为了保证塑料挤出机的稳定可靠运行,提高塑料挤出机的智能自动化程度,设计了一套基于可编程控制器(PLC)的塑料挤出机控制系统。介绍了塑料挤出机工作原理,设计了控制系统硬件系统,通过触摸屏实现了挤出机参数设置、数据显示、数据曲线采集,由PLC实现执行机构的控制。在硬件结构基础上设计了PLC软件主要流程,并设计了触摸屏画面。该控制系统能够实现挤出机温度和压力等工艺参数的精确控制,保证了塑料挤出机稳定可靠运行。 相似文献

塑料挤出机料筒温度控制系统存在扰动大、时变、滞后以及非线性等特点,使得料筒温度升温慢、控制精度低、抗干扰能力差,传统PID控制依赖精确数学模型,无法实现参数的在线实时调整。本文设计了一种模糊PID的塑料螺杆挤出机温度控制系统和以松下PLC为控制核心的挤出机温度控制系统硬件结构,最后对该控制方法进行了仿真分析。结果表明:该控制系统具有良好的动静态特性,在一定程度上改善了传统PID控制超调量大、温度变动大等缺点。 相似文献

An innovational vane extruder made polymeric materials endure an elongation stress that was much larger than the shearing stress in the extrusion process. The operating principle of the vane extruder was completely different than that of conventional screw extruders. As the first stage of polymer processing in the vane extruder, the process of solids conveying was composed of feeding, compacting, and discharging. Most of the energy was consumed in the compacting process of polymer particulate solids in this stage. A mathematical model was developed to analyze the power consumption in the process. The model showed that the power consumption was mainly influenced by the structural parameters of the vane extruder, including the rotor diameter, eccentricity, and axial width of the vane unit. The analysis indicated that more energy was used to generate pressure in the vane extruder than in a screw extruder. 本工作以LLDPE/LDPE共混树脂为基料,添加氟弹性体PPA加工改性剂,采用挤出吹塑成型加工薄膜制品.LLDPE/LDPE=1/2为空白.添加500PPM的PPA后,共混物中LLDPE为1/3时,挤出机电流下降,薄膜的透光率增加,雾度降低;LLDPE含量为60%时,挤出机电流未变而产量提高,薄膜的透光率和雾度变化不大;继续增加LLDPE比例时,挤出机电流和薄膜雾度增加.薄膜的拉伸性质随LLDPE比例增大而显著提高,且纵横向的取向性变小. 相似文献

The trend towards miniaturization has brought about strong demand for increasingly smaller precision‐molded plastic components. In order to control metering accuracy and homogeneity of the very small quantities of melt in the micro molding process, new micro molding machines that use an injection system comprising a screw extruder and a plunger injection unit have been developed. By use of such injection systems, standard plastic granules can be handled by the screw extruder and melt accuracy can be achieved by the electrically driven injection plunger. The objective of this work is to investigate the effects of the process parameters on the micro molding process and part quality. A series of micro gears were molded using a polyoxymethylene resin in a set of statistically designed experiments. Micro component inspection, characterization, and data analysis work was carried out to study the molded gears. It was found that metering size and holding pressure time are the process parameters that have the most significant effects on part quality, and that the process is also significantly affected by the interaction of these two parameters. There is an optimum metering size range in which the hold pressure can act together with the metering size to properly fill micro mold cavities. 相似文献

使用HDPE-g-MAH做增容剂,通过双螺杆挤出机制备了HDPE/木粉复合材料,对HDPE-g-MAH进行量变实验,通过力学性能测试确定了最佳用量,并利用SEM对材料微观形貌进行了观察。在此基础上又采用单螺杆挤出机、开炼机和密炼机等不同的加工设备分别制备了木塑复合材料,对力学性能进行了对比表征。结果表明:HDPE-g-MAH的加入很好地改善了木塑复合材料的界面相容性、力学性能和木粉的分散性,HDPE-g-MAH的最佳用量为5份;而且只有使用剪切效果优良的双螺杆挤出机才能制备出性能优异的木塑复合材料。 相似文献

In this work, a highly instrumented single screw extruder has been used to study the effect of polymer rheology on the thermal efficiency of the extrusion process. Three different molecular weight grades of high density polyethylene (HDPE) were extruded at a range of conditions. Three geometries of extruder screws were used at several set temperatures and screw rotation speeds. The extruder was equipped with real-time quantification of energy consumption; thermal dynamics of the process were examined using thermocouple grid sensors at the entrance to the die. Results showed that polymer rheology had a significant effect on process energy consumption and thermal homogeneity of the melt. Highest specific energy consumption and poorest homogeneity was observed for the highest viscosity grade of HDPE. Extruder screw geometry, set extrusion temperature and screw rotation speed were also found to have a direct effect on energy consumption and melt consistency. In particular, specific energy consumption was lower using a barrier flighted screw compared to single flighted screws at the same set conditions. These results highlight the complex nature of extrusion thermal dynamics and provide evidence that rheological properties of the polymer can significantly influence the thermal efficiency of the process. 相似文献
