原位聚合芳香型聚氨酯/环氧树脂共混材料的动态力学性能研究 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
以自制的芳香型二元醇为原料,用原位聚合的方法制备了芳香型聚氨酯厮氧树脂共混材料。系统地研究了二元醇含量对共混材料动态力学性能、冲击性能的关系。结果显示,对环氧树脂增韧的同时,低温下的储能模量基本上没有降低,玻璃化转化温度有所提高,体系为均相体系。 相似文献

An aromatic polyamide-imide (PAI) film was reinforced with a plain cloth of aromatic polyamide fiber (Du Pont, Kevlar 49). The mechanical properties of the composite film were investigated by examination of the temperature dependencies of tensile dynamic mechanical properties, stress relaxation, and tensile stress-strain behaviors. The softening temperature of the composite film was lower than that of a homogeneous PAI film. At a high temperature, Kevlar fibers may act as a thermal conductor and lower the softening point of the PAI composite. The mechanical properties of the composite film at a high temperature are mostly controlled by the PAI matrix. 相似文献

Polyurethane elastomers incorporating a quinoline moiety along their polymeric backbones and aliphatic, aromatic or heterocyclic
crosslinkers have been synthesized and characterized. For this, NCO-terminated urethane oligomers were prepared from poly(butylene
adipate) diol and methylene diphenyl diisocyanate and were subsequently chain extended with 2,4-quinolinediol and different
crosslinkers. This study reports the influence of the different crosslinker chemical structures and the hard segment molar
ratio on the thermal and dynamic mechanical thermal properties, as well as on the mechanical properties of these elastomers.
The fluorescence spectra of polyurethane elastomers were determined at an excitation wavelength of 290 nm. The different chemical
structures of the crosslinkers determine the hard segment cohesion and reduce the mobility of the soft phase, having an important
effect on thermal stability and on the mechanical properties of the polyurethane films. Thus the incorporation of aromatic
crosslinkers results in polyurethanes with lower elongation and stress at break. The highest mechanical properties were obtained
for polyurethanes crosslinked with aliphatic crosslinkers. 相似文献

An experimental study of the blending, thermal transitions, phase morphology, and mechanical properties of poly(p-phenylene sulfide) (PPS)/polyamide blends is presented. Nylon-6, rubber modified nylon-6, nylon-66, nylon-11, nylon-12, and two partially aromatic amorphous polyamides were included in the study. Generally, blends of PPS with aromatic amorphous polyamides exhibit better mechanical properties than those with aliphatic polyamides. The blends with nylon-12 exhibit the best characteristics among the aliphatic polyamides. 相似文献

Mechanical properties of grafted polyesters were discussed. In the case of grafting of acrylics of more than 25% in the grafting product, mechanical properties of the grafting products decreased greatly compared with the raw polyester. The influence of the molecular structure of the grafted polyester was not observed. The effect of composition of the grafted polymers was discussed. Mechanical properties varied with the composition of the side chain. In the case of grafting onto aromatic polyesters, grafting of an aromatic unsaturated monomer improved the mechanical properties of the grafted polymer. On the other hand, in the case of grafting onto an aliphatic polyester, grafting of an aliphatic unsaturated monomer improved mechanical properties of the grafting polymer. We found that the grafting of the polymer having a high compatibility with the polyester improved the mechanical properties of the grafting products, from the determination of the compatibility of each polymer and the mechanical properties of the grafting products. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 通过添加均苯四甲酸二酐进行原位聚合制备抗紫外芳香族支链锦纶6(PA6-Ti O2)母粒,后与线型PA6进行共混纺丝,研究了抗紫外芳香族支链PA6的聚合工艺、纺丝工艺,探索支链PA6对纤维热学性能、加工性能、力学性能等的影响。结果表明:随着均苯四甲酸二酐含量的增加,芳香族支链PA6聚合熔体黏度减小,相对黏度逐渐降低,表明芳香族支链PA6的流动性增加;其结晶熔融温度逐渐降低,在相同纺丝温度下螺杆压力下降,表明可以有效改善其加工性能,但对纤维的力学性能有一定的影响;制备的抗紫外纤维在280~320 nm波长内,紫外线透过率小于10%,具有较好的紫外线遮蔽性能,从纤维断面扫描电镜(SEM)谱图可见基体相容性好。 相似文献

Dynamic mechanical properties of a polyurethane (PU) elastomer and a mortar processed with the same elastomer (modified polytetramethylene ether glycol (PTMEG)) were studied. The results obtained showed that the liquid aromatic amine ETHACURE® 300, used as cure agent, can be used to substitute the aromatic amine MOCA®, which is usually used as cure agent in high performance elastomers. The resulting mortar produced with ETHACURE® 300 presents similar dynamic‐mechanical thermal properties when compared with MOCA ®. However, dynamic‐mechanical thermal analysis studies showed that the mortar developed with ETHACURE® 300 presents some advantages such as the low values of tan δ, indicating a good capacity of recovery of the strain after retreating an applied force. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
