固体润滑剂具有许多良好的特性,其在各种机械中的应用日益广泛。本文主要介绍固体润滑剂的特性及其应用场合。一、团体润滑剂的特性不管是以固体粉末直接擦抹于摩擦表面,还是用无机或有机粘结剂将其粘结于摩擦表面或是用物理或化学方法钦覆于摩擦表面,进人际接到间的固体润滑剂是以固体润滑膜的形式发挥其作用的,因而都具备以下特性。1.摩擦特性粘着于摩擦表面的固体润滑剂在与对倡材料摩擦时,在对偶材料表面形成转移膜,使摩擦发生在润滑剂内部.这样才能表现出良好的摩擦特性——较低的摩擦系数。而且,摩擦系数随着负荷和速度的增… 相似文献

设计一种可用于300~800℃宽温度范围润滑的熔渗型Pb-Sn-Ag-RE复合固体润滑剂。基于润湿试验研究不同组分与配比对其润湿性能的影响;采用高频感应熔渗工艺,制备出熔渗型高温自润滑复合材料;利用XP-5型高温摩擦磨损试验机考察其摩擦磨损性能,运用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析磨损表面形貌、成分及结构。结果表明:不同组分组成对基体的润湿性有很大的影响,在Pb-Sn系固体润滑剂中添加Ag、RE既能提高其对母材的润湿性能,又能改善自润滑材料的摩擦磨损性能;熔渗Pb-Sn-Ag-RE复合固体润滑剂制备的复合材料具有良好的高温自润滑性能,其600℃下的平均摩擦因数约为0.28。 相似文献

The results of comparative tribotests of DU materials and developed netted sheet antifriction polytetrafluoroethylene-based
materials during dry friction against a steel counterbody are discussed. It is shown that the netted sheet antifriction material
is capable of long operation under the aforementioned conditions at up to 3 mps sliding velocities. IR spectroscopy and thermogravimetry
of wear debris show a great amount of low-melting polytetrafluoroethylene destruction products that cause a decrease in friction
temperature after the specimen run-in. The sheet material having a low wear rate, designed for operation in dry friction at
high sliding velocities, can only be produced with a large volumetric share of polytetrafluoroethylene, which is the main
condition for the formation of the antifriction layer. The Sharpy rule for sheet material friction at low wear rate is observed
when the share of solid inclusions on the friction surface, the bronze frame in our case, is an order of magnitude lower that
that of the softer and pliant matrix. 相似文献

为研究低黏度润滑油对涡轮增压发动机燃油经济性的影响,配制5种不同的0W-20全配方润滑油。使用真实活塞环-缸套摩擦副试样,选取涡轮增压发动机关键工况,通过往复摩擦模拟试验测试各油样的减摩效果。通过控制整车WLTC油耗测试精度,比较各油样的燃油经济性提升效果。结果表明:降低润滑油黏度和添加摩擦改进剂均可以改善燃油经济性,但是后者的效果更为显著;摩擦改进剂MoDTC的加剂量越高,减摩效果越好;硼酸盐清净剂可以增强MoDTC的减摩效果。比较摩擦模拟试验和整车油耗试验发现,使用真实的环套摩擦副组件并设定合适工况的摩擦模拟试验,可以快速区分润滑油的减摩效果,但是无法反映真实的燃油经济性的提升程度。 相似文献

The mechanism of the antifriction action of engine oil additives remains unclear. In order to elucidate this, tribological tests of various additives were carried out using friction machines and a multi‐cylinder engine. Investigation of the friction surfaces was carried out using Auger electron spectroscopy. Comparative tests revealed compounds capable of increasing the thermal stability of the lubricating layers and decreasing the friction coefficient over a wide range of temperatures. An interrelation was established between the efficiency of the antifriction action of additives and their influence on the composition and thickness of the surface layers. The most effective antifriction action is due to the localisation of tribochemical processes of formation of secondary structures in thinner surface layers. The results obtained can explain the behaviour of zinc and molybdenum dithiophosphates and dithiocarbamates, and detergents of different composition and basicity, and their influence on the antifriction properties of engine oils. 相似文献

本文用四球摩擦磨损试验机、M-200型磨机试验机考察了S-P-Mo减摩剂在68^#汽轮机油(简称68^#油)中的减摩抗磨性能;用CL-100型齿轮试验机考察了该减摩剂在68^#油中的齿轮承载能力;并用光学显微镜观察了它们的磨斑表面形貌。试验表明,S-P-Mo减摩剂具有良好的减摩抗磨性能,可以大幅度提高68^#油的齿轮承载能力。 相似文献

A metalfluoraplastic sheet antifriction material is developed, capable of long-term operation at increased slip velocities
without lubricants and possessing stable friction coefficient under conditions of wear of the working layer due to the formation
of a sintered bronze layer with porous-columnar structure. In unlubricated friction at high slip velocities and average loads,
the material significantly surpasses its best analogues. The defining factor in the long-term operation of the material is
the formation of a polymer third body with a complex chemical composition including products with lower thermal stability
than that of polytetrafluoroethylene. An important factor in the “wear-free” friction of the metal-polymer pair is the possibility

利用销盘式磨损试验机研究了一种矿物质润滑油添加剂对钢/铝锡合金摩擦副摩擦学性能的影响,并考察了这种添加剂对实际工况下铝锡合金轴瓦的作用效果。采用AFM、SEM/EDS等仪器对摩擦副表面进行了分析。结果表明,矿物质添加剂在低载荷比高载荷条件下的减摩抗磨效果明显;试验时间越长,添加剂的作用越充分,圆盘表面的Al-Sn共晶体的分布越分散,减摩效果越明显;添加剂降低了摩擦表面的粗糙度,显著地提高了摩擦副的减摩抗磨性能,延长了使用寿命;添加剂作用后的摩擦表面发现了少量的Fe元素,并发现个别添加剂粒子和磨损粒子在铝锡合金表面的镶嵌和沉积,添加剂提高了其承载能力。 相似文献
