Improving the aging resistance and elasticity of rubber materials can increase the service life of rubber pads and reduce railway operation costs. The purpose of this work was to improve aging resistance, decrease compression set and ratio of dynamic stiffness to static stiffness (Rd/s) of railway rubber pads by using environmentally friendly accelerators N-t-butyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenimide (TBSI) and tetrabenzylthiuram disulfide (TBzTD). The influence of the curing system on the properties of rubber pads was assessed using multiple techniques. Compared to sulfur/tetramethylthiuram disulfide (TMTD) /N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide (CZ), compression set of S/TBSI/TBZTD decreased to 29.5% from 35.7%, retention of elongation at break after hot air aging increased to 77.7% from 66.1%, and Rd/s decreased to 1.82 from 1.85. Thermogravimetry (TG) and derivative thermogravimetry (DTG) analysis indicated that maximum thermal decomposition temperature of TBSI/TBZTD was higher, which was the reason for the good aging resistance and low compression set results. Rubber processing analysis (RPA) demonstrated that the loss factor of TBSI/TBZTD was smaller. The rubber cured by TBSI/TBZTD had a higher crosslinking density and smaller loss factor, which decreased the Rd/s. 当前我国国民经济飞速发展,随着人们对于出行要求的不断提高,汽车的数量也在快速增加。橡胶衬套广泛应用于汽车悬架,其能够很好的起到减震的作用,也能够大大提高汽车悬架的使用寿命。作为汽车悬架的重要部件,橡胶衬套的静刚度很大程度上会影响汽车的NVH性能,刚度越小减震效果越好,但容易引起共振带来抖动,反之,静刚度过大不利于隔离震动,因而对于橡胶衬套静刚度的测试分析十分有必要。合适的静刚度能够最大限度地提高车辆行驶的舒适性,也能够在一定程度上保证行车安全。以下就橡胶衬套静刚度的有限元分析与测试技术进行简要的分析研究。 相似文献
