一个基于组通信的设计过程管理系统的设计与实现

设计过程管理在协调由多人参与的大型设计项目中的作用是非常重要的。本文在对分布对象技术及组通信技术深入研究的基础上,设计实现了一个基于组通信服务的分布式集成框架,在该集成框架之上设计实现了一个设计过程管理系统ＤＰＭＳ。     

RefModPM: A Conceptual Reference Model for Project Management Information Systems

Project management information systems have changed considerably in the last decade. Today they go far beyond traditional scheduling as well as resource management. These systems have become comprehensive information systems (IS) that support the entire life cycle of projects, project programmes and project portfolios. In this context, project-oriented organizations face a new challenge: the design, implementation and operation of such information systems has become increasingly complex, since numerous processes have to be considered, diverse stakeholder interests taken into account and corresponding software systems selected. The reference model for project management IS (RefMod^PM) presented here addresses these challenges and aims to support corresponding implementation projects. This article introduces RefMod^PM by discussing its construction process and evaluation, as well as providing an overview of its architecture and presenting one part of the reference model in detail.     

大型调水项目生产调度系统平台研究与设计

当前,大型调水项目生产调度系统由水量调度、工程管理、信息监测和综合办公等众多业务子系统组成,各子系统间已能实现数据层的信息交换,但在应用交互层面则各自相对独立。在实际的调度生产过程中,调度生产人员岗位角色不同决定了其在系统中所使用的功能与权限也不同。各项生产调度功能分散在不同的子系统中,需要调度生产人员在多个系统间来回切换操作,既繁琐又容易发生误操作,整体上不便于调度生产人员使用。本文以南水北调东线山东段工程生产调度系统开发设计为实例,就大型调水项目生产调度系统的建设展开分析与讨论。梳理了各岗位对应的功能与职责,设计出了适合调水项目生产调度的信息系统,降低了系统对用户的使用门槛,同时也提高了生产效率。     

Urban environmental management: monitoring, GIS, and modeling

Urban environmental management must integrate the spatial, structural features of a city, typically captured in geographical information systems (GIS), and the dynamics of environmental quality indicators that can be obtained by monitoring. To provide decision-relevant information supporting planning and management, these components are integrated in models for scenario analysis and optimisation tasks. The paper describes some results from an environmental Telematics project (ECOSIM) and two Esprit projects (HITERM, SIMTRAP), as well as a EUREKA EUROENVIRON project (AIDAIR), and applications in cities such as Vienna, Berlin, Geneva, Basel, Milano, Athens, Gdansk, and Izmir. Strategies for the integration of monitoring, GIS, and modeling are presented, that use a common client–server architecture, an object-oriented design, embedded expert systems technology, and a multi-media user interface to support easy access, and easy use of complex analytical tools for urban environmental management.     

分片式流处理器上存储系统的设计与实现

针对“存储墙”问题,从提高片外带宽使用率的角度出发,为分片式流处理器设计实现数据并行存储系统。该存储系统通过多级调度能有效减少片外访存的次数,降低片外带宽的需求。软件模拟和仿真验证的结果表明,在不同工作负载特征下,通过设计参数的优化选择,该设计能够充分挖掘存储访问的行局部性和体间并行性,从而提高带宽的使用效率。     

基于WEBSERVICE发送EMAIL和SMS服务的设计和实现

在大型的基于B／S结构、采用WEBSERVICE方式传输的项目管理软件系统中，需要对个人和组织发送即时或数据库信息。本文阐述了提供基于INTERNET运用WEBSERVICE方式发送电子邮件和手机短消息服务的设计与实现。     

Design of expert systems for integrated production automation

An approach to the design of expert systems for integrated production automation is presented. The major components in an integrated manufacturing system consist of corporate planning, marketing planning, research and development, engineering design, production planning, manufacturing, warehousing, and product distribution. These components are linked by management information flow, technology information flow, as well as materials flow. An intelligent computer is used to integrate information flow and to control materials flow. This paper discusses characteristics of the future factory, elements of knowledge based systems, and the design of computer based expert systems for production planning, for engineering design, and for integrated manufacturing.     

信息系统在项目管理中的应用

从项目管理信息化需求出发,介绍了项目信息化管理的任务和流程,分析了信息管理对项目管理的影响。对如何建立项目信息管理制度,如何设计项目管理信息系统的具体功能进行了论述;并结合常用的项目管理信息系统,如P3/P3E、Project、梦龙项目管理系统等,分析了项目管理在信息系统中的应用步骤。

首先回顾了企业实施信息集成所采用的系统结构 ,然后结合以往设计、实施CIMS应用工程的经验和过程企业的特点 ,开展了过程企业管理与生产过程集成体系结构研究。最后 ,提出了面向全球信息化生产 (e manufacturing) ,基于网络的过程企业管理与生产过程集成体系结构框架。     

The design and evaluation of interactive systems with perceived social intelligence: five challenges

This paper reflects on discussions within the Social Intelligence for Tele-healthcare (SIFT) project. The SIFT project aims to establish a model of social intelligence, to support the user-centred design of social intelligence in interactive systems. The conceptual background of social intelligence for the SIFT project is presented. Five challenges identified for the design of socially aware interactions are described, and their implications are discussed.     

Developing a groupware-based prototype to support geomatics production management

Digital map and chart providers are under increasing pressure to bring their original and updated products to market in shorter time frames than ever before. As the contract production model has come to play an increasingly significant role in digital mapping and charting programs, workflow processes and production tasks have at least been extended, if not redefined. At the same time, through the refinement and integration of groupware tools and Intranet/Extranet software, applications of computer-supported cooperative work have emerged in support of both project-driven research and corporate information management. The Geographical Engineering Group at University of New Brunswick has undertaken a program of research to: (1) investigate the applicability of groupware and database technologies to support collaborative geomatics production in networked environments; (2) develop Extranet-based prototypes; and (3) evaluate the effects of these prototypes on project management and organizational culture. A summary of the results from the preliminary works is presented in this paper. Focus has been placed on the collaboration prototype developed in terms of quality control inspection project in mapping and charting productions. The paper concludes with a discussion of key design and implementation issues.     

Design of systems for productivity and well being

It has always been an ambition within the ergonomic profession to ensure that design or redesign of production systems consider both productivity and employee well being, but there are many approaches to how to achieve this. This paper identifies the basic issues to be addressed in light of some research activities at DTU, especially by persons responsible for facilitating design processes. Four main issues must be addressed: (1) determining the limits and scope of the system to be designed; (2) identifying stakeholders related to the system and their role in the system design; (3) handling the process' different types of knowledge; and (4) emphasizing that performance management systems, key performance indicators (KPIs), and leadership are also part of the system design and must be given attention. With the examples presented, we argue that knowledge does exist to help system design facilitators address these basic issues.     

Paradigms for knowledge-based systems in industrial engineering

When developing expert systems, expertise lies not only in formulating the knowledge to be put into the knowledge base, but also in deciding upon the knowledge representation and inference mechanism most suited to the application. Six detailed knowledge bases demonstrate the application of various AI-based systems to industrial engineering problems. They illustrate a number of approaches: expert systems, which are based upon practical experience; decision systems, which derive from modelling skills; and situation-action systems, which rely on production process design skills. The six paradigms presented describe a logical expert system for selecting material handling equipment; a multi-valued expert system for selecting a dispatching rule for automatic guided vehicles; a profile matching expert system for selecting project management software; a confidence building expert system for selecting a machine feeder; a tandem decision system for developing a production schedule; and a situation-action system for controlling job allocation in a flexible manufacturing cell. The relationships between these various paradigms and the characteristics of problems to which they can be applied are categorized by the nature of the expert and his expertise; the features of the environment; the decision or decisions to be taken; and the manner in which AI-system performance can be evaluated. A knowledge base is proposed for determining which architecture is most appropriate for a given application.     

PDM中的编码技术及实现

在分析 ＰＤＭ及其编码体系的基础上，给出了各系统中编码的设计方案和集成模型，探讨了各应用系统中编码之间以及与ＰＤＭ系统软件中编码的关系，提出采用编码工具来解决人们在管理中利用资源信息的矛盾，同时考虑了编码在ＰＤＭ实施中的相关问题。该方案经使用后证明是非常有效的。

本文分析了工程项目信息系统现存的问题,由此引入了SOA技术的研究和应用。在介绍SOA的概念及体系架构的基础上,研究并设计出解决现存问题的基于SOA的工程项目管理信息系统总体构架。     

库存管理系统中数据库的设计与实现

在数据库应用系统的设计中,一个好的数据库结构是应用系统的基础。以库存管理系统的数据库设计为实例,讨论了数据库设计的方法和技术,实体的属性就是关系的属性,实体的码就是关系的码。与该联系相连的各实体的码以及联系本身的属性转换为关系属性,各实体的码组成关系的码或关系码的一部分。详细介绍了库存管理系统中数据库设计的全过程。     

一种电信统一网管平台系统架构的设计与分析

根据电信网管系统的功能结构，在分析特点的基础上，给出了一种兼容新老设备及新老系统的统一网管平台系统架构的方案，并对该方案提出的几种兼容方案进行了分析，指出了各种方案的优缺点。     

KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT BASED ON FORMAL MODELS OF SOFTWARE PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The objective of this paper is to present a complete conception of decision support systems for software project management. The idea is founded on dynamic and self-adjusting fuzzy models. Specifically, the propsed approach is founded on the knowledge-based methodology and the theories of dynamic systems and fuzzy sets. The presented method can be used in manufacturing of knowledge-based Information Technology (IT) products. A preliminary design of a fuzzy model can take advantage of experience from managing projects. Relevant experimental data resulting from such projects can then be utilized for adjusting the membership functions of the fuzzy model applied in the knowledge-based decistion-support system.
