大功率电力电子变流技术在钢铁工业中的应用

1应用状况 70年代以后，随着交流电机矢量控制理论的产生及其应用技术的推广，世界工业发达国家都投入大量人力物力对交交变频轧钢机主传动进行研究。在工业发达国家新建1000kW以上的轧机主传动，无论是初轧机，中板轧机还是热、冷连轧机，无一例外全部采用交流变频调速。在大功率轧钢机主传动领域已出现交流调速传动取代直流传动的趋势。     

大功率交流电机变频调速技术的研究

大功率交流电机变频调速是大型机械传动的关键设备,也是当前节能减排的重点推广技术。本文介绍了我国在大功率交交变频调速技术的研究和国产化装备的研制工程中,丰富并完善了大功率交流调速理论,形成了自主创新的核心技术,解决了大功率交流调速装备的多项关键技术,推动国产交流调速装备步入国际先进行列,立足工程,取得显著的经济效益和社会效益。文章还介绍了我国第一套7.5MW三电平IGCT交直交变频调速系统的研制,该变频器结构紧凑、性能良好、运行可靠,达到国际先进水平。     

以单片机为主控制器的交流变频调速系统的设计及应用

本文介绍了一种由8098单片机为主控制器的交流变频调速系统，它采用交-直-交变频技术，具有成本低廉，可靠性高，组配灵活等特点，适用于各种工业现场的中小型交流电动机，文章详细论述了系统的硬件结构及软件设计，并给出了主要程序的流程图。

交-交变频调速系统具有高转矩和低转速的优点,曾广泛应用在钢铁行业、采矿行业和轮船驱动上,其结构简单,可靠性高。本文结合日照钢铁H型钢厂BD轧机传动系统改造项目,介绍了交-交变频调速传动系统的组成、SL150变频器结构和控制功能,并简单介绍了SL150系统的安装调试的关键事项,为以后的故障判断和处理提供依据。     

数字控制交-交变频调速技术在热连轧机中的应用

轧机的电机功率大，干扰严重，其调速精度难以控制．文章提出的数字控制调速技术先进、可靠，解决了上述问题。变频对电网的谐波采取了滤波措施。对于变频调速的设计应用具有很大参考价值。     

基于小波包的故障信号特征提取的研究

讨论了交--交变频调速系统故障诊断的重要性,在当前的检测方法与故障诊断手段研究的基础上,提出了一种改进的小波包算法,并运用该算法对变频调速系统输出电流进行分析.该算法的计算量和占用的存储空间较标准的小波包算法均减少80%.同时,运用基于改进的小波包的频带能量法提取变频调速系统的故障特征,分析了小波包分解层次对特征量提取的影响.经过仿真证明,该方法适用于变频调速系统故障信号的特征量提取.     

基于DSP和小波变换故障诊断检测的研究

讨论了交-交变频调速系统故障诊断的重要性,在当前的检测方法研究的基础上,提出了基于DSP和小波分析的变频调速系统故障检测方法,建立了故障诊断系统;充分利用了DSP强大的数据处理功能,以及小波分析所具有的对非平稳信号的分析处理能力;实验证明该方法适用于变频调速系统的故障诊断。     

大容量传动系统的改造

本文主要介绍大容量传动系统的交流化改造，交-交变频系统的原理以及调试方法。

本文介绍涤伦短丝后处理联合机主传动，由直流调速系统改造为变频调速系统的结构组成，主回路工作原理，变频参数设置，可编程控制系统设计及此系统常见故障的分析及处理方法。     

汇川MD601模块化工程型变频器在100万吨热轧棒材生产线轧机应用案例

本文以汇川MD601工程型变频器所驱动的12#中轧机为例，介绍热连轧棒材生产线轧机交流主传动系统的应用优势。     

高压变频器在陕西龙钢集团轧钢厂浊环系统及加热炉系统中的应用

本文针对陕西龙钢集团轧钢厂棒材厂旋流池水系统高压水泵、净环水泵与棒材加热炉空烟风机、煤烟风机、高线加热炉煤烟风机、空烟风机、助燃风机上的8台高压变频器的应用情况进行了介绍,并对其控制系统、设备的现场安装、散热等进行了分析和介绍,可供参考。     

Optimising single-phase PFC pre-staged AC/DC/AC topology viacommon-neutral connection

A new topology for the single-phase PFC-pre-staged AC/DC/AC converter is presented. The introduction of a common-neutral connection simplifies the conventional connection of an AC/DC/AC structure, and gives a new topology that still has good performance, conforms with output safety regulations and has other advantages such as requiring fewer power devices and having lower conduction losses     

A PWM buck-boost AC chopper solving the commutation problem

A novel pulsewidth modulation buck-boost AC chopper using regenerative DC snubbers is proposed and analyzed. Compared to the previous buck-boost AC choppers, AC snubbers causing power loss are eliminated using regenerative DC snubbers. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme gives good steady-state performance of the AC chopper, which coincides with the theoretical results     

大型同步电机交交变频调速系统对电网的谐波影响分析

针对热连轧机组中同步电动机主传动的交-交变频调速系统,定量分析了同步电机负载经由交交变频器对变压器供电网侧产生的谐波影响.分别对不同的负载参数、变压器原副边电感量和变流装置的进线电抗器参数的情况进行了仿真分析.同时,对大型多组交交变频器移相组合式供电进行了数据移位方式仿真.并且对交-交变频器和交-直-交变频器所产生的谐波干扰进行了对比分析.仿真结果表明调节变压器原副边电感量再结合移相组合式供电的方法可以有效地降低大型同步机负载对供电网侧的谐波干扰,并使得总谐波率在各相中分布趋向均衡.     

Novel line conditioner with voltage up/down capability

In this paper, a novel pulsewidth-modulated line conditioner with fast output voltage control is proposed. The line conditioner is made up of an AC chopper with reversible voltage control and a transformer for series voltage compensation. In the AC chopper, a proper switching operation is achieved without the commutation problem. To absorb energy stored in line stray inductance, a regenerative DC snubber can be utilized which has only one capacitor without discharging resistors or complicated regenerative circuit for snubber energy. Therefore, the proposed AC chopper gives high efficiency and reliability. The output voltage of the line conditioner is controlled using a fast sensing technique of the output voltage. It is also shown via some experimental results that the presented line conditioner gives good dynamic and steady-state performance for high quality of the output voltage.     

Improved analytical modeling of conductive losses in magneticcomponents

The one well-known one-dimensional method for calculating the AC resistance of multilayer transformer windings contains a built-in orthogonality which has not been reported previously. Orthogonality between skin effect and proximity effect makes a more generalized approach for the analytical solution of AC resistance in windings possible. This includes a method to calculate the AC resistance of round conductor windings which is not only convenient to use, but gives more accurate answers than the basic one-dimensional method because the exact analytical equations for round conductors can be used

弹道目标的翻滚运动特征是进行弹道目标识别比较有效的特征之一,对弹道目标的翻滚运动特征进行分析及其应用研究,以期为弹道目标识别算法的设计提供线索和参考.简要介绍了弹道目标识别的相关原理,采用数据建模和计算机仿真的研究方法,基于目标翻滚特征分析结论着重对圆柱体这类理想空间目标模型在翻滚运动姿态下进行了应用研究,对观测角度和抽样点数的选取进行了详细的仿真分析,并给出了结论.     

H2 inferential filtering, prediction, and smoothing withapplication to rolling mill gauge estimation

A new minimum mean square error optimal linear estimation problem is considered where no direct measurement of the output to be estimated is available. The optimal filter, predictor, and smoother are derived for this case where outputs must be inferred from available measurements. The results cover the usual Wiener or Kalman filtering problems and also optimal deconvolution estimation problems. However, they also apply to the situation, often found in industry, where estimates of signals are required that can only be determined from secondary measurements. A weighted H₂ cost-function is minimized where the weighting function can be chosen to improve the robustness of the solution. The optimal estimators are derived both for stable and for unstable signal source models. A signal-processing application is considered in detail to demonstrate the use of the optimal filter. The gauge control problem in metal rolling mills is discussed where only force measurements are available
