柳钢高炉强化冶炼实践

柳钢高炉进入１９７７年来以来，采取以精料为基础，逐步实行小高压操作以及加强对高炉炉况管理等措施来强化冶炼，１９９７年上半年，冶炼强度由１９９６年的１．２２７ｔ／ｍ＾３．ｄ提高到１．３３３ｔ／ｍ＾３．ｄ，高炉利用系数由１．８２２ｔ／ｍ ＾３．ｄ提高到２．２４４ｔ／ｍ＾３．ｄ。入炉焦比由６２４ｋｇ／ｔＦｅ降低到５３３ｋｇ／ｔＦｅ。     

新日铁高炉的高喷煤率技术

以离线模拟试验和实际高炉试验所得到的结果为基础，在日本新日铁君津３号高炉进行了高喷煤率操作，建立了以１９０ｋｇ／ｔ喷煤率的稳定的高炉操作技术。在进行喷煤率高于２００ｋｇ／ｔ、焦比低于３００ｋｇ／ｔ的稳定的高炉操作时，高炉下部的矿石还原—熔融特性得到了改善。     

武钢炼铁系统技术进步

１９９７年，武钢通过采取加强原料混匀与配矿、提高焦炭和烧结矿的质量和产量、加强高炉操作管理等措施，炼铁系统技术经济指标较１９９６年有了较大进步。全年生产混均矿３３７．８万ｔ，焦炭３０４．０万ｔ，烧结矿７３４．３万ｔ，生铁６００．０５万ｔ；高炉煤比达９２．２９ｋｇ／ｔ。     

南钢高炉标准化操作的生产实践

南钢高炉自１９９１年１１月底实行高炉标准化操作至１９９４年７月，高炉利用系数提高０．５６７ｔ（ｍ＾３．ｄ），崩悬料次数减少１１４次／月，焦比降低６．０％。     

攀钢主炉提高喷煤量的措施

攀钢高炉喷煤始于８年代初，当时的煤比为３０－６０ｋｇ／ｔ。近几个来，通过采取一系列措施，如新建喷煤车间，改进喷煤设备和工艺、提高煤粉质量、改善原料条件、提高风湿、改进高炉操作等是天铁煤比逐年提高，１９９８年５月全厂４座高炉的平均煤比达到７６．２５ｋｇ／ｔ，其中３号高炉平均煤比突破８０ｋｇ／ｔdisplay structure     

安钢炼铁生产技术的进步

近年来，安钢利用系统工程原理，通过精料技术的落实，工艺设备的改造，高炉操作的优化以及生产管理的优化，使高炉生产的主要技术经济指标明显改善，１９９８年１～５月利用系数达到２．７０，焦比达到４８５ｋｇ／ｔ，煤比达到１００ｋｔ／ｔ。     

首钢矮胖高炉喷煤生产实践

１９９６年，首钢炼铁厂的平均焦比为４６６．６ｋｇ／ｔ，平均煤比为７９．６ｋｇ／ｔ，与上年相比，焦比降低了３２．６ｋｇ／ｔ，煤比提高了２８．９ｌｋｇ／ｔ。能取得了这个成绩，是由于采取了以下主要措施：做好精料工作，改造喷煤系统，探索矮胖高炉合理的操作制度、加强技术管理。     

承钢3^#高炉强化冶炼实践

承钢３＾＃高炉在改善原料，发行设备的基础止，提高风温，加强炉内操作，降低焦比，增加风量，降低休风率，提高冶炼强度，利用系数不断提高，至１９９４年利用系数达到２．３２６ｔ／（ｍ＾３．ｄ），比１９８５年提高了０．８ｔ／ｍ＾３．ｄ，实现了高炉冶炼的强化。     

安钢2#高炉富氧喷煤实践

安钢２＃高炉１９９６年煤比为５０ｋｇ／ｔ,近几年来,通过采取一系列措施,如改进喷煤设备和工艺,改善原燃料条件,改进高炉操作等,煤比逐年提高,１９９９年利用系数达到２．７３ｔ／ｍ３ｄ;焦比达到４５５ｋｇ／ｔ煤经达到１２４ｋｇ／ｔ。     

国外高炉炼铁技术的进步

近年来，高炉炼铁技术在提高原燃料质量、改进高炉操作、提高煤比、延长高炉寿命以及改进环保等方面取得明显进步。今后的努力方向主要是三高一低一重，即高利用系数（２．０￣２．５）、高煤比（１５０￣２５０ｋｇ／ｔ）、高炉龄（〉１５年）、低燃料消耗（焦比〈３００ｋｇ／ｔ）、重环保。
