(八)GB5296.6—2004消费者使用说明第六部分:家具 1.本标准是我们编制木门窗使用说明书最好的指南。 这个标准是要求所有家具产品说明书,必须要做到符合本标准。木门窗产品和木家具类产品,在市场流通中面对消费者使用和流通形式,基本是一样的。在我国大中城市的建筑工程招投标及建材市场已对木门窗生产厂家及供应商提出要求,应提供产品说明,只不过没有这么规范罢了。本标准要求商家出售的家具必须配备使用说明书,明确说明家具用途、适用环境并标明家具所用材料、涂料实际含有的甲醛、铅等有害物质释放量或放射性等控制指标等。与市场对木门窗的要求是相同的。  相似文献

User participation in information system projects is an established practice well backed by research. However, participation is usually considered limited to helping shape the requirements of the system being developed in order to be certain that a functional system is developed. This narrow perspective overlooks the potential of having the user be an advocate for the system to grow support among all stakeholders of the project. We build and empirically test a model that links user advocacy to project performance. The model also establishes links between two potential antecedents of user advocacy, socialization that includes training and relationship development, and extrinsic motivation. All links are positively supported by data collected from 128 matched-pairs of information system users and developers. Information system project managers are encouraged to establish reward structures and training to promote a role of advocacy for the users represented in the project team.  相似文献

The difference between the actual and predicted energy consumption for heating in housing is thought to be partly attributable to the use of HVAC systems. More reliable data on energy consumption could help in determining the actual energy performance of dwellings and in the search for the most adequate design for housing and home amenities. Further reductions on energy consumption might also be achieved if energy-saving policy programmes were geared to different household groups. The aim of this paper is to statistically determine Behavioural Patterns associated with the energy spent on heating and to identify household and building characteristics that could contribute to the development of energy-User Profiles. This study had two outcomes: it identified Behavioural Patterns to be used in energy calculations and it discerned User Profiles with different behaviours. Five underlying groups of behavioural variables were found, which were used to define the Behavioural Patterns and User Profiles. The groups showed statistically significant differences in the scores for most of the behavioural factors. This study established clear relationships between occupant behaviour and household characteristics. However, it seems difficult to establish relationships between energy consumption and Behavioural Patterns and household groups.  相似文献

Given the importance of invoices in conveying key information to consumers, regulatory authorities worldwide have been issuing recommendations on their content and format. The aim of the current paper is to assess a detailed invoice model, which stresses accuracy and exhaustiveness concerns. The study is based on the perceptions of domestic consumers collected through the administration of a survey questionnaire. Findings reveal that the detailed invoice model proposed is regarded as complex, including unnecessary information and making use of a language that is not easy to understand. Some recommendations to make their content more intuitive and appealing are derived.  相似文献

With the increasing realisation of the importance of information and elicitation of knowledge, the need for improved methods of extraction and abstraction of information and knowledge has gained equal attention. To this end, visualisation methods have been viewed an effective way of abstracting information. Over the past three decades, these methods have undergone a rapid revolutionary progress, supported by sophisticated visualisation tools, analytical and simulation methodologies and techniques.During this period, the visualisation of an object, such as a building, 'in time' - viewing it from different perspectives - has gained significant attention and developments have been underpinned by sophisticated software technology. However, visualisation of a building 'through time' - viewing it as it degrades through aging - has received limited attention. Indeed, the ability to visualise the behaviour of a building, through time, has the potential to yield significant advantages: at the design phase, the informed choice of different building materials enables the architect to meet the client's technical, aesthetic and economical objectives. Extending the same capabilities to the maintenance phase can result in the development of just-in-time schedules which can prevent wastages without compromising the service to the users of the building. With advances in the BIM technology and the promised paradigm shift in the manner stakeholders collaborate and interact, the ability to simulate and visualise the time-based behaviour of building elements can assist decisions relating to both design and scheduling.In this paper, the overall model of the visual building design and maintenance is proposed and its practicality is demonstrated through its application to the building lighting system. The overall process is modelled and generalised and the lighting system is introduced as an example where the research work can be applied: the time-related behaviour of different light sources under the impact of intrinsic and environmental factors is modelled and expressed in a mathematical form which facilitates visualisation through the use of Visual User Interface.  相似文献

Building and furnishing materials and consumers products are important sources of formaldehyde and other volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the indoor environment. The emission from materials is usually continuous and may last for many years in a building. The available evidence indicates that VOCs can cause adverse health effects to the building occupants and may contribute to symptoms of ‘Sick Building Syndrome’.

Control of VOC emission should increasingly become an important consideration for the design and manufacture of polymeric materials used in buildings. The EC Construction Products Directive ‘Essential Requirements’ set a framework for limiting the use of materials that could pose a health risk to building occupants. Furthermore, the on-going development of voluntary labelling schemes and data bases of material emissions that could be used by building designers, should further strengthen the demand for ‘low VOC emitting’ products.

This paper reviews available information about the emission of VOCs from polymeric building materials, the level of emissions in the indoor environment and the requirements for testing of the materials.  相似文献
