采用布管法连续扩胀装置加工了聚氯乙烯(PVC)环向扩胀管和双向自增强管。实验结果表明,直径从40 mm扩胀到50 mm的环向扩胀管的环向拉伸强度提高了23 %~25 %,环向弹性模量提高了12 %。双向自增强PVC管的环向拉伸强度提高了26 %~33 %,弹性模量提高了30 %~33 %。通过对不同轴向拉伸比的双向自增强管的拉伸强度比较发现,随着轴向拉伸比的增加,环向拉伸强度逐渐提高。,环向弹性模量提高12%。双向自增强PVC管的拉伸强度提高了26%-33%,弹性模量提高了30%-33%。通过对不同轴向拉伸比双向自增强管的拉伸强度比较发现,随着轴向拉伸比的增加,环向拉伸强度逐渐提高。  相似文献

Solubilities and properties (density, conductivity and pH value) of solutions in the quaternary system Li+,K+//CO2-3,B4O2-7-H2O at 288 K were experimentally studied with the isothermal equilibrium method. The phase diagram of the system consisted of two invariant points E and F, five univariant curves, and four crystallization fields that belonged to K2CO3·3/2H2O,Li2B4O7·3H2O,K2B4O7·4H2O and Li2CO3. The composition of the solution corresponding to E was w(CO2-3)=2.27 %,w(B4O2-7)=6.05 %,w(K+ )=4.30%,w(Li+)=0.30 % and the equilibrium solids were Li2B4O7· 3H2O+K 2B4O7·4H2O+Li2CO3;The composition of the solution for F was w(CO2-3)=22.45%,w(B4O2-7)=1.88%,w(K+ )=29.96%,w(Li+ )=0.03% and the equilibrium solids were K2CO3·3/2H2O+K 2B4O7·4H2O+Li2CO3. K2CO3 possesses strong salting-out effect on K2B4O7,Li2CO3 and Li2B4O7.  相似文献

The carbonation characteristics of K2CO3/Al2O3 supported sorbent for CO2 capture was investigated with thermogravimetric apparatus(TGA),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy analysis(SEM)and N2 adsorption.The results showed that the carbonation rate of K2CO3 before being loaded on Al2O3 was slow.However,the K2CO3/Al2O3 upported sorbent showed excellent carbonation performance.The difference in carbonation behavior between K2CO3 nd K2CO3/Al2O3 supported sorbent was analyzed from the microscopic view.The analytical reagent K2CO3 sample was of monoclinic crystal structure and could react quickly with H2O in the experimental carbonation environment to produce K2CO3•1.5H2O,which was unfavorable to carbonation reaction.When K2CO3was loaded on Al2O3,the surface area and porosity of the sorbent was improved greatly.So the carbonation properties of the K2CO3/Al2O3 supported sorbent was also improved.  相似文献

建立密炼机端面密封装置圆-椭圆垂直复合微孔织构(简称复合织构)的流体动压润滑模型,研究织构参数和工况参数对复合织构摩擦性能的影响。结果表明:当复合织构深度(hp)为5 μm时,复合织构端面密封装置具有最好的减摩性能;当复合织构面积率(Sp)为43.96%时,复合织构的平均无量纲压力(Pav)最大和摩擦因数(μ)最小;复合织构的μ随着转子转速(n)和润滑油粘度(η)的增大而增大;密封间隙(h0)为3和6 μm时,复合织构的Pav都随着nη的增大而增大;在不同的nη下,复合织构的Pavμ随着h0 的增大而减小。  相似文献

The adsorption and mechanism of Re(VII) on resin D318 were studied using chemical methods and IR spectrometry. At pH 5.2, the static and dynamic saturation adsorption capacities were 351.4 and 366.5 mg&;#8226;g&;#61485;1, respectively. The adsorption behavior obeyed the Freundlich empirical equation and the adsorption rate constant k298 was 6.37×10&;#61485;4 s&;#61485;1. The desorption percentage was up to 99.7% when 2.0 mol&;#8226;L&;#61485;1 KSCN was used for dynamic desorption.  相似文献

研究在硫黄硫化体系下炭黑N774、环烷油和增粘树脂用量对丁基橡胶(IIR)胶料动态力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着炭黑N774用量的增大,IIR混炼胶的剪切储能模量(G′)和损耗因子(tanδ)增大,硫化胶的损耗峰值[tanδ最大值(tanδmax)]减小,损耗峰值温度[tanδmax温度(Tp)]向高温方向移动;随着环烷油用量的增大,IIR混炼胶的G减小,tanδ增大,硫化胶的tanδmax增大,Tp向低温方向移动;随着增粘树脂用量的增大,IIR混炼胶的G′减小,tanδ增大,硫化胶的tanδ-温度曲线呈双峰形态,Tp向高温方向移动。  相似文献

For predicting the molar diamagnetic susceptibilities of organic compounds, a variable molecular connectivity index mχand its converse index mχ based on adjacency matrix of molecular graphs and the variable atomic valence connectivity index δI were proposed.The optimal values of parameters a, b, and y included in definition of δ′i,mχand mχcan be found by optimization method.When a=1.10, b=2.8, and y=0.36, a good five-parameter model can be constructed from mχand mχby using the best subsets regression analysis method for the molar diamagnetic susceptibilities of organic compounds.The results showed that the current method is more effective than literature methods for estimating the molar diamagnetic susceptibility of an organic compound.  相似文献

以促进剂CBS用量作为变量,研究硫黄硫化体系对天然橡胶(NR)性能的影响。结果表明:促进剂CBS用量增大,混炼胶的F maxF maxFL 增大, t10t90缩短,硫化胶的压缩生热最低,压缩变形较小;促进剂CBS用量为2.5份的有效硫黄硫化体系硫化胶的拉伸性能最好,促进剂CBS用量为3份的有效硫黄硫化体系硫化胶的tan δ 峰值最小;在90 ℃以上,促进剂CBS用量为2和2.5份的半有效硫黄硫化体系硫化胶的热导率较高。  相似文献

利用XRD,SEM等分析手段对用后的以铝酸钙水泥和MgO-SiO2-H2O为复合结合剂的钢包矾土尖晶石浇注料进行表征,并对其抗渣侵蚀机理进行研究。分析结果表明:铝酸钙水泥及MgO-SiO2-H2O体系的复合结合剂在高温下与基质中矾土细粉、α-Al2O3等反应生成非晶态熔融相,使得基质的致密度提高,抑制了钢包渣向其内部的渗透;预合成及原位反应生成的镁铝尖晶石吸附渣中的Fe2+,导致渣中Fe2+的浓度降低,粘度提高,最终渣的成分转变为硅含量较高的CaO-SiO2-Al2O3渣;矾土原料晶界处杂质在高温下生成的非晶态熔融相迁移至基质,其富含的TiO2与CaO-SiO2-Al2O3渣中的CaO反应生成稳定的钙钛矿,降低了渣中CaO的含量,渣的粘度进一步提高,抑制了渣向矾土尖晶石浇注料内部的持续渗透和扩散。  相似文献

采用传统固相法制备了Co0.7-xMn2.1Ni0.2NdxO4(X=0,0.04,0.06,0.08)样品。利用X射线衍射、SEM、阻值测量等手段,研究了微量Nd2O3掺杂对MnCoNi系NTC热敏电阻材料的影响。研究结果表明:在0≤X≤0.08掺杂范围内,随着Nd2O3掺杂量的增加,MnCoNi系NTC热敏电阻的晶相结构和阻温特性并没有改变,晶粒变小,电阻率和B值分别由202.8Ω.cm、3432K,上升到2944.7Ω.cm、4152K;老化特性得到显著提高,△R25/ R25和△B25/50/ B25/50变化率分别由1.15%,0.75%降至0.31%,0.22%。  相似文献

This paper reports on ¬¬¬a new microporous composite silica membrane prepared via acid-catalyzed polymeric route of sol-gel method with tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) and a bridged silsesquioxane [1, 2-bis(triethoxysilyl)ethane, BTESE] as precursors. A stable nano-sized composite silica sol with a mean volume size of ~5 nm was synthesized. A 150 nm-thick defect-free composite silica membrane was deposited on disk support consisting of macroporous α-Al2O3 and mesoporous γ-Al2O3 intermediate layer by using dip-coating ap-proach, followed by calcination under pure nitrogen atmosphere. The composite silica membranes exhibit molecular sieve properties for small gases like H2, CO2, O2, N2, CH4 and SF6 with hydrogen permeances in the range of (1-4)107 mol•m2•s1•Pa1 (measured at 200 C, 3.0×105 Pa). With respect to the membrane calcined at 500 C, it is found that the permselectivities of H2 (0.289 nm) with respect to N2 (0.365 nm), CH4 (0.384 nm) and SF6 (0.55 nm) are 22.9, 42 and >1000, respectively, which are all much higher than the corresponding Knudsen values (H2/N2 3.7, H2/CH4 2.8, and H2/SF6 8.5).  相似文献

利用微波辅助双模板法、软模板法制备了一系列的CeO2/g-C3N4复合催化材料,通过XRD、N2吸附-脱附、XPS、SEM和TEM等方式对材料进行表征,并对其湿式催化性能进行研究。结果表明,双模板法制备的D-CeO2/g-C3N4复合材料表现出立方相CeO2和层叠g-C3N4的特征,比表面积和孔径较大,属于介孔结构,表面存在Ce3+和Ce4+,有利于氧空位的形成。加入1 g嵌段共聚物 F127,使用无水乙醇溶液为溶剂,调节混合液呈碱性,微波辐射反应120 min后得到的D-CeO2/g-C3N4(7.5)样品,结构完整均匀,具有最佳形貌特征。控制反应温度75 ℃,D-CeO2/g-C3N4(7.5)投加0.7 g,H2O2投加 0.5 mL,初始pH值为5时,100 mg/L的苯酚溶液COD去除率可达80%以上。 D-CeO2/g-C3N4(7.5) 复合催化材料使用五次以后仍可达60%以上的催化降解效果。  相似文献

A new method called structural catastrophe analysis was applied to the analysis of pressure fluctuation time series with chaotic and fractal characteristics in gas-solids fluidized bed.In every type of fixed bed,bubbling bed,turbulent bed,fast fluidized bed and pneumatic conveying stage,pressure fluctuation signals were sampled and dynamic exponents were solved.The changes of Tmean and Tmax in different types of fluidized bed were analyzed and summarized.It was concluded that Tmean and Tmax can indicate different types of fluidized,and Tmax can also be recognized as a new characteristic parameter in addition to correlation parameters,LE exponent and K entropy.  相似文献

Considering limited success in target-hitting discharge from alcohol industry, our attention was directed toward a recycling use of distillery spentwash (DS) in cassava bioethanol production by using a two-stage up-flow anaerobic sludge blanket bioremediation (TS-UASBB). With the TS-UASBB, , COD, N and P in the effluent from the DS degraded significantly and their concentrations were kept at 0.2 g&#8226;L&#61485;1, 2.0 g&#8226;L&#61485;1, 1.0 g&#8226;L&#61485;1 and 15 mg&#8226;L&#61485;1, respectively, in 13 batch processes for water-recycled ethanol fermentation. With the effluent used directly as dilution water, no heat-resistant bacteria were found alive. The thirteen-batch ethanol production individually achieved 10% after 48 h fermentation. The starch utilization ratio and total sugar consumption were 90% and 99.5%, respectively. The novel water-recycled bioethanol production process with ethanol fermentation and TS-UASBB has a considerable potential in other starchy and cellulosic ethanol production.  相似文献

利用可见光将CO2转化为CO和CH4有望同时解决温室效应和能源危机。Z型光催化体系能够最大限度降低光生电子-空穴对的复合,提高光催化效率。本文采用水热合成法制备了g-C3N4/WO3·H2O (CNW-1)复合材料,通过X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱、电镜等方法进行结构表征,探究了298 K、0.1 MPa条件下其对CO2的可见光催化还原性能,并提出了可能的反应机理。通过调控三氧化钨结晶水含量可以实现CO和CH4的产量调节,在反应10 h后,CNW-1具有最高的CH4产率(0.33 μmolg-1),而CNW具有最高的CO产率(0.67 μmolg-1)。这项研究为CO2选择性还原为C1化合物提供了一种有效策略,同时也突出了以g-C3N4作为半导体构建Z型光催化体系在催化领域的应用潜力。  相似文献
