The temperature characteristics for the different lasing modes at 300 K of intracavity contacted InGaAs/GaAs Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Lasers(VCSELs) have been investigated experimentally by using the SV-32 cryostat and LD200205 test system. In combination with the simulation results of the reflective spectrum and the gain peak at different temperatures, the measurement results have been analyzed. In addition, the dependence of device size on temperature characteristics is discussed. The experimental data can be used to optimally design of VCSEL at high or cryogenic temperature.  相似文献

An all fiber magnetic field sensor with peanut-shape structure based on multimode fiber (MMF) is proposed and experimentally demonstrated. The sensing structure and magnetic fluid (MF) are both encapsulated in capillary, and the effective refractive index of MF is affected by surrounding magnetic field strength. The measurement of magnetic field is realized by observing the wavelength drift of interference peak. The transmission spectrum generated by Mach-Zehnder interferometer (MZI) includes core-core mode interference and core-cladding mode interference. Experimental results demonstrate that the core-cladding mode interference is sensitive to magnetic field, and the magnetic field sensitivity is 0.047 8 nm/mT. In addition, two kinds of interference dips are sensitive to temperature, and the sensitivities are 0.060 0 nm/°C and 0.052 6 nm/°C, respectively. So the simultaneous measurement of magnetic field strength and temperature can be achieved based on sensitivity matrix. We report on a high power output quasi-continuous-wave nanosecond optical parametric generator (OPG) of congruent periodically poled lithium niobate (PPLN) pumped by a 1 064 nm acousto-optically Q-switched Nd-YVO4 laser (duration. 70 ns,repetition rate:45 kHz,spatial beam quality M2〈 1,3). The OPG consists of a 38.7 mm long PPLN crystal with a domain period of 28.93 μm. With 5.43 W of average pump power the maximum average output power is 991 mW at 1 517.1 nm signal wave of the PPLN OPG.  相似文献

Feedback shift registers with carry operation (FCSRs) are described, implemented, and analyzed with respect to memory requirements, initial loading, period, and distributional properties of their output sequences. Many parallels with the theory of linear feedback shift registers (LFSRs) are presented, including a synthesis algorithm (analogous to the Berlekamp-Massey algorithm for LFSRs) which, for any pseudorandom sequence, constructs the smallest FCSR which will generate the sequence. These techniques are used to attack the summation cipher. This analysis gives a unified approach to the study of pseudorandom sequences, arithmetic codes, combiners with memory, and the Marsaglia-Zaman random number generator. Possible variations on the FCSR architecture are indicated at the end. A new rare earth complex Tb(p-CIBA)3phen was synthesized and introduced into organic tight emitting devices (OLEDs) as emitting material. The Tb(p-CIBA)3phen was doped into PVK to improve the filmforming and hole-transporting property. Two kinds of devices were fabricated. The device structure is as the following. Single-layer device: ITO/PVK: Tb (p-CIBA) 3 phen /LiF/Al; double-layer device: ITO/PVK: Tb(p-CIBA)3phen/AIQ/LiF/AI. The performances of both devices were investigated carefully. We found that the emission of PVK was completely restrained,and only the green emission was observed from the electroluminescence. The full width at half maximum (FWHM) was less than 10 nm. The highest EL brighthess of the single-layer device is 25.4 cd/cm^2 at a fixed bias of 18 V,and the highest EL brightness of the double-layer device reaches 234.8 cd/cm^2 at a voltage of 20 V.  相似文献

Fabrication of flexible organic light-emitting diodes(FOLEDs) with ITO/PVK :TPD/Alq3/Al configuration prepared on PET substrates is reported. Alq3 is used as the light-emitting material. The curves of the current density vs. voltage,optical current vs. voltage and quantum efficiency vs. current density of the devices are investigated. Compared the devices with the ones that have the same configuration and are fabricated under the same conditions but on glass substrates,the characteristics of the two kinds of devices are very similar except that the threshold voltage of the flexible FOLEDs is a little higher. Under the driving voltage of 20V,the corresponding brightness and the external quantum efficiency are 1000 cd/m^2 and 0. 27%, respectively. In addition, the anti-bend ability of the devices is tested and the reasons of failure of the devices are analyzed.  相似文献

ZnO quantum dots (QDs)with the sizes of 3.0-5.6 nm are synthesized by solution-phase method at different temperatures. We find that temperature has great influence on the size of ZnO QDs. The growth process is the most sensitive to temperature, and the process is well explained by Lifshitz-Slyozov-Wagner (LSW) model. Photoluminescence origin of nanocrystalline SiC films   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The nanocrystalline SiC films were prepared on Si then annealed at 800℃ and 1 000℃ for 30 minutes (111) substrates by rf magnetron sputtering and in a vacuum annealing system. The crystal structure and crystallization of as-annealed SiC films were determined by the Fourier transform infrared (FIR) absorption spectra and the X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. Measurement of photoluminescence (PL) of the nanocrystalline SiC (nc-SiC) films shows that the blue light with 473 nm and 477 nm wavelengths emitted at room temperature and that the PL peak shifts to shorter wavelength side and the PL intensity becomes stronger as the annealing temperature decreases. The time-resolved spectrum of the PL at 477 nm exhibits a bi-exponential decay process with lifetimes of 600 ps and 5 ns and a characteristic of the direct band gap. The strong blue light emission with short PL lifetimes suggests that the quantum confinement effect of the SiC nanocrystals resulted in the radiative recombination of the direct optical transitions.  相似文献

For a multirate sample-data system where the output sampling rate is slower than the input updating rate, we study the l 2l filtering problems for fast state estimation by using the lifted model. The filtering problem is handled in the framework of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) with a nonconvex constraint, which is numerically solved by the product reduction algorithm. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is illustrated and verified by simulation examples. The main goal of routing solutions is to satisfy the requirements of the Quality of Service (QoS) for every admitted connection as well as to achieve a global efficiency in resource utilization. In this paper proposes a solution based on Hopfield neural network (HNN) to deal with one of representative routing problems in uni-cast routing, i. e. the multi-constrained(MC) routing problem. We report periodical rocking long period gratings (PR-LPGs) in PANDA fibers fabricated with CO2 laser. The PR-LPGs achieve very high coupling efficiency of 19 dB with 12 periods and a 3.5° twist angle in just one scanning cycle, which is much more effective than the conventional CO2 laser fabrication technique. This type of LPGs exhibits polarization-selective resonance dips which demonstrate different sensitivities to environmental parameters. The high temperature and external refractive index sensitivities are measured simultaneously, so it can be used as a wavelength-selective polarization filter and sensor. We have demonstrated a laser-diode pumped Nd.GdVO4 extra-cavity frequency tripling ultraviolet laser with a LBO crystal in this paper. Under the acousto-optic (A-O) Q-switched operation, we have obtained 355 nm ultraviolet laser,with pulse width of 25 ns and pulse repetition rate of 20 kHz. By using a type Ⅰ non-critical phase-matched LBO crystal, the SHG output power of 822 mW is achieved at the incident pump power of 16 W. The output power of 355nm UV laser is 260mW with a type Ⅱ phase-matched LBO crystal,and the conversion efficiency (1 064 nm-355 nm) is 5.9 %. The power stability of 355 nm laser is 1.7% in 1 h.  相似文献
