用Oxine作释放剂选择性螯合滴定法测定钙镁

干扰离子如Ｆｅ３＋、Ａｌ３＋、Ｃｕ２＋、Ｎｉ２＋、Ｚｒ４＋、Ｚｎ２＋、Ｍｏ６＋、Ｃｄ２＋、Ｐｂ２＋、Ｍｎ２＋等，用适量Ｔａｒｔｒａｔｅ、ＴＥＡ、ＤＬ－Ｃｙｓｔｅｉｎｅ掩蔽。在ｐＨ１０左右，用ＥＤＴＡ滴定Ｃａ２＋、Ｍｇ２＋，确定合量。然后加入Ｏｘｉｎｅ分解Ｍｇ－ＥＤＴＡ螯合物，释放出的ＥＤＴＡ用Ｃａ２＋标准溶液滴定。用ＭＴＢ－ＸＯ－ＣＰＢ为混合指示剂，终点颜色变化敏锐，一般常见金属离子均不干扰。该法已用于测定水和工业废水中钙镁含量，结果十分满意

莱钢烧结机网络化控制系统选用QUANTUM系列PLC,由现场设备层、设备控制层、管理监控层组成,自控系统包括烧结电控和仪控两部分,通过工业以太网、自愈环网和MB＋网异种网络通讯控制,实现了设备的连锁控制、重点参数的调节、画面监控、数据传输等,提高了烧结矿的产量与质量.     

Pathologic changes of mammillary body in clinical and experimental brain hemorrhage

The histomorphologic changes of the mammillary bodies (MB) in 31 patients and 8 spontaneously hypertensive rats with brain hemorrhage were studied by light and electron microscopy. The results showed that the frequency of the ischemic change neurons in medial nucleus in MB is much higher than that in hippocampal CA1 section and multiplicated double-deck or multistratum basal lamina formed a network or branch pattern, which indicate that MB may be of important function.     

马钢第一炼铁厂9#高炉自动化控制系统

马钢第一炼铁厂9＃高炉由原容积300m^3增容到380m^3，其自动化系统采用了具有冗余功能的Modbus plu(MB )网络，iFIX的监控软件和Modicon Quantum PLC完成高炉本体和热风炉等数据采集与监控，高炉炉顶，上料槽下和鼓风机系统的控制，全面满足了380m^3高炉主要生产工艺要求。     

Lymphoid/nonlymphoid compartmentalization of donor leukocyte chimerism in rat recipients of heart allografts, with or without adjunct bone marrow

A spectrum of oxidative lesions was observed in a bacteriophage-based model system that is very sensitive to the photodynamic activity of selected dyes. When suspensions of the intact bacteriophage Q beta were exposed to methylene blue plus light (MB + L), inactivating events, or "hits" occurred that were oxygen-dependent and that were associated with the formation of several specific lesions: (1) carbonyl moieties on proteins, (2) 8-oxo-7,8-dihydroguanine (8-oxoGua), and (3) single-strand breaks (ssb) in the RNA genome and (4) RNA-protein crosslinks. Formation of carbonyl groups associated with protein in the Q beta phage preparation correlated positively with photoinactivation of the phage with increasing doses of either of the sensitizers MB or rose bengal. Strand breaks in the Q beta genomic RNA were observable at high MB concentrations but appeared not to be significant at the lower concentrations of MB, as full-length Q beta RNA was observable well beyond the 99% inactivation point in MB dosage. It was shown that the number of 8-oxoGua lesions were unlikely to be sufficient to account for the number of lethal events. Following exposure to MB + L, crosslink formation between Q beta RNA and protein was observed by virtue of the location of RNA at the interface of phenol-aqueous extractions of phage suspensions. A significant increase over background of RNA-protein complexes (including full-length Q beta RNA) was observed at the lowest concentration of MB tested (0.5 microM), which corresponded roughly to an average of 2 lethal hits per phage or approximately 13% survival compared to the zero MB control (100% survival). Due to its close correlation with Q beta inactivation and its expected lethality, RNA-protein crosslink formation may be important as an inactivating lesion in bacteriophage Q beta following MB + L exposure.     

Isolation of blood-borne Mycobacterium avium by using the nonradioactive BACTEC 9000 MB system and comparison with a solid-culture system

We conducted a 12-month prospective study comparing two approaches to the detection of Mycobacterium avium in the blood of human immunodeficiency virus type 1-infected patients, namely, a lytic centrifugation system combined with Middlebrook solid culture medium (the conventional procedure) and the nonradiometric BACTEC 9000 MB system. Species identification relied on 16S rRNA probe hybridization and cell wall fatty acids chromatography. M. avium was isolated in 17 of 345 (5%) blood specimens by the BACTEC 9000 MB automated system and in 14 of 345 (4%) blood specimens by the conventional procedure (nonsignificant, chi2 test). Detection time was 16 +/- 6 days by the BACTEC 9000 MB automated system and 27 +/- 3 days by the conventional procedure (P < 0.001, Student t test). Non-M. avium mycobacteria were not recovered during the study period. Contamination rate was 8% (30 specimens) by the BACTEC 9000 MB system and 0% by the conventional procedure, indicating the necessity of using an antibiotic mixture (PANTA, consisting of polymyxin B, amphotericin B, nalidixic acid, trimethoprim, and azlocillin). Working time was 1 min 30 s by the BACTEC 9000 MB system and 8 min by the conventional procedure, which was 1.8 times more expensive than the BACTEC system. Use of the BACTEC 9000 MB system increased the sensitivity of M. avium detection and reduced detection time in blood culture.     

PLC在综合料场的应用

介绍了承钢物流管控中心综合料场采用美国GE 90-70系列PLC控制系统及光纤环网的网络结构,很好地适应了设备多、采集分站多、地域分布广、实时性要求高、系统可靠性要求高的特点;系统投运后,设备故障率降低了3%,混合料配比指标SO2、TiFe的稳定率达到95%,满足了高炉、烧结、焦化系统对原料的稳定要求。
