采用亚甲基蓝作为还原剂,在硫酸体系中直接浸出低品位钴土矿,考察了亚甲基蓝浓度、硫酸浓度、反应温度、反应时间等对浸出率的影响。结果表明,在下述最优条件下,钴土矿中钴和锰的浸出率可同时达到99%以上:硫酸初始浓度1.6mol/L,亚甲基蓝初始浓度5g/L,反应温度95℃,浸出时间4h,液固比3∶1。  相似文献

针对琼北地区某钴土矿,以硫酸亚铁和稀硫酸作浸取剂,通过一系列单因素条件试验,考察了温度、时间、硫酸初始浓度、搅拌转速和液固体积质量比对钴浸出率的影响。试验结果表明:在反应温度50℃、浸出时间2h、硫酸初始浓度1.2mol/L、搅拌转速250r/min、液固体积质量比10∶1条件下,钴浸出率可达96.1%。在优化条件下重复试验,钴平均浸出率达满意结果。  相似文献

通过对铜钴矿的浸出试验探索,得出铜钴矿样为含钴氧化矿,适宜还原酸浸,浓硫酸酸浸效果更好,还原体系为双氧水与亚硫酸钠组合。最优试验条件为液固比5∶1,加入浓硫酸理论量的1.5倍,按照先后顺序加入双氧水量为矿样质量55.5%和亚硫酸钠量为矿样质量10%,温度70℃,反应时间30 min。在最优的试验条件下进行铜钴矿的浸出试验,钴的浸出率达到99%以上,铜的浸出率达到98%以上。  相似文献

研究了一段高酸—二段中和两段联合浸出红土矿新工艺。结果表明,该红土矿经人工分级后,细粒级矿石在温度95℃、反应时间6 h、初始矿浆浓度32%、酸矿比1.05的条件下,镍、钴一段高酸浸出率分别为97.39%、94.14%;一段浸出后矿浆与粗粒级矿石矿浆混合后在温度95℃、反应时间15 h、粗细粒级矿石质量比1.34的条件下,镍、钴二段中和浸出率分别为82.04%、93.35%,浸出后液含铁浓度小于2 g/L。  相似文献

研究了采用钴白合金-水钴矿两矿法从钴白合金中浸出钴和铜,考察了浸出温度、硫酸浓度、液固体积质量比、反应时间、搅拌速度、两矿质量比对钴、铜浸出率的影响。试验结果表明:在温度70℃、硫酸浓度1mol/L、液固体积质量比6∶1、反应时间4h、搅拌速度350r/min、水钴矿和钴白合金质量比16∶1条件下,钴、铜浸出率分别为99.8%和99.2%;钴白合金和水钴矿的氧化还原反应过程是通过Fe2+与Fe3+在反应溶液中的电子转移实现的。  相似文献

针对复杂低品位氧化铜钴矿开展直接还原浸出工艺研究。结果表明,在液固比2∶1(mL/g)、浸出温度80℃、吨矿酸耗117.2kg、浸出时间4h、通入二氧化硫气体控制浸出终点电位340~350mV的条件下,铜、镍、钴浸出率分别为74.23%、47.82%和59.31%。采用两段逆流浸出可以节约还原剂用量,综合利用浸出液中的游离酸,节省碱的消耗量。  相似文献

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。  相似文献
