太钢(集团)公司为配套4 350m3高炉生产高强度的焦炭,从德国引进了目前国内炭化室最高的7.63m焦炉。为了保证焦炉投产后生产的焦炭强度能满足高炉的生产要求,进行了大焦炉配煤技术研究。首先选择了11个单种煤试样在实验室进行配煤研究,并将研究结果的配煤方案在4.3m焦炉上进行工业性试验,根据工业性试验结果,对7.63m焦炉焦炭强度进行预测。实践证明,7.63m焦炉投产后,焦炭强度与预测值基本相符,可满足高炉生产要求。 相似文献

为提高分级破碎机破碎齿的强度,找出影响破碎齿强度的主要结构参数,基于正交试验法,以降低等效应力、减小质量为优化目标,对其主要结构参数设计了三因素三水平的试验方案;利用极差分析法对试验结果进行分析,确定出各结构参数对优化目标影响的主次顺序;结合综合平衡法,得出最优结构参数方案;优化后的破碎齿最大等效应力比优化前减小了12.06%,质量减轻8.43%,安全系数提高13.71%;优化后的破碎齿既实现了轻量化,又提高了强度,验证了优化方案的有效性。 相似文献

Summary Using the method of hot drawing developed earlier, an attempt has been made to obtain ultra-high modulus and ultrahigh strength PE filaments from original filaments produced by the surface growth technique. The average tensile strength of the drawn fibers reaches 5.5 GPa and the value of modulus measured in a dead loading creep experiment is estimated to be 44 GPa. 13 % of the drawn specimens had extremely high tensile strength close to theoretical estimates. The great scatter of the tensile strength data is attributed to the kink-band formation in the specimens due to their bending during preparation or during drawing. 相似文献

基于ANSYS Composite Prep/Post复合材料分析模块研究了潜水器在起吊工况下的结构强度。采用Hill-Tsai强度理论和Tsai-Wu强度理论,对比了两种不同失效准则下的潜水器结构失效形式。对潜水器不同结构区域处碳纤维编织材料的铺层数量进行参数化设置,结合试验设计方法,用合理有效的计算样本得到了复合材料潜水器载体结构的最优设计方案。文中采用的复合材料结构有限元计算与试验设计相结合的方法,对于复合材料工程结构的直接优化具有一定的参考价值。 相似文献

Conclusions Using a simplex-grid method of planning the experiment, we have calculated using an M-4030 computer the dependences of density and compressive strength on the composites consisting of -Al2O3--Al2O3-spherical fillers. Using a modified thermal-shock model, a method for theoretical evaluation of the actual strength of single-phase polycrystalline refractory and ceramic materials has been developed. A formula for strength analysis over a wide temperature range has been derived. The calculated actual strength is a parameter for actual materials and thus can be used for predicting the behavior of materials under loading conditions within the framework of linear elastic fracture mechanics. In the region of Debye temperature, the theoretical strength versus temperature curve for single-phase materials exhibits a dip which, however, fails to be resolved experimentally because of the insufficient accuracy and poor reproducibility of measurements. 相似文献

Conclusions The method of multifactorial experiment design was used to study the feasibility of producing phosphate-bonded Gunite compositions with worn and broken magnesite brick from metallurgical furnaces.It was shown that the strength of the Gunite increases with the content of oxides of iron, silicon, and calcium. In terms of their influence the oxides can be arranged in the following order Fe2O3SiO2>CaO.The strength decreases with an increase in the alumina content.
