The present article is devoted to processing the results of measurements represented by a single realization of a transient random process with a limited volume of a priori information. The procedure is based on the highly efficient method of the multiplication of estimates.

An analysis was made of the process of forming the information resource of solid-state structures in optical spectroscopy during the stages of creating and recording information. The advantages of Fourier spectroscopy are indicated and an information measuring facility based on a Fourier spectrometer is described.     

A Method of Calculating the Spectrum of Neutrons from the Results of Measurements with Integrated Detectors Realized in a New Version of the KASKAD Software

The basic principles of the solution of the problem of establishing a neutron spectrum from the results of measurements with integrated detectors and of realizing these principles in a new version of the KASKAD-620(176) software are described. The program is designed to determine the spectrum of neutrons not only in the neutron fields of nuclear reactors and in critical assemblies but also in the fields of thermonuclear neutron sources.

新产品开发可以分为信息加工与物料加工两个大阶段,前一个阶段具有不确定性与模糊性。通过对比分析发现两个阶段的加工过程具有一定的相似性,如果将信息加工对象比拟为“虚拟工件”,信息加工的人脑与电脑可视为物料加工的“虚拟设备”。这样,则可以利用后阶段成熟的排序策略进行虚拟工件在虚拟设备上计划安排及能力平衡,减少信息加工的不确定性与模糊性,在理论上统一了新产品开发的全过程。     

大口径望远镜主镜支撑优化分析

大口径望远镜主镜的面形精度是影响望远镜成像质量的关键因素之一.光电系统中主镜轴向支撑点位置,对面形精度起着非常重要的作用,主镜支撑点位置合理与否,在一定程度上影响着光学系统的成像质量.本文对大口径望远镜主镜的轴向支撑和径向支撑技术进行了详细地研究,利用有限元软件ANSYS建立了主镜的参数化模型,对不同口径主镜的轴向支撑点数目和位置进行了优化,从而给出了最佳支撑点的位置.优化分析结果表明了,主镜的面形精度满足系统的精度要求,并且轴向支撑对镜面的面形影响较大.     

Characteristic Features of the Optimal Processing of the Results of Measurements in the Case of a Random Observation Function

An analysis is made of the characteristic features and problems of the optimal processing of the results of measurements in the case of a random observation function utilizing a nonlinear Kalman filter. A method is proposed for increasing the convergence domain of the filter with additional processing of measurements in the frequency domain.     

提高计算全息图再现质量的迭代傅里叶变换算法

提出了迭代傅里叶变换算法设计了计算全息图的新方法。采用迭傅里叶变换算法，计算配置与目标相关的迭代位相，使物波频谱具有限带宽和平滑性。实验结果表明，迭代傅里味算法求适当的位相参数，使计息图再现象上的斑纹被明显抑制，提高了信噪比和衍射效率。     

Increasing the precision of estimation of the technical flight characteristics of an aircraft

The advantages gained with the use of a nontraditional theory of finite fields based on the constructive theory of residues are demonstrated. 基于车床主轴加工中的圆度误差研究

将数理统计理论和曲线拟合技术的基本方法应用于车床主轴圆度误差的研究，在推断出误差总体规律的基础上，通过图表对轴径与误差之间的函数关系进行分析，并且拟合出经验方程，从中寻找出圆度误差的内在规律以及影响主轴加工的主要因素。     

Reliability of Measurements of the Natural Gas Flow Rate and Volume in Gas Distribution Organizations

The proposed new approach to the procedure for measuring the flow rate and volume of gas under standard conditions in gas distribution organizations increases the reliability of the measurements. It is based on identical transformations of the Clapeyron-Mendeveleev equation, with modifications, and takes into account the composition of the natural gas and the recommendations of Federal Law No. 69-FZ (article 19) of March 31, 1999, about natural gas certification by Gosstandart of the Russian Federation. Use of the modified Clapeyron–Mendeleev equation is shown to changes the form of the transformation functions of various primary measuring transducers (turbine, rotary, vortex, ultrasonic, etc.) under the conditions of actual measurements.     

Processing the Output Signal of Resonant Gravitational Antennas in the Slow Filtering Regime

A vector amplitude–frequency algorithm is proposed for suppressing multiplicative non-Gaussian noise when detecting weak gravitational pulses using cryogenic resonant gravitational antennas operating in the slow filtering regime.     

Natural Logarithm Error and Calculation of Its Confidence Limits for Some Distributions of the Results of Measurements

The main properties of the natural logarithm error are considered as a generalization of the relative error with symmetrical limits of more than 10–20%. 采用有限元法探讨横管式煤气初冷器的运行方式

本文在对涟钢焦化厂初冷器热工测试的基础上,采用有限元法对其进行数值模拟仿真优化研究,分析了焦化厂煤气初冷系统运行状况,找出了影响煤气冷却效果的因素和操作上存在的问题,对其运行方式进行探讨并提出了具体的改进建议,对煤气初冷器的运行效果起到了较好作用。     

卷接机噪声主被动联合控制技术研究

卷接机是卷烟厂自动化程度较高的生产设备 ,也是烟草行业中的主要噪声污染源。本文结合某工厂使用的Mark9 5卷接机进行了详细噪声分析 ,并据分析结果提出了一种主、被动联合控制的降噪方案。试验结果表明 ,该方案对降低卷接机噪声 ,改善其声质量是行之有效的。     

APProximate Confidence Limits for the Reliability of Series and Parallel Systems

Suppose a complex mechanism, e.g., a missile, is built up from a number of different types of components, where the reliability of each of the components has been estimated by means of separate tests on each of the components. This paper gives a method for combining such data to determine approximate confidence limits for the reliability of the complete mechanism. More precisely, a method of determining approximate confidence limits for the reliability of “series,” “parallel,” and “seriesparallel” systems is given, based on observed failures of the individual components. It is assumed that the failures are independent, and that failures of a given component follow a binomial distribution with unknown parameter, the component reliability. The large-sample properties of the likelihood-ratio test are then used to construct the appropriate confidence limits for the system reliability.     

大学生消费群广告名人效应的心理加工机制研究

从自动化加工和控制性加工这个视角研究了名人效应的心理加工机制。实验运用加工分离程序,探讨了大学生消费对名人广告的信息加工模式。结果发现：①与用一般消费做代言人相比,大学生消费对名人广告明显存在更多的自动化加工;②在非注意条件下,代言人的专业化程度明显地影响了大学生消费的控制性加工,但与自动化加工关系不大。     

The Effect of Noise on the Accuracy of the Estimate of the Center Frequency of the Spectrum of a Narrow-Band Signal

The effect of noise on the characteristics of the estimate of the center frequency of the spectrum of a narrow-band signal is investigated. Increasing the sensitivity and accuracy of an instrument for measuring the torque of a rotating shaft with electromagnetic coupling to a surface acoustic wave sensor

The particular features of the measurement of the torque of a rotating shaft using a surface acoustic wave sensor are considered.
