficient as high as 1500 cm-1 and 1300 cm-1 have been achieved in type I and type II AlGaAs/GaAs hetero-nipi structures, respectively. When normalized to the GaAs quantum well layer thicknesses, the change in absorption coefficient in the type I superlattice was as high as 12000 cm-1. In asymmetric cavity modulator structures, on-off reflection contrast ratios as high as 60:1, carrier lifetimes as long as 4 ms, and on-state reflectivities as high as 0.62 have been observed. A 54:1 contrast ratio and an insertion loss of 8.5 dB were achieved simultaneously in a planar Fabry-Perot cavity structure excited with a pump beam power of 3.8 mW. D2D based communication holds a promising future for 5G networks as they are efficient and can yield high data rates, good signal to noise interference ratio, improved resource-block uploading time, minimized delay from one end to the other and conserved power for transmission. The traditional system of cellular type contains cell edge clients who need a larger resource blocks count as well as time to upload data. Hence the quality of service will be reduced. The relay scheme in the proposal for cooperative type D2D networks is pivoted on the value of channel gain as well as transmission link distance. For bringing down the resource blocks’ count as well as uploading time, the paper is proposing a capable scheme of selection of relays that employs communication of D2D in the situations of uplinking. To begin with, in a cell modeling is done. It contains D2D pairs of multiple types as well as cellular clients. Next, the analysis related to issues of allocating resources as well as control of power is done. In order to lessen the resource blocks as well as their uploading time, the paper in proposal suggests a better blocks management mechanism that uses D2D based communication. Simulated output infers that the method in the proposal is superior to the present methods as far as time to upload contents; resource blocks, SINR, throughput as well as rates of data and Energy Consumption are concerned. Added to that, the stated method conserves 43% of the Energy Consumption of the network clients and while doing that the time to upload the contents is not affected.

The Green Goat, a diesel/battery hybrid switcher locomotive, demonstrated impressive fuel savings as the engine never operates at idle as on a conventional locomotive. The Railpower Green Goat locomotive design incorporates all of the above features, but most importantly, focuses on keeping the concept as well as the implementation as simple as possible. During initial trials at the Union Pacific Railroad in Chicago, Illinois, customer input was paramount in the design of the locomotives, and most customers encouraged as simple a design as possible. Hybrid locomotives are meeting the needs of the train industry. The partnering of a small heat engine with an energy-storing device has created a product with much more efficient fuel use and maneuverability. Our train system continues to be an important part of our economy, and advances in this technology show great promise now and in the years to come.  相似文献

Previous years have brought interesting developments in the field of telecommunications all over the world. Countries in transition have experienced it in their own way. Croatia is an interesting example of such a country. After gaining independence in 1991 and setting course toward the open market economy, the development of telecommunications was particularly fast. Related legislative changes as well as changes in the ownership structure of Croatian telecom will surely have a significant impact on the future development of telecommunications in Croatia, which will be based on our own experiences as well as the experiences of other countries in transition and developed countries. The planning methodology will include the techno-economic evaluation of minimum-risk introductory routes for new services as defined within the European Union projects. An overview of the development of Croatian telecommunications during the '90s as well as plans for future development are presented. A comparison with other countries in development as well as with developed countries is given, too. A survey of the development of telecommunications within the County of Split and Dalmatia, including economic aspects, is given. We propose a mathematical framework and algorithms both to build accurate models of fluorescence microscope time series, as well as to design intelligent acquisition systems based on these models. Model building allows the information contained in the 2-D and 3-D time series to be presented in a more useful and concise form than the raw image data. This is particularly relevant as the trend in biology tends more and more towards high-throughput applications, and the resulting increase in the amount of acquired image data makes visual inspection impractical. The intelligent acquisition system uses an active learning approach to choose the acquisition regions that let us build our model most efficiently, resulting in a shorter acquisition time, as well as a reduction of the amount of photobleaching and phototoxicity incurred during acquisition. We validate our methodology by modeling object motion within a cell. For intelligent acquisition, we propose a set of algorithms to evaluate the information contained in a given acquisition region, as well as the costs associated with acquiring this region in terms of the resulting photobleaching and phototoxicity and the amount of time taken for acquisition. We use these algorithms to determine an acquisition strategy: where and when to acquire, as well as when to stop acquiring. Results, both on synthetic as well as real data, demonstrate accurate model building and large efficiency gains during acquisition.   相似文献

CSIRO has had a long-term research effort in superconductivity, in particular, since the discovery of HTS which promised big prospects. Significant progress has been made in research and development of HTS electronic devices and systems for practical applications such as mineral and exploration as well as some niche applications in emerging science and technology areas. Starting from a Gaussian distribution of scatterers around a mobile station, expressions are provided for the probability density function (PDF) in the angle of arrival, the power azimuth spectrum, the PDF in the time of arrival, and the time delay spectrum, all as seen from a base station. Expressions are also provided for some of the quantities of practical interest such as the root-mean-square (RMS) angular spread, the RMS delay spread, and the spatial cross-correlation function. Results for the Gaussian scatter density model are compared with those for the circular scattering model and the elliptical scattering model as well as with experimental results available for outdoor and indoor environments. Comparison is shown for the PDFs as well as for the power spectra in angle and delay. It is shown that the present model, in contrast to the previous models, produces results that closely agree with experimental results. With an appropriate choice of the standard deviation of the scattering region, the Gaussian density model can be made suitable both for environments with very small angular spreads as well as those with very large angular spreads. Consequently, the results provided in the paper are applicable to both macrocellular as well as picocellular environments  相似文献

Studies have been carried out to evaluate mass-transported p-substrate GaInAsP/InP buried-heterostructure lasers, which have a number of potential advantages over the more conventional n-substrate lasers. Devices have been fabricated with series resistances as low as 3 Ω, in good agreement with the p-substrate spreading resistance calculated using conformal mapping. A further development of this theory yields simple formulas of thermal resistances of heat generated both in the active region and in the p-InP. The presently fabricated p-substrate lasers also showed CW threshold currents as low as 4.5 mA, differential quantum efficiencies as high as 34% per facet, output powers as high as 33 mW per facet, and a maximum total electrical-to-optical power conversion efficiency of 36%  相似文献
