Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS) performance highly depends on the characteristics of the mechanical equipment. However, once the system has been physically implemented, achieving its maximum efficiency depends on the way the system is operated. This paper shows that request sequencing (i.e. planning the order in which storage and retrieval requests are performed) is of paramount importance in AS/RS performance. This paper reviews and adapts the most popular storage and sequencing policies to dynamic contexts, and then it proposes a ‘sequencing mathematical model’ (SMM) to simultaneously solve the sequencing and storage location problems. Extensive computational results based on a thorough simulation experiment plan confirm that performing the requests in the right sequence can have a positive impact on AS/RS performance. Our results show that the proposed SMM regularly outperforms other methods. When used in a dynamic context, the proposed SMM may yield up to a 25% reduction in average travel-time compared to the situation where a no-sequencing method is applied. 相似文献

With the growing maturity of blockchain technology, its peer-to-peer model and fully duplicated data storage pattern enable blockchain to act as a distributed ledger in untrustworthy environments. Blockchain storage has also become a research hotspot in industry, finance, and academia due to its security, and its unique data storage management model is gradually becoming a key technology to play its value in various fields’ applications. However, with the increasing amount of data written into the blockchain, the blockchain system faces many problems in its actual implementation of the application, such as high storage space occupation, low data flexibility and availability, low retrieval efficiency, poor scalability, etc. To improve the above problems, this paper combines off-chain storage technology and de-duplication technology to optimize the blockchain storage model. Firstly, this paper adopts the double-chain model to reduce the data storage of the major chain system, which stores a small amount of primary data and supervises the vice chain through an Application Programming Interface (API). The vice chain stores a large number of copies of data as well as non-transactional data. Our model divides the vice chain storage system into two layers, including a storage layer and a processing layer. In the processing layer, deduplication technology is applied to reduce the redundancy of vice chain data. Our double-chain storage model with high scalability enhances data flexibility, is more suitable as a distributed storage system, and performs well in data retrieval. 相似文献

利用氢化燃烧合成法制备了镁基储氢合金Mg-Mg2Ni,分析了镁镍配比和镁粉粒径对HCS产物组成和储氢性能的影响.研究结果表明,HCS产物主要由Mg2Ni及Mg的氢化物MgH2、Mg2NiH4和Mg2NiH0.3组成,没有Ni相的存在,当Mg:Ni>2:1时,较粗镁粉原料的使用对燃烧合成产物Mg2Ni的氢化活性影响不大,但会降低反应剩余Mg的氢化活性.随原料中镁镍配比的增加,HCS产物中MgH2的相对含量逐渐增加,HCS产物的氢化动力学性能逐渐降低,吸氢量却先增加后降低,Mg:Ni=7.85:1时具有最大的吸氢量4.87wt.%,同时由较细镁粉得到的HCS产物的氢化速率和吸氢量大于较粗镁粉,但两者之间的差别会随镁镍配比的降低而减小. 相似文献

本文阐述小型蓄冷空调系统的工作原理和循环系统,并通过实验分析了相变蓄冷材料的凝固点、融解点、融解热等热学性能。在热性能分析中,用示差扫描量热仪(DSC)来测定蓄冷材料的融解热,用温度测量仪器来测定蓄冷材料的凝固点和融解点,通过热性能分析找到了一种新型蓄冷材料,该蓄冷材料可被应用于小型蓄冷空调系统中。 相似文献

A computationally efficient cycle time model for conceptualizing autonomous vehicle storage and retrieval systems and comparing their performance with crane-based automated storage and retrieval systems is presented. The model is based on an iterative computational scheme exploiting random storage assumptions and queuing model approximations. Relative to earlier models, the procedure scales up efficiently for large problems thereby enabling more extensive search of a design solution space. Simulation based validation studies suggest that model accuracy is adequate for system conceptualization. The procedure is demonstrated using realistically sized sample problems. 相似文献

The extensive application of emerging technologies is revolutionizing warehouse management. These technologies facilitate working with complex and powerful warehouse management models in which products do not have assigned fixed locations (random storage). Random storage allows the utilization of the available space to be optimized. In this context, and motivated by a real problem, this article presents a model that looks for the optimal allocation of goods in order to maximize the storage space availability within the restrictions of the warehouse. For the proposed model a construction method, a local search algorithm and different metaheuristics have been developed. The introduced algorithms can also be used for other purposes such as to assess when and how it is convenient to perform relocation of stored items to improve the current level of storage space availability. 在Ar气保护下,采用高频感应悬浮炉制备La0.7-xPrxZr0.1Mg0.2Ni2.75Co0.45Fe0.1Al0.2(x=0.00,0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20)合金,研究Pr替代La对合金电极电化学性能的影响。结果显示,所有合金主要由LaNi5和La2Ni7相组成,以Pr替代La后,LaNi5相和La2Ni7合金相的晶胞收缩,导致氢原子在合金电极体内扩散受限,合金电极的动力学性能下降。但由于Pr的抗腐蚀作用,合金电极循环稳定性增加,经过200次充放电循环后容量保持率分别从66.2%(x=0.00)逐渐增加到69.5%(x=0.05)、73.2%(x=0.10)、74.0%(x=0.15)和75.1%(x=0.20)。 相似文献
