枸杞黑果病是枸杞产区的主要病害.发病后造成黑花、黑蕾和黑果,使枸杞产量降低,品质变劣。为探明四种杀菌剂对枸杞黑果病的防治效果及最佳剂量,2003年对下述四种杀菌剂进行了田间药效对比试验,调查防效结果如下:20%三苯基醋酸锡WP450~281g/hm^2(以有效成分计,下同),20%氟硅唑EC21.08g/hm^21.5%噻霉酮EW16、88~21.08g/hm^2、40%氟硅唑EC450g/hm^2和70%甲基托布津WP787.5g/hm^2对枸杞黑果病防效均在88.25%以上。经LSD检验各处理间防效无显著差异。 相似文献

为了筛选有效防治水稻纵卷叶螟的药剂,用清水作为对照,采用1.8%阿维菌素EC1200mL/hm^2、40%阿维·毒死蜱EC600mL/hm^2等药剂在水稻拔节期进行对比试验;采用40%毒死蜱EC1500mL/hm^2、5%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐WG225g/hm^2、20%氯虫苯甲酰胺SC150mL/hm^2、2000IU/μL苏云金杆菌SC6000mL/hm^2等药剂在水稻孕穗期进行对比试验。结果表明,拔节期试验以1.8%阿维菌素EC1200mL/hm^2速效性和持效性最好;孕穗期试验以2000IU/μL苏云金杆菌SC6000mL/hm^2速效性和持效性最好,其次为40%毒死蜱EC1500mL/hm^2。所选药剂对纵卷叶螟都有一定防治效果,以2000IU/μL苏云金杆菌SC6000mL/hm^2防效最为明显。 相似文献

采用2个时期,3个BAU-9403使用剂量添加表面活性剂MON8161的二因素随机区组设计,分析研究了它们诱导小麦雄性不育的效果和对小麦生长发育的影响。结果表明:(1)所有处理均能诱导小麦产生100%的雄性不育率;(2)0.50kg/hm^2 MON8161处理的自然(人工)授粉结实率最高,分别为65.3%和37.6%,但与其它剂量间差异并不显著;(3)0.50kg/hm^2 MON8161处理对株高、穗下节长、穗长、小穗数、千粒重和发芽率等的影响明显小于0.75kg/hm^2 MON8161和1.00kg/hm^2 MON8161两个剂量。因此,0.50kg/hm^2 MON8161的使用剂量为佳。 相似文献

杜邦公司开发的用于小麦、大麦、黑小麦的苗后使用的四元除草剂混剂已在美国得到批准。该四元除草剂混剂具有两种作用机理,无需再经过桶混,即可有效地控制杂草,由麦草畏63.6%+噻吩磺隆4.7%+苯磺隆2.4%+甲磺隆1.9%组成,在0.1-0.2kg/hm^2下可有效的防除80种阔叶杂草。剂型为可溶性颗粒剂,不仅更适宜于杂草防除,与单一的剂型相比容器更容易清洗,安全环保。 相似文献

对18%百菌清·霜脲氰悬浮剂防治黄瓜霜霉病(Pseudoperonospora cubensis)田间效果进行了试验,结果表明.18%百菌清·霜脲氰悬浮剂用量为405g a.i./hm^2、472.5g a.i./hm^2、540g a.i./hm^2时,其对黄瓜霜霉病的防效分别为61.00%、68.82%、74.05%,小区折合产量分别为33946.2kg/hm^2、36709.0kg/hm^2、37595.7kg/hm^2,与空白对照相比分别增产7.38%、16.08%、18.88%。 相似文献

Direct-seeding guayule (Parthenium argentatum Gray) in west Texas has been successful; however, seedlings grow slowly and are extremely susceptible to weed competition.
An effective preplant or preemergence herbicide is necessary for establishment. The objective of this study was to examine
the effects of preemergence herbicides on guayule stand establishment by direct seeding. Experiments were initiated on a Dalby
clay in 1991 and 1992 at the Texas Agricultural Experiment Station Guayule Research Site near Fort Stockton, Texas. Conditioned
guayule seed (Mexican Bulk) was planted 10 mm deep on raised beds with a Gaspardo SV255 pneumatic planter at 100 seeds/m.
The following herbicides were applied immediately after planting: dimethyl 2,3,5,6-tetrachloro-1,4-benzenedicarboxylate (DCPA)
[4.5, 9.0, 11.0 kg ai/ha (hectare)], pendimethalin [N-(1-ethylpropyl)-3,4-dimethyl-2,6-dinitrobenzenamine] (0.3, 0.6, 1.1 kg/ha) and prodiamine [N3,N3-Di-n-propyl-2,4-dinitro-6-(trifluoromethyl)-m-phenylenediamine] (0.3, 0.6, 1.1 kg/ha). Herbicides were applied in a 0.5-m band on each bed by using a CO2-powered backpack sprayer with a single-nozzle boom delivering 300 L/ha at 172 kPa pressure. The lowest rates of all herbicides
did not significantly reduce guayule stand density in 1991 when compared to the control. DCPA at 9.0 kg/ha was adequately
selective in both studies. Guayule stand reduction varied from only 2% with DCPA at 4.5 kg/ha in 1991, to 71% with 1.1 kg/ha
of pendimethalin in 1992. DCPA (4.5 and 9.0 kg/ha) would be recommended for preemergence weed control, depending on soil type,
when direct seeding guayule. Based on row spacing recommendations for transplants, at least three established seedlings/m
would be required for an acceptable guayule stand. Seeding rate could be reduced and still allow for effective preemergence

针对目前生产需要果树苗田化学除草,选用生产上常用的8种土壤处理除草剂进行温室盆栽安全性试验。结果表明,不同药剂对苹果砧木西府海棠(Malus micromalus)幼苗的安全性不同,其中60%丁草胺150ml,667m^2、72%异丙甲草胺200—250ml/667m^2、41%甲草胺200ml/667m^2在海棠播后苗前施药安全。33%二甲戊乐灵150ml/667m^2和48%氟乐灵100-150ml/667m^2在海棠5叶期施药比较安全。 相似文献

Field studies were conducted in 1982 and 1983 at Southern Illinois University to evaluate soybean oil as a carrier for preemergence
and postemergence herbicides and as an enhancing agent for postemergence herbicides. Preemergence and postemergence herbicides
applied with rotary nozzles in a soybean oil carrier volume as low as 5 L/ha afforded weed control equal to that achieved
when the herbicides were applied in 187 L/ha water with flat fan nozzles. Soybean oil as an enhancing agent for four postemergence
soybean herbicides was equal to petroleum crop oil concentrate with three of the herbicides but distinctly less effective

为了探索既对烟株生长无明显影响又能有效防除烟地杂草的新型除草剂,2004年我们对25%砜嘧磺隆DF等6种除草剂进行了药剂筛选试验,结果表明,芽前除草剂40%异松·仲灵EC和芽后除草剂25%砜嘧磺隆DF对烟地杂草的防除效果最好,6种除草剂对杂草防效的排序为:25%砜嘧磺隆DF>40%异松·仲灵EC>72%异丙甲草胺EC>50%敌草胺WP>6.9%精唑禾草灵EW>10.8%高效氟吡甲禾灵EC。 相似文献
