针对传统视准线法监测单一方向水平位移实施中遇到的问题,根据传统视准线法及极坐标法基本原理出发,对传统视准线法进行改进。该文称改进视准线法,并从监测原理、误差来源、精度估算等方面进行了分析,得出误差估算公式。分析结果表明,改进视准线法的监测精度可达到《工程测量规范》(GB50026-2007)变形监测等级二等精度及以上要求。利用该方法监测单一方向水平位移时,可在两端基准点不通视条件下,在视准线上任意设观测站观测,在满足观测精度前提下,可增大测点偏离视准线的距离,在单一方向水平位移工程监测实践中有较好的利用价值。

So what's available, how do you choose and what benefits accrue? Availability is no problem. Training is one of the growth industries of the past ten years. There is a course available for any skill you want to learn, likewise for any skill you want to improve. This then presents the first dilemma: how do you select training? The logical route is to start with the definable needs of the business. Where are we short of skills, where are we lagging behind our competitors, where are the new opportunities to be grasped? Then you need to fit this to your staff. Who needs these extra skills, who will benefit from them and in so doing benefit the business? Here you hit one of the classic dilemmas of training: can you afford to lose the person you want trained while they're being trained? This paper discusses these issues.
