针对高强度钢板冲压成形过程中普遍存在的精度问题,以U型件为研究对象,在分析TRIP600高强度钢板材料性能的基础上,分别研究了U型件成形时压边力和拉深筋的工作圆角半径对回弹的影响。结果表明,TRIP600高强度钢板在成形U型件时,回弹随着压边力的增加而发生有限减小;拉深筋工作圆角半径越大,回弹值越大。 相似文献

先进复杂高强度钢零件一般采用热冲压技术成形。以高强度硼钢板22Mn B5为研究对象,研究其在高温下的流变行为,对热冲压中常采用的Arrhenius本构模型进行简单的线性回归。以汽车B柱上段为研究对象,利用有限元软件对高强度钢板热冲压成形工艺进行分析,分析模具结构和压边力对成形过程的影响。从数值模拟的结果分析压边力和模具结构对板料的影响,避免成形零件出现开裂起皱现象,减少模具磨损,提高工件精度。 相似文献

在热冲压工艺中,热冲压钢板处于高温状态,不同位置温度分布有明显差异,传统方法难以评价冲压件的成形性,考虑温度的三维成形极限图能有效评价热冲压件的成形性能,但无法判断热冲压件的安全裕度。针对上述问题,在考虑温度的三维成形极限图的基础上,首先提出了成形裕度的计算方法;然后结合数值模拟和理论分析手段,构建了适用于评价高强钢板热冲压的安全裕度云图;最后对某汽车B柱热冲压不同工艺过程进行了仿真分析,并与试验进行了对比。结果表明,在不同工艺参数和板料尺寸下,构建的裕度云图均能有效预测高强钢板热冲压件的开裂部位和程度。 相似文献

回弹和变形是影响高强度装载机覆盖件冲压成形形状精度的主要因素,通过22MnB5合金板热冲压成形实验,考察了热冲压成形的传热特征,推导出的热冲压成形传热数学模型的基本方程,提出热冲压成形模具冷却系统设计相关技术问题.研究表明,当冷却速度达到或超过临界冷却速度,才能使奥氏体直接转变为均匀马氏体;在模具结构、冷却系统、冷却介质等因素确定的情况下,冷却速度只与板材自身条件有关,可以通过控制最佳水流速度实现对最佳冷却速度的控制,达到减少和消除热冲压成形中变形和回弹等缺陷,提高装载机覆盖件热冲压成形质量. 相似文献

China’s High-speed steel cutting tools hold a considerable share in the global market.However,the overproduction of low-end HSS tools causes serious resource waste and low efficiency,which has become one of the major problems in the tool industry in China.So a new Surface Modification technology is developed,which can make the low-end HSS tools into the high-end ones.On the analysis of the mechanism of cryogenic and quenching-polish-quenching(QPQ),the cryogenic and QPQ compound treatment are studied by using φ8 HSS(M2) drills.The nitriding layer and the base of the drill bit are Studied and analyzed,and the mechanism of compound treatment is discussed by the technological parameters adjustment and the combination test of cryogenic,nitrogen,tempering procedures,and several analysis methods such as the optics metallographic microscope,the scanning electronic microscope (SEM),X-ray diffraction and micro hardness.The cutting test is done on the drills by cryogenic treatment,QPQ treatment and cryogenic and QPQ compound treatment separately.The results indicates that the cutting life of HSS (M2) drill can be increased dramatically by cryogenic and QPQ compound treatment. 相似文献

The use of hardened high strength steel is found in applications where high wear resistance is required. The wear properties of high strength Boron steel are well known in applications with abrasive wear from stones, ore and other hard material. A unique concept of wear protection of rails is newly presented, a wear resistant cap made of hardened high strength Boron steel.Reducing the wear of rails and wheels and controlling the frictional behavior in the wheel/rail contact are two key issues for railway owners in order to reduce the increasing costs related to higher axle loads, higher speeds, more frequent traffic, etc. Therefore, the aim of this work has been to investigate and compare the tribological properties of Boron steel and UIC 1100 rail steel in contact with Blue Light wheel steel (AAR Class C (69-JDG-8)) under dry and water lubricated conditions in a two-disc tribometer. Advanced analytical instruments including 3D optical surface profiler, micro-hardness indenter, light microscope and SEM/EDS were used to analyze the results.Results from the experiments show that the friction coefficient in tests with Boron steel is more stable both in dry and water lubricated conditions than tests including UIC 1100 rail steel used in todays application. Surface damages seen from water lubricated tests on UIC 1100 rail steel are not seen on the surface of the Boron steel discs. In all tests, the wear decreased when water was added in the contact and friction was slightly decreased. 相似文献

High frequency RFID sensors are attractive in diverse applications where sensor performance is required at a low cost and dimension restriction. An approach adapting commercial passive 13.56 MHz RFID tags has been developed for sensing corrosion stage. This investigation includes balance of sensing and positioning of RFID sensors for corrosion detection by analysing real and imaginary parts of the complex impedance. With passive HF RFID sensors, real part and imaginary part of complex impedance have been extracted from the reader coil with VNA (vector network analyser) and delivering a unique capability for corrosion sensing with different atmospheric exposure time steel samples (1 month, 6 months, 10 months and 12 months). With different positioning (5–25 mm), features extraction based on the complex impedance with PCA (principal component analysis) has been designed for position-independent corrosion evaluation. 相似文献

本文以涡流减震器的力学性能为研究对象,减震器的力学性能好坏是通过减震器的阻尼特性曲线(也就是阻尼—速度曲线)来判定的。利用Ansoft软件模拟仿真涡流减震器在不同振动速度下的阻尼力大小。根据不同速度下的阻尼力大小绘制阻尼—速度曲线,然后进行阻尼特性的研究。通过仿真结果分析,涡流减震器的阻尼特性符合设计要求。 相似文献
