探讨了我国镁铝尖晶石及高铝-尖晶石(含刚玉-尖晶石及矾土熟料-尖晶石)浇注料的开发应用,阐述了我国没档尖晶石的技术特征和优点以及矾土熟料-尖晶石浇注料研制开发和成功应用的巨大意义,认为:从兼顾技术上和经济上的可行性考虑,尖晶石及高铝-尖晶石浇注料的开发应用已经是呈现了蓬勃发展的大好局面,在推进尖晶石及高铝-尖晶石浇注料的开发应用上,我国的耐火材料工作者正站在开发应用的前列、发挥着具有开拓意义的主导 相似文献

矾土基电熔尖晶石对矾土基浇注料性能的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
为了开发矾土基电熔尖晶石的应用,在矾土骨料、纯铝酸钙水泥、Al2O3微粉、SiO2微粉等原料加入量不变(分别为65%、4%、4%和1%)的条件下,变化矾土基电熔尖晶石的加入量(分别为0、6%、8%、10%和12%)和电熔白刚玉细粉的加入量,研究了矾土基电熔尖晶石对矾土基浇注料常温物理性能、热态抗折强度、抗热震性以及抗渣性的影响。结果表明,与不加矾土基电熔尖晶石的浇注料相比,尖晶石加入量为6%~12%时,浇注料的常温性能相差不大,但热态抗折强度及抗热震性均有所提高,抗渣性有很大改善。 相似文献

对矾土熟料和矾土均化料两种耐火原料的理化性能进行了比较,研究以其为骨料制备的水泥窑用高铝浇注料的性能.结果表明:经过均化提纯工艺制备的矾土均化料较矾土熟料理化性能均一稳定,并基本上克服了后者不同粒度间化学组成差异的问题;与矾土熟料相比,以矾土均化料为骨料制备高铝浇注料具有更好的性能,可以满足更高一级水泥窑用高铝浇注料指标的要求. 相似文献

Porous magnesium aluminate spinel (MgAl2O4) ceramic supports were fabricated by reactive sintering from low-cost bauxite and magnesite at different temperatures ranging from 1100 to 1400 °C and their sintering behavior and phase evolution were evaluated. The effects of sintering temperature on the pore structure, size and distribution as well as on the main properties of spinel ceramic supports such as flexural strength, nitrogen permeation flux and chemical resistance were investigated. The supports prepared at 1300 °C showed a homogeneous pore structure with the average pore size of 4.42 μm, and exhibited high flexural strength (35.6 MPa), high gas permeability (with nitrogen gas flux of 3057 m3 m−2 h−1 under a trans-membrane pressure of 0.1 MPa) and excellent chemical resistance. 相似文献

The bauxite-based and kaolin-based refractory castables investigated were carefully prepared. They are composed of 90 wt.% well-graded (coarse, medium, and fine) bauxite or kaolin aggregates, 10 wt.% binding matrix and adequate amount of distilled water. The binder mixture was calcium aluminate cement (CAC) containing 80% alumina and magnesium-aluminate spinel (MA-spinel) either preformed or in situ. The castable batches were cast into cubes (25 mm × 25 mm × 25 mm), left at 100% relative humidity for 24 h cured for 7 days under water, and dried at 110 °C for 24 h. This work addresses the thermodynamic evaluation of different spinel-containing refractory castable compositions in contact with a basic steel ladle slag (CaO/SiO2 ∼ 9). The main differences among the castable compositions were the amount of silica fume (0 or 1 wt%), the binder source (calcium aluminate cement or hydratable alumina) and the spinel incorporation route (in situ or pre-formed). The interaction of the liquid slag with the refractory was carried out with the help of thermodynamic software (FactSage) and the applied methodology considered the changes in the slag composition due to the interaction with the castable. The theoretical results were compared with the experimental data attained by corrosion cup-tests, pointing out that the thermodynamic calculations were suitable for predicting various aspects observed in the corroded samples by SEM. Therefore, the equilibrium simulations led to parameters that indicated the corrosion resistance trends, complementing the experimental evaluation and reducing further experimental testing. 相似文献

为了对用后废弃中间包浇注料进行回收利用,首先对其进行拣选、除杂、破碎、轮碾处理等工序制成合格的回收颗粒料,然后以70%的这种回收颗粒料(粒度分别为10~5mm、5~3mm和3~1mm)和30%的特级矾土粉、水泥、膨胀剂等制成了再生中间包永久衬浇注料。研制的再生中间包浇注料的体积密度、显气孔率、常温强度和抗热震性等性能指标均好于原中间包浇注料的,仅1450℃烧后线变化率与原浇注料相差不大。 相似文献
