制氧机组氧压机传动系统故障诊断分析

通过对重钢1号1.8万m^3制氧机组2号氧压机传动系统的振动监测，运用振动理论，采用振动频域分析方法，对振动信息进行时域和频谱分析，初步确定了传动系统异常振动的原因，为设备检修提供了科学依据。     

关于除氧器振动的原因及提高除氧效果的措施

本钢发电厂高压车间的除氧器在运行过程中存在严重的振动现象。振动对除氧器的设备造成损伤，影响了除氧效果。过去认为：增加除氧器投入运行的数量，可以削弱振动的幅度。结果，不但没有削弱振动，反而恶化了除氧效果。对此揭示了振动的真正原因，提出了消除振动的措施、通过调整除氧器负荷提高除氧效果的方法。     

板坯连铸液压振动技术的特点及其发展前景

介绍了板坯结晶器液压振动技术的发展及国内外应用情况，液压振动的结构及其特点。介绍了液压振动在高频振动时运动平稳；高频和低频振动时波形不失真；在线可随机任意设定正弦曲线和非正弦曲线波形，并可调整振幅和频率。液压振动有着机械振动所实现不了的优越性，希望液压振动技术能够在我国连铸机的振动装置上得到推广应用     

工作辊轴承配合间隙对平整轧机振动影响研究

平整轧机振动在冶金企业普遍存在，振动造成支撑辊表面出现振痕而影响带钢表面质量。本文首先对某平整轧机进行了振动在线监测，获得了振动特征及规律；然后从理论上进行研究和仿真分析，得出轴承间隙可诱发轧机振动的的结论；最后提出抑制平整轧机振动的措施并实施，取得了良好的抑振效果。     

连铸结晶器对称性振动的优化形式

从结晶器振动的工艺效果和使用效果两方面，对几种结晶器对称性振动形式进行了分析，指出了结晶器正弦振动并不是对称性振动的最佳形式，给出了结晶器对称性振动的极限形式和优化形式。

汽轮发电机组的振动，是评价机组运行可靠性的重要指标。大的振动不仅会造成停机，甚至会严重地损坏机组，发生可怕的事故。那么，是什么因素激发了振动，如何测量和分析振动以及采取哪些措施来消除振动。本文从机组振动的测量人手，介绍了评定机组状况优劣标准，探索研究了机组由于转子质量不平衡、转子弯曲、中心不正、轴瓦润滑油膜自激振荡和由于电磁方向等因素引起振动，提供了几种寻找机组振动原因的试验方法，目的是为了提高对汽轮机组振动故障的诊断，特别是对提高汽轮机的检修质量有所帮助。     

珠钢热连轧机振动的分析及处理

通过实测连轧机各机架的振动情况，详细地分析了机架振动产生的原因。提出了缓解机架振动的具体措施，即在工作辊轴承座加装垫片，减少机架与轴承座之间的间隙，减振效果显著。目前此方法广泛地应用于振动的机架。
