本文以水利基础建设统计工作中的问题与优化途径分析为主要内容进行阐述,结合当下基层水利工程统计工作出现的问题和水利统计工作优化对策为主要依据,首先分析了原始数据搜集时效性欠佳、水利基建统计人员对统计工作认识不足、意识不强,其次从提升水利统计工作认知、深化基层水利统计工作改革步伐、实现水利统计信息化转型、完善水利统计给工作机制、创新水利统计手段这几方面进行探讨和分析,其目的在于提升水利统计工作的时效性,实现统计数据共享,推动水利行业发展,旨在为相关研究提供参考资料。  相似文献

我国自1983年开展环境统计工作以来,环境统计范围不断扩展,环境统计制度不断完善,环境统计数据在综合反映环境状况、服务环境管理和科学决策方面起到了重要的基础性作用。随着我国经济的快速发展,环境问题越来越受到重视,对环境统计数据的需求越来越多,对环境统计在全面性、及时性、准确性以及综合分析等方面提出更高的要求。现行的环境统计已不适应形势发展的需要,必须进行改革。要加强环境统计工作改革步伐,简化指标,提高效率,要及时、准确地提供统计数据,客观地反映经济发展与环境形势的变化,真正为环境管理和决策服务。  相似文献

很多实际工业过程数据都具有高维、非线性且不严格服从高斯分布等特点。为处理数据维数高且是高斯分布和非高斯分布的混合体等问题,实现高效的过程监控,提出了一种基于LTSA和联合指标的非高斯过程监控方法。首先采用局部切空间排列(LTSA)算法从正常样本数据中提取低维子流形以实现维数约减;然后基于非高斯-高斯两步策略建立统计模型并得到非高斯统计量和高斯统计量,再对其进行加权得到新的统计量以实现对过程的监控;最后将该方法应用于田纳西-伊斯曼标准测试平台和实际乙烯裂解炉的过程监控,说明了所提方法的有效性。  相似文献

There is a vast collection of statistical methodologies devoted tomeasure the customer's credit risk. Well-known statistical techniques are logistic regression, genetic algorithms, and support vector machines, among others. However, there is a lack of statistical tools for monitoring monetary losses implied by a given credit model in operation. This article introduces a sequential procedure to favor such monitoring. Our method favors early detection of increased expected monetary losses. Analytical expressions are derived for the calculation of the statistical power performance of the proposed method. An application for a credit portfolio of a German bank is offered.  相似文献

“Weibull statistics” for strength distribution analysis refers to either the ordinary Weibull distribution function or the Weibull statistical fracture theory. The ordinary Weibull distribution function is an empirical distribution function on an equal footing with other type of classical empirical distributions such as normal and log-normal distributions for fitting the statistical data of various random variables nonexclusive to materials strength. It has no explicit physical meaning and cannot be used for size scaling and prediction of strength. The Weibull statistical fracture theory is a weakest-link statistical fracture model for a solid with the strength distribution of an elemental volume being described by the ordinary Weibull distribution function. It has the capability of size scaling and prediction of strength for specimens with different geometries and different loading modes. The three-parameter Weibull statistical fracture theory in uniaxial flexure of prismatic beams is reformulated and validated by both numerical and real strength experiments of different ceramics.  相似文献

This article attempts to prognosticate from past patterns, the type of statistical methods that will be used in published public health and epidemiological studies in the decade that follows the millennium. With this in mind, we conducted a study that would characterize trends in use of statistical methods in two major public health journals: the American Journal of Public Health, and the American Journal of Epidemiology. We took a probability sample of 348 articles published in these journals between 1970 and 1998. For each article sampled, we abstracted information on the design of the study and the types of statistical methods used in the article. Our major findings are that the proportion of articles using statistical methods as well as the mean number of statistical methods used per article has increased dramatically over the three decades surveyed. Also, the proportion of published articles using study designs that we classified as analytic has increased over the years. We also examined patterns of use in these journals of three statistical methodologies: logistic regression, proportional hazards regression, and methods for analysis of data from complex sample surveys. These methods were selected because they had been introduced initially in the late 1960s or early 1970s and had made considerable impact on data analysis in the biomedical sciences in the 1970s-90s. Estimated usage of each of these techniques remained relatively low until user-friendly software became available. Our overall conclusions are that new statistical methods are developed on the basis of need, disseminated to potential users over a course of many years, and often do not reach maximum use until tools for their comfortable use are made readily available to potential users. Based on these conclusions, we identify certain needs that are not now being met and which are likely to generate new statistical methodologies that we will see in the next decade.  相似文献

We report, for the first time, the synthesis of a phosphonated styrenic monomer dimethyl vinylbenzyl phosphonate (VBP) according to the methods described in the literature for its equivalent diethyl vinylbenzyl phosphonate, and also the monodealkylation of this monomer (VBP) to the monosalt in a neutral medium and to the corresponding monoacid via a sulfonic resin. Various statistical copolymers and statistical block copolymers of styrene and VBP were prepared with different molar percentages of these comonomers. The dealkylation of statistical copolymers was carried out in the same way as for VBP. The phosphonated statistical copolymers, prepared, were characterized by various analytical methods which show good agreement with their structures. © 2002 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

目的探讨治疗大面积脑梗死引起的脑水肿的治疗方案。方法对312例大面积脑梗死病人随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗结果进行回顾性分析。结果经统计学处理肾功能衰竭的发生情况,治疗组与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组疗效情况,治疗组与对照组相比有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组病程的恶化率及死亡率明显低于对照组。结论甘露醇与甘油果糖联用;早期应用小剂量多巴胺、立其丁;小剂量应用甘露醇,滴速不能过快,疗程不能过长。以上方法能有效防治甘露醇治疗大面积脑梗死引起的急性肾功衰竭,提高大面积脑梗死的总有效率,降低恶化率及死亡率。  相似文献
