Reactivity and Toxicity of Homologous Bromo- and Dibromoalkanes The rate constants of the reactions of 4-(4-nitrobenzyl)-pyridine (NBP) with ω,ω′-dibromoalkanes Br (CH2)n Br (n = 2–4), alkyl bromides CnH2+n1Br (N = 2–4) and allyl bromide in acetophenone were measured and compared with the LD50-values of these compounds estimated on mice. The tested dibromoalkanes show a contrary graduation of reactivity and acute toxicity.  相似文献

Three synthetic strategies were explored to lower the melting point of poly(4-hydroxybenzoate) below 400°C. Binary copolyesters of 4-hydroxybenzoic acid and 3-substituted 4-hydroxybenzoic acid were highly crystalline, regardless of composition, and did not melt below 400°C. In contrast ternary and quartenary copolyesters containing 3-bromo-4-hydroxybenzoic acid may possess melting points below 360°C. Binary copolyesters of 4-mercaptobenzoic acid and 3-substituted 4-hydroxybenzoic acids melt in the range of 360–400°C. Random copolyesters of 3-(4-hydrophenyl) propionic acid and 4-hydroxybenzoic acid are mainly amorphous with glass-transition temperatures between 50 and 15°C. They contain liquid-crystalline domains, which in the case of the 1:1 copolyester are stable over a range of ca. 400°C. The heat-distortion temperatures are low (60–80°C) due to the predominant influence of the amorphous matrix.  相似文献

Detection of the Methyl Esters of Saturated Cycloaliphatic and Aromatic Fatty Acids with Thin-layer and Gas Chromatography Homologous series of methyl esters of saturated cycloaliphatic (CFA) and aromatic fatty acids (AFA), which were prepared by the alkali isomerisation of fish oil followed by hydrogenation and fractionation of the cyclised mixture as well as with the help of cyclising hydrogenation, were analysed by thin-layer and gas chromatography. Even 0.4% CFA and AFA, which do not form urea-adducts, can be detected in the fractions as a substance class in thin-layer chromatography. The equivalent carbon numbers (stearic acid = 18) of the principal isomers of CFA and AFA homologues (C18 to C22), which were obtained as a class in the thin-layer chromatographic separation, were determined by the gas chromatography.  相似文献

Formation of Fatty Tissue and the Quality of Meat The formation of depot fat and intramuscular fat in slaughter animals during growth follows specific patterns. The effects of race, type, sex, age, weight, castration, housing, feeding and growth rhythm on the formation of fatty tissues at various parts and their structure were studied within individual species of animals.
