The expanded ammonium nitrate (EAN) samples with different states were prepared by using a vacuum crys- tallizing technology. The structure characters, such as porosity, pore structure, specific surface area, particle surface shape and surface defects, and detonator initiation sensitivity and explosion power, of common ammonium nitrate (AN) and EAN were tested using density measuring, N2 adsorbing, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and plate trace test methods. The tested results show that the particle surface of common AN is smoother, denser, lower porosity and specific surface area than those tested of EAN. The particle surface of EAN is irregular, which has edges, protuberance and severely distorted crystal form, and its specific surface area and porosity are larger than those of un-expanded AN. EAN has typical self-sensitization structure characters. The detonator initiation sensitivity and explosion power of ammonium nitrate-fueloil(ANFO) made of different states of EAN are related to the self-sensitization structures of EAN, and expanded ANFO sample has higher detonator initiation sensitivity and explosion power compared with un-expanded ANFO sample. The characterization techniques can be used to reveal the self-sensitization structure of EAN.  相似文献

The squeeze-film air damping exists in a lot of micro-electronic-mechanical system (MEMS) devices unavoidably. The effects of air damping in traditional inertial switch with spring-mass system can be ignored for its large volume and mass. But, many properties of MEMS switch, such as sensitivity, resolution and contact time, are affected by the air damping caused from the squeezed air film between two parallel plates moving relatively. Based on the conservation laws for mass and flux and the nonlinear Reynolds equation, the coefficient of squeeze-film damping was derived. The dynamic responses of the inertial switch with and without squeeze-film damping were simulated by using software ANSYS. The simulated results show that the sensitivity and contact time of the switch descend by about 5% and 15%, respectively, when the effects of squeeze-film damping are considered.  相似文献

Both heating and solvent-spray methods are used to consolidate the standard grains of double-base oblate sphere propellants plasticized with triethyleneglycol dinitrate (TEGDN) (TEGDN propellants) to high density propellants. The obtained consolidated propellants are deterred and coated with the slow burning multi-layer coating. The maximum compaction density of deterred and coated consolidated propellants can reach up to 1.39 g/cm3. Their mechanic, deconsolidation and combustion performances are tested by the materials test machine, interrupted burning set-up and closed vessel, respectively. The static compression strength of consolidated propellants deterred by multi-layer coating increases significantly to 18 MPa, indicating that they can be applied in most circumstances of charge service. And the samples are easy to deconsolidate in the interrupted burning test. Furthermore, the closed bomb burning curves of the samples indicate a two-stage combustion phenomenon under the condition of certain thickness of coated multi-layers. After the outer deterred multi-layer coating of consolidated samples is finished burning, the inner consolidated propellants continue to burn and breakup into aggregates and grains. The high burning progressivity can be carefully obtained by the smart control of deconsolidation process and duration of consolidated propellants. The preliminary results of consolidated propellants show that a rapid deconsolidation process at higher deconsolidation pressure is presented in the dynamic vivacity curves of closed bomb test. Higher density and higher macro progressivity of consolidated propellants can be obtained by the techniques in this paper.  相似文献

In order to realize the real-time and precise test for a weapon system of a certain type of fighter, a signal classification method according to attributes is proposed, common input channels for multiple signals are configured optimally, and a test adapter and an adaptive signal conditioning module is designed. The hardware of conditioning module can be configured flexibly and the programmable test range can be adjusted owing to programmable multiplexer. An FPGA adaptive filter is designed by the calculated filter coefficient vectors with LMS method to solve the problem of parallel test of fighter weapon system in electromagnetic interference environment. The adaptive signal conditioning technology is characterized by high efficiency, precision and integration. Its application makes the test system successful to conduct real-time and parallel test for a weapon system, which is developed based on VXI bus and virtual-instrument technology.  相似文献

For a nonlinear limit state function, the first-order reliability method (FORM) may cause large errors in the computation of not only the reliability index or failure probability but also the reliability sensitivity. In order to obtain more the accurate results of the reliability sensitivity analysis, a number of hyperplanes are built near the design point by first-order Tayler series expansion, which replace the known nonlinear limit state hypersurface, and an equivalent computational method is utilized to construct an equivalent hyperplane of the obtained hyperplanes. And the reliability sensitivities can be estimated more accurately by the derived equations based on the equivalent hyperplane. An example shows that the method is effective and feasible.  相似文献

In order to study and apply the penetration performance of jetting penetrator charge at long stand-off distance, three jetting penetrator charges (JPC), including spherical cone liner, truncated wide-angle liner and spherical segment liner, are designed. The numerical simulation analysis of the formation, elongation and penetration processes of rod-like jet is conducted by using LS-DYNA software. And the penetrating test is carried out at long stand-off distance. The test results show that the rod-like jet formed by the optimized spherical segment liner can pierce through a 90ram thick 45# steel target at 20 charge diameters( CD ) stand-off distance when the charge detonation mode is a central point initiation, and the penetration depth can be up to 1.6CD. It is concluded that, at 20 CD stand-off distance, the penetration performance of JPC with spherical segment liner is the best, that of truncated wide-angle liner takes second place, and that of spherical cone liner is the worst.  相似文献

In mathematically statistical test methods that were used to get arming distance of fuze, Langlie method has been widely applied because it only use a few samples. Monte-Carlo method was used to simulate and calculate Langlie method test of fuze arming distance by using computer. The result shows that the larger error and scatter exist in the esti- mate of arming distance variance although 50% response level of arming distance can be estimated using a little sample; the correction coefficient of variance estimate can be got by simulating and calculating, but it is useless to a certain single test; this means that a larger error exists when Langlie method test is used to get the muzzle safety distance and the arm- ing distance of fuze, and the maximum arming distance becomes shorter and the minimum one longer without correcting.  相似文献

Sand/dust test is one of the key projects to examine the environmental adaptability of ordnance equipment.In order to decrease the abrasion of test facility caused by the sand/dust particles,the particles contained in the airflowneed to be reclaimed effectively.Amathematical model of Useparator is established.The flowfield and the trajectories of particles inside the separator are obtained using a numerical simulation method,and the separation efficiency and pressure drop of separator with different rows of separate components are also obtained at various flowvelocities.The simulation results indicate that the efficiency of U inertia separator is affected by the flowvelocity evidently,and a reasonably designed separator can meet the requirement of the separation efficiency in particular situation.The results can be use as reference for the design and test of sand/dust separate systems.  相似文献

对于一项工程的3个性能指标:工期、成本和质量,质量是非常重要的一项指标。在设计结构矩阵模型基础上,采用基于质量反馈的方式来描述任务间的返工,使子任务的完工质量达到预期的质量指标,然后运用蒙特卡洛模拟法仿真得出项目的工期和成本。通过这种方式将工期、成本和质量联系在一起,并通过灵敏度分析获得各任务的质量对项目进度风险和费用风险的影响程度。研究结果表明:在某军用飞机预研设计过程中,“机体结构设计”任务的灵敏度最高,项目管理者可以通过协调资源的分配来有重点地控制项目的风险。  相似文献

针对航天测量信息数据分析依靠事后处理时效性差的问题,提出一种实时数据质量分析方法.根据数据质量分析一般方法和航天测量信息的特点,建立规范性、实时性、准确性和可靠性4个维度的测控信息质量分析模型和质量分析规则,通过按需组合规则、定制分析流程,实现了对航天测量信息的动态实时监视预警、异常数据捕获和故障判断.在测控网中测试结果表明:该方法能够及时发现航天试验中测量信息在采集、传输、处理过程中的问题,并对任务完成情况进行准确评价,对其他面向实时数据流系统的数据清洗也有一定的参考价值.  相似文献

为了掌握降感机理,降低压装塑料黏结剂炸药(PBX)机械感度,采用XPS、EDX等方法对炸药造型粉的表面包覆质量进行了表征方法研究,通过测试表面元素含量,进行了造型粉表面包覆度计算,并对包覆度对机械感度的影响规律进行了研究分析。结果表明,造型粉表面的包覆度可以半定量地表征造型粉表面的包覆质量,而且还可用于研究同系列配方造型粉的机械感度;包覆度越高,机械感度相应越低,因此通过优化造粒工艺提高包覆度,可降低配方的机械感度。  相似文献

在综合分析影响遥测数据质量诸因素的基础上,构建了基于TOPSIS方法的遥测数据质量评估模型,给出了具体的实现方法和步骤,并针对试验任务进行了计算和分析,结果表明该方法能够提高遥测数据处理精度,缩短数据处理时间,具有良好的应用价值。  相似文献
