介绍了一种新颖结构的环波导CO2激光器.该激光器采用全金属环状波导管,结构完全实现了扩散冷却、体积整体缩放的技术要求与器件微小型高功率化要求.根据激活介质为中空、环状的特性,把常规所用的输出镜改用正角锥透镜.正角锥透镜的底面与一个平行平面铜全反射镜构成平行平面激光谐振腔.该器件环波导区宽度为2.25 mm,谐振腔长为200 mm,输出镜透射率为10%.当器件工作在最佳工作总气压约104 Pa,最佳工作气体分压比:CO2∶N2∶He∶Xe=1∶1∶6∶0.5,采用横向射频激励时,观察到145 W激光功率输出,总的电光转换效率为11%.若无光束变换器时,该器件输出光束为平行的环状光束.光束变换器是由正角锥输出镜与一块用同一种材料做成、具有相同棱角的负角锥透镜构成.可以根据应用要求,调节出射的光束宽度与横向模式分布.(OC39) 相似文献

A channel waveguide fabricated in a Nd3+-doped laser glass by the ion exchange method is discussed. The device was end-fire pumped by a diode-laser operating at 802 nm. It is shown that VLF timing and navigation systems, which use two or more frequencies to resolve cycle ambiguities, may be in error when the propagation mechanism is dispersive. The error arises if the difference between group and phase velocity in such cases is neglected. At 10 kHz the error on a path 10 000 km long, for a reasonable daytime model of the earth-ionosphere waveguide, may be as much as 400mu s for the first-order mode. If the second-order mode is dominant as it may be at night the error will be greatly increased. 相似文献
