Extraction of Th（IV） from nitric acid with 40—benzoyl—2,4—dihydro—5—methyl—2—phenyl—3H—pyrazol—3—thione

The BMPPT(4-benzoyl-2,4-dihydro-5-methyl-2-phenyl-3H-pyrazol-3-thione)was synthesized from BMPP.Its m.p.is 106-108℃,The results of the element analysis are as follows:C,68.51%,H,4.51%,N,9.26%,S.11.47%,which are in conformity with the theoretical value(C,69.15%,H,4.76%,N.9.52%,S.10.90%),The solvent extraction of Th^4 from nitric acid solution by BMPPT in benzene was studied.The extraction ability of BMPPT is not so high as that of its parent (BMPP).The Th^4 distribution ratio(DTh)in creases with the increasing pH of the aqueous phase,and pH1/2 for Th^4 was 3.2([BMPPT]=0.10mol/L),When the pH increases,the distribution ratio of Th^4 increasdes linearly with the slope of 1.59,When the concentration of BMPPT increases,the distribution ratio of Th^4 increases rapidly.The lgDTh-lg[BMPPT]is linear with the slope of 1.42 and the extraction mechanism is the cation ion-exchange.     

SYNTHESIS OF THE RING—AND SIDE—CHAIN—~(14)C—LABELED 1,2—BIS—(4—MORPHOLINOMETHYL—3,5—DIOXOPIPERAZIN—1—YL) PROPANE

The ring-and side-chain-~(14)C-labeled probimane, 1,2-bis (4-morpholinomethy1-3,5-dioxopiperazin-1-yl) propane were synthesized from acetic acid-1-~(14)C in 4 steps and from ~(14)C-formaldehyde in 1 step respectively. The radiochemical yeild for the ring labeling was 28.1%; for the side-chain labeling was 18.5%.     

Development of Thermodynamic Database for U—Zr—Fe—O—B—C—FPs System

A thermodynamic corium database using ionic two-sublattice model for liquid was developed and stratification of molten corium, supposed to occur in in-vessel retention accident management, was analyzed. The database consists of U—Zr—Fe—O—C—B–(FP oxides) system. Fundamentally, data were obtained from existing assessed databases, such as SGTE's. The liquid phase data were reconstructed based on the ionic model and lacking data including excess energies were assessed to be consistent with existing phase diagrams. Liquidus temperatures measured under OECD RASPLAV project were analyzed with the database. In addition, an analysis of corium under a severe accident condition was carried out and demonstrates that the database gives an improved method based on thermodynamics to analyze the corium stratification.

1 引言 2050年，地球上的人口将会达到80～100亿，与现在60亿人口的数字相对照，他们当中几乎有20亿人没有电力供应!能源需求将会相当大地增加，因为人类总是会自然地追求生活条件的改善，而且渴望均等共享经济进步带来的更多好处。     

超声波法合成2—^18F—2—脱氧—β—D—葡萄糖的初步研究

采用超声波法合成2-^18F-2-脱氧-β-D-葡萄糖（^18F-FDG）,以提高其合成效率。实验结果表明：F取代前体2位上亲核反应进行的程度与相转移催化剂和温度有关。无相转移催化剂时,84℃超声反应10min,亲核反应进行了70%;而在10mg的K2.2.2存在下,室温（22℃）下超声反应10min,亲核反应进行了85%,在84℃下超声反应2min,亲核反应进行了95%。同经典方法相比,超声波合成法^18F-利用率提高了10%,反应管的放射性吸附下降了5%。超声法合成效率（EOS）为60%,校正校率(EOB）为78%,合成时间为40min。仅用一根C-18纯化柱纯化,超声法合成的^18F-FDG中^18F^-含量低于1%。因此,采用超声波法合成^18F-FDG可明显提高合成效率。     

THE SYNTHESES OF 1,1,1-TRIFLUORO-2-SUBSTITUTED-PHENYL-2-PROPYL-3-~(14)C P- TOLUENESULFONATES

1,1,1,-Trifluoro-2- substituted- phenyl- 2- propanols- 3- 14C were prepared from addition of methyl- 14C magnesium iodide to appropriate trifluoroacetophenone. These alcohols were converted into tosylatcs by reaction with n-butyllithium and then with p-toluenesulfonyl chloride. The yield, boiling point or melting point and pertinent spectral data of these compounds are reported.

An overview of the works devoted to fragmentation of small carbon clusters is given in a first part. Fragmentation of swift neutral and (multi) charged carbon clusters studied with the AGAT spectrometer is presented and discussed in a second part.

NaI(Tl)探测器的源几何特性对峰总比影响模拟研究

利用蒙特卡罗工具Geant4模拟了~(137)Cs和~(60)Co这两种放射源的几何形状以及探测距离这两个因素对γ射线在NaI(Tl)闪烁体探测器内能量沉积的影响。研究结果表明,当放射源的几何形状不一样时,不同的核素在峰总比达到最大时的探测距离不一样,模拟结果为放射性测量提供了参考。     

糖类抗原CA19-9免疫放射分析法的建立

采用两株CA19-9单克隆抗体,一株用于125I标记、另一株包被于试管作为固相抗体,用血清稀释CA19-9抗原,制备标准品,建立了CA19-9双位点夹心免疫放射分析方法（IRMA）。分析采用两步法,本方法最小检测限为2.0 U/mL,批内、批间变异系数分别为 6.4%~9.5%和6.0%~12.6%,样品添加实验结果显示,回收率为88.1%~106.1%,血清样品倍比稀释后测定,测定值和稀释度的相关系数为0.990。CA19-9浓度至11800 U/mL时测定未见“弯钩”效应。69例健康人血清样品测定值为0.3~29.6 U/mL（ ±s 为7.4±5.8 U/mL）,和法国CIS公司的CA19-9免疫放射分析药盒同时测定84例人血清样品,二者测定值相关方程为y=1.32x-17.6,相关系数r=0.896。相似文献

为确定堆芯γ射线对自给能探测器输出信号的影响。将钒和铑自给能探测器放置在试验堆某一稳定的中子和γ辐照水平下,通过停堆给自给能探测器施加一个中子注量率阶跃信号,观察探测器输出信号的变化来推断γ射线对自给能探测器输出信号的影响。
